目的:观测纯静脉皮瓣术后血流量和血管网面密度变化。方法:利用家兔耳背设计纯静脉皮瓣和动脉皮瓣模型①观测术后血流量;②墨汁灌注后软蜡厚蜡切片,图像分析血管网面密度。结果:①纯静脉皮瓣术后48h血流量最低,第14d恢复至术前65%。②纯静脉皮瓣术后第1~7d的血管网面密度高于动脉皮瓣(P<0.05)。结论:纯静脉皮瓣术后血流量及血管网密度变化与动脉皮瓣不同。  相似文献

Inflammatory foci are rich in proteases released by neutrophils (serine proteases) and macrophages (metalloproteases). These enzymes can degrade extracellular matrix proteins and cell membrane bound proteins thus contributing to the development and progression of inflammatory reaction. In this study we have investigated the influence of collagenase (metalloprotease) and trypsin (serine protease) on murine resident and oil-induced peritoneal macrophages (Mf). Short in vitro treatment of Mf, not affecting cell viability, significantly reduced the release of reactive oxygen intermediates (ROIs) and at the same time triggered the increase of IL-6 production and to lesser extent of TNF-alpha production. Both these effects were dependent on enzyme concentration used and were particularly well pronounced in resident macrophages. In addition both enzymes cleaved a number of cell-membrane molecules, including CD23, CD14, CD95L, and Mac-3. We hypothesize that the enzymatic digestion of certain Mf surface receptor proteins in inflammatory foci may be responsible for modification of cell behaviour either by preventing the generation of specific signal or alternatively by delivering a mock substitute signal to the cell interior. In effect inhibition of ROIs production limits their destructive effects and the increase in the secretion of IL-6 stimulates the synthesis of acute phase proteins and triggers other anti-inflammatory mechanisms thus directing Mf present in inflammatory foci into regulatory pathway rather than allowing them to perform solely the effector function.  相似文献

目的:为超声波检查门静脉或经皮经肝门静脉穿刺提供解剖学基础。方法:在40例成人尸体标本上观测了门静脉的行程及其分叉位置的体表投影。结果:门静脉肝外段与身体的垂线呈约40°角;门静脉分叉位置在经右半胸宽中点的垂线与右锁骨中线上肝高中点的水平线的交点附近;门静脉右支分为前、后支的位置在剑突尖平面下方约2cm,右锁骨中线上肝高的中点附近;门静脉左支分出第1外侧支的位置在剑突尖稍下方的右侧约2cm。结论:在右腋中线剑突尖平面下方约2cm经皮经肝穿刺至锁骨中线,导管即可进入门静脉右支内  相似文献

The Differential Adhesion Hypothesis (DAH) posits that differences in adhesion provide the driving force for morphogenetic processes. A manifestation of differential adhesion is tissue liquidity and a measure for it is tissue surface tension. In terms of this property, DAH correctly predicts global developmental tissue patterns. However, it provides little information on how these patterns arise from the movement and shape changes of cells. We provide strong qualitative and quantitative support for tissue liquidity both in true developmental context and in vitro assays. We follow the movement and characteristic shape changes of individual cells in the course of specific tissue rearrangements leading to liquid-like configurations. Finally, we relate the measurable tissue-liquid properties to molecular entities, whose direct determination under realistic three-dimensional culture conditions is not possible. Our findings confirm the usefulness of tissue liquidity and provide the scientific underpinning for a novel tissue engineering technology. Developmental Dynamics 237:2438-2449, 2008. Mapping of bioelectric potentials over a given surface (e.g., the torso surface, the scalp) often requires interpolation of potentials into regions of missing data. Existing interpolation methods introduce significant errors when interpolating into large regions of high potential gradients, due mostly to their incompatibility with the properties of the three-dimensional (3D) potential field. In this paper, an interpolation method, inverse-forward (IF) interpolation, was developed to be consistent with Laplace's equation that governs the 3D field in the volume conductor bounded by the mapped surface. This method is evaluated in an experimental heart–torso preparation in the context of electrocardiographic body surface potential mapping. Results demonstrate that IF interpolation is able to recreate major potential features such as a potential minimum and high potential gradients within a large region of missing data. Other commonly used interpolation methods failed to reconstruct major potential features or preserve high potential gradients. An example of IF interpolation with patient data is provided to illustrate its applicability in the actual clinical setting. Application of IF interpolation in the context of noninvasive reconstruction of epicardial potentials (the inverse problem) is also examined. © 1998 Biomedical Engineering Society. New methods for the detection of ECG and EOG artefacts in the EEG are introduced, which can also be used for the evaluation of the quality of the elimination procedure. These algorithms are based on the estimation of the power or coherence spectrum by means of FFT. The advantage of this method is that the EEG spectrum is monitored by the test algorithm. The spectrum will be plotted if no influence of the ECG and EOG can be found. On the other hand, if artefacts are detected the correction of the EEG time series will be carried out and the spectrum of the corrected EEG time series will be plotted after repeated monitoring by the test algorithm.  相似文献

Summary It is a clinically and experimentally well supported working hypothesis that infection with hepatitis B virus may result in chronic active hepatitis in patients with suspected immune deficiencies. On this basis, a pilot study was performed in order to evaluate the effect of specific transfer factor (TF) in the treatment of HBs-Ag-positive chronic active hepatitis. From the leukocytes of 500 ml venous blood each of 40 volunteers that had completely recovered from acute virus hepatitis B within the last 6 months, a unique TF pool (40 units of TF) was prepared according to the method of Lawrence. Preexaminations indicated that this preparation was able to enhance cellular immune reactions in vitro. Thirteen patients with HBs-antigenemia and chronic active hepatitis (i.e., two liver biopsies within the last 6 or more months with the histological criteria of chronic aggressive hepatitis according to de Groote, elevated serum levels of bilirubin, alkaline phosphatase, transaminase activities, and/or -globulines) were randomized: Seven received s.c. injections of two units of TF each on days 1 and 15, the other six saline. Conversion of skin reactions to some ubiquitous antigens occurred in the TF group, but no significant and constant drop of HBs-Ag serum titers was observed. Although some of the biochemical parameters seemed to ameliorate in the TF group, the differences versus the control group did not prove to be significant within the limited number of patients under observation. The in vitro reactivity of patients' lymphocytes to HBs-Ag, tested by means of the3H-thymidine uptake, was never found enhanced after TF application. In the used doses, specific TF was not effective in the treatment of HBs-Ag-positive chronic active hepatitis; unfavorable side-effects were not observed.  相似文献

To examine effects of lung motion on the separation of pleural surfaces during breathing, we modeled the pleural space in two dimensions as a thin layer of fluid separating a stationary elastic solid and a sliding flat solid surface. The undeformed elastic solid contained a series of bumps, to represent tissue surface features, introducing unevenness in fluid layer thickness. We computed the extent of deformation of the solid as a function of sliding velocity, solid elastic modulus, and bump geometry (wavelength and amplitude). For physiological values of the parameters, significant deformation occurs (i.e. bumps are 'flattened') promoting less variation in fluid thickness and decreased fluid shear stress. In addition, deformation is persistent; bumps of sufficient wavelength, once deformed, require a recovery time longer than a typical breath-to-breath interval to return near their undeformed configuration. These results suggest that in the pleural space during normal breathing, separation of pleural surfaces is promoted by the reciprocating sliding of lung and chest wall.  相似文献

背景:陶瓷材料因具有优良的机械性能、与口腔组织良好的生物相容性及高度美观性广泛应用于口腔修复领域,良好的磨损性能对修复体临床应用有重要意义。目的:综述口腔修复陶瓷材料磨损性能机制及临床研究,以期为临床选择适宜的陶瓷材料提供思路。方法:应用计算机在PubMed和Web of Science数据库检索在2016年1月至2021年4月期间涉及口腔修复陶瓷材料磨损性能的相关研究。英文检索词为“dental ceramic material,wear property”,最终共纳入36篇文献进行分析。结果与结论:①全瓷材料自身耐磨性均高于树脂陶瓷复合材料,全瓷材料中氧化锆陶瓷磨损性能最佳,美学性能较弱。②玻璃陶瓷中氧化锆加强型硅酸锂玻璃陶瓷磨损性能较好,但应用时间较短,长期疗效还有待更多的研究证实。③树脂陶瓷复合材料中树脂纳米陶瓷材料磨损性能优于聚合物渗透陶瓷。④在后牙区全冠修复可选择氧化锆陶瓷,前牙区全冠修复可以根据患者的美学需求选择高透性氧化锆陶瓷或玻璃陶瓷。⑤贴面、嵌体和高嵌体修复可选择长石瓷、玻璃陶瓷和树脂陶瓷复合材料,但树脂陶瓷复合材料耐磨性差,需避免用于高应力承载区。⑥对牙本质暴露、氟斑牙和牙齿酸蚀症患者可考虑树脂纳米陶瓷材料,但这类患者适宜的陶瓷材料相关研究较少。⑦表面粗糙度对陶瓷材料的磨损性能有显著影响,临床口腔修复应用中采用良好的抛光表面可提高陶瓷材料磨损性能,而且对修复体进行定期复查也至关重要。  相似文献

Summary This study is aimed at the characterization of soft tissue tumours (STT) by means of cell surface molecules. To achieve this, normal mesenchymal tissues were extensively examined for expression of leucocyte differentiation (CD) antigens and HLA molecules. The panel of antigens finally examined in STT comprised CD10, CD13, CD24, CD34, CD36, CD56, CD57, HLA-A,B,C, 2-microglobulin, HLA-DR, -DP, and -DQ and the HLA-D-associated invariant chain (Ii). STT were determined by conventional histomorphological and immunohistochemical criteria. The immunohistological analysis was based on serial frozen sections, one of which was used to demonstrate CD53 antigen. This very broadly distributed leuco/histiocyte-restricted antigen allowed for the distinction between the background of interstitial stromal cells and the neoplastic population. In some STT, the expression pattern of the cell surface molecules corresponded to that in their non-neoplastic counterparts. The majority of STT, however, showed considerable changes in the cell surface immunophenotype compared to their cells of origin. These alterations consisted mainly in an aberrant induction/neoexpression and, to a much lesser extent, in an aberrant down-regulation/loss of cell surface antigens. Nevertheless, some immunophenotype configurations are described which, for the time being, can be considered to be useful supplements in the differential diagnosis of this complex class of tumours. The data also indicate considerable changes in cell surface antigen expression occurring in the course of neoplastic transformation of mesenchymal cells. Detailed analysis of alterations in the functional repertoire of neoplastic mesenchymal cells might provide new insights into the biology of STT, possibly leading to new concepts for therapeutic intervention.This study was supported by the Tumorzentrum Heidelberg/ Mannheim and by the Dr. Mildred-Scheel-Stiftung für Krebshilfe (W50/89/Mö2)  相似文献
