联合菌苗抗肿瘤作用的初步探讨

目的 :探讨联合菌苗防治肿瘤的作用。方法采用动物体内实验 ,动物为封闭群KM小鼠 ,菌株为 2 6 0 0 3- 2 1、4 482 4 - 3及 932 0 1- 3,瘤种为S180 。所有实验小鼠接种S180 后 ,按随机对照试验设计分成 5组 ,即三个不同的单价菌苗组、一个联合菌苗组及一个对照组 ,同期观察联合菌苗对S180 增长的影响。结果 :三个不同的单价菌苗组及联合菌苗组的平均瘤重均比对照组低 ,联合菌苗组的平均瘤重比单价菌苗组的更低 ,差异均有高度统计学意义 (P <0 .0 1～ 0 .0 0 1) ;三个不同单价菌苗组的抑瘤率分别为 5 0 .6 %、4 8.3%、4 5 .5 % ,联合菌苗组抑瘤率为 75 .0 %。结论 :实验所选用的菌苗能抑制S180 的增长 ,联合菌苗的效果更好     

海脉冲营养素对小鼠造血功能的影响

通过与复方阿胶浆，施普端螺旋藻胶囊抗贫血功效的比较，研究了海脉冲营养素对小鼠造血功能的影响。结果表明，小鼠口服ＨＭＣ５００ｍｇ／（ｋｇ．ｄ），对失血性贫血小鼠有提高，ＲＢＣ的作用，对苯肼引起的溶血性贫血小鼠有升高Ｈｂ，ＲＢＣ，ＷＢＣ的作用，能促进由环磷酰胺所致骨髓抑制小鼠的骨髓有核细胞的增殖，增加脾脏重量，升高外周血中网织红细胞和ＷＢＣ数量。     

Constraints on Social Activities of Care-Givers: A Sociological Perspective

Newer policies of community care for those with disabilities have resulted in the home becoming the usual site of care. Policy makers must now give attention to the needs of those at home giving this care. This article explores the constraints on sociability opportunities of 73 mothers who were caring for children with disabilities. These opportunities are often built into leisure pursuits for women without caring responsibilities. However, choice of out-of-house leisure activity was circumscribed for the mothers in this study and their reported leisure activities revolved around home and neighbourhood. Even these sites offered limited scope for sociability because of the way in which caring affected domestic space and because of the characteristics of the modern Australian suburb. It is argued in this paper that personal time and personal domestic space are needed by care-givers so their sociability needs can be fulfilled. An understanding of the constraints imposed by use of the home as a place of care may make possible the planning of a rearrangement of domestic space to increase sociability opportunities for carers.     

Anatomic bases of tongue flaps

Summary The morphological structure of the lingual a. was studied in 50 dissected and 14 vascular cast specimens. The course of this artery is divided into 4 segments: the original segment, the segment within hyoglossus, the ascending and the horizontal segments of the deep lingual a. The root of the tongue is supplied by 2 to 3 root branches of the lingual a., the ascending palatine a. and the tonsillar a. The body of the tongue is nourished on average by 25 arterial branches from the deep lingual a. The ventral surface of the tongue, as well as the sublingual gland and the floor of the mouth, is supplied by the sublingual a. The termination of the lingual a. anastomoses with the submental branch of the facial a. to form the lingual frenal a. Except for a submucous arterial network on the dorsum of the tongue, all blood vessels are separated completely by the lingual septum, through which arterial anastomoses (2.0 mm in diameter) can be found occasionally.This work was supported by the National Natural Science Fund     

小儿内伤头痛辨治

74例小儿慢性头痛经辨证治疗,显效80.95%,好转16.67%,无效2.38%。痰浊头痛二陈汤或半夏白术天麻汤加减;肾虚头痛,杞菊地黄汤加减;淤血头痛,补阳还五汤;气血虚头痛八珍汤加减。指出了小儿内伤头痛的病因病机,并指出脑电图,脑阻抗血流图、CT、甲皱微循环可做为此病的诊断及疗效指标。     

从包涵体中纯化重组人幽门螺杆菌热休克蛋白A亚单位

目的：建立一种有效从包涵体中纯化重组人幽门螺杆菌热休克蛋白A亚单位HspA的方法。方法：重组基因工程大肠杆菌发酵后，表达的Hp r HspA包涵体经洗涤，变性，复性，采用Q Sepharose High Performance阴离子交换层析和Superdex75凝胶过滤层析分离纯化，使用SDS－PAGE和HPLC检测纯度，选用ELISA和动物实验对纯化蛋白的免疫学活性和生物学活性进行鉴定。结果：Hp的HspA包涵经洗涤和溶解后，Hp的HspA的纯度＞60％，包涵体溶解液经阴离子交换层析和凝胶过滤层析后纯度超过95％，Hp的HspA纯品经检测具有良好的免疫学活性和生物学活性。结论：本研究建立的分离纯化方法可从包涵体中获得高纯度的重组HspA蛋白，为进一步的动物实验研究奠定了基础。     

Catabolic effects and the influence on hormonal variables under treatment with gynodian-depot® or dehydroepiandrosterone (DHEA) oenanthate

53 patients from a mainly climacteric population were treated monthly with 200 mg dehydro-epiandrosterone (DHEA) oenanthate or with 1 ampoule Gynodian-Depot®. Pronounced adiposity was present in 15 of these cases. Hormonal variables were determined before the treatment and during the depot effect of the preparations in order to study the principle which supports the oestrogenic influence and any weight-reducing influence under administration of DHEA. The elimination of lowpolar oestrogens increased considerably in 4 out of 13 post-menopausal cases treated with DHEA. This effect is probably indirect and presupposes intact ovaries. The incorporation of exogenous DHEA into the excretion of 17-ketosteroids and of 17-ketogenic steroids, such as those of androsterone + aethiocholanolone, depends on the size of the initial pool inasmuch as it is higher in small initial pools than in saturated pools - the size of the pool being age-dependent.

An average weight loss of >1 kg/mth was observed under DHEA treatment in 7 out 15 adipose cases. In comparison to the other 8 adipose cases, these 7 were younger and therefore also displayed higher values for 17-ketosteroids and their individual fractions. These circumstances appeared to explain why the administration of DHEA resulted in higher levels of free plasma DHEA which, in contrast to the cases without loss of weight, also resulted in an increase of renal DHEA-sulphate clearance. It was concluded from the findings that this is the explanation for the catabolic effect of exogenous DHEA.

Post-menopausally increased FSH and LH fractions were markedly suppressed in about half of the determinations after Gynodian-Depot administration, the findings indicating that DHEA is probably involved in suppression of the LH fraction.     

一阶导数高速脉冲极谱法用于盐酸普鲁卡因的定量分析

研究了一阶导数高速脉冲极谱法,并运用于盐酸普鲁卡因及其注射制剂的定量分析。在-0.04 V(对 Ag/AgCl)处出现的良好导数峰,于1.0～6.0×10~(-4)mol/L 范围内,导数峰电流与浓度呈线性关系。检测限为3.0×10~(-8)mol/L。操作简便、快速、灵敏,结果准确。     

长江北三角洲抗倭碑文的史料意义

长江北三角平原上所遗存的二十余种记及明代倭患和抗倭战争的古代的碑石文献 ,在数量上据全国各抗倭战区所存的同类文献之首。在内容上 ,对补充旧史的阙失、订正传误、佐证史实、深化研究也有诸多帮助 ,尤其是对廓正对倭寇与倭患问题的认识有着积极的意义     

Enucleation combined with orbital implants for malignant melanoma of the uvea

Advanced malignant melanomas of the uvea unsuited for an eye salvaging approach require enucleation of the tumor containing eye. A series of 68 patients is reported who underwent enucleation combined with insertion of a spherical dura-encased implant after 30 Gray pre-irridiation therapy of the orbit. Postoperative results with special attention to cosmetic outcome and motility of the prosthesis suggest that the insertion of an orbital implant should be preferred to the enucleation with no implant.
