With the surge in the confirmed cases of the novel coronavirus pneumonia, medical resources in many countries have been put on red alert levels. The operation management systems of hospitals, including wound care clinics, must be innovated to ensure the normal operation of the hospital and meet the medical care needs of the people. At the same time, scientific control measures are also required to prevent the spread of the novel coronavirus pneumonia in the hospital. 目的:研究下颌偏斜患者颞下颌关节形态及其位置的变化.方法:对21例下颌偏斜患者和20例个别理想[牙合]志愿者拍摄颞下颌关节中位断层片,选择描述髁突位置及髁突和关节窝形态的15个指标进行测量及统计分析.结果:下颌偏斜患者双侧关节结节高度、关节窝指数增大,髁突后斜面与水平基准线的夹角减小;偏斜侧的关节前间隙、关节前后间隙面积比,髁突高度、髁突上部高度减小;对侧的关节上间隙、髁突高度、髁突上部高度、髁突前斜面与水平基准线的夹角、关节窝后斜面与水平基准线的夹角增大.结论:下颌偏斜患者的双侧髁突和关节窝形态及髁突在关节窝中的位置都发生了改变,尤其以非偏斜侧髁突变化较为明显. 相似文献

目的 对医疗机构中药制剂创新和持续发展能力进行综合评价,为行政管理部门决策及各医院中药制剂可持续发展提供参考。方法 以浙江省133家医疗机构中药制剂调研数据为对象,利用层次分析法构建医疗机构中药制剂创新和持续发展能力评价体系,通过反向传播神经网络构建中药制剂室/中心评价体系预测模型。结果 构建的医疗机构中药制剂创新和持续发展能力评价指标体系包含4项二级指标以及19项三级指标,其中研发品种数、超百万品种数、注册品种数、研发方式、制剂室面积指标的权重值较高,分别为 0.15758、0.12928、0.09343、0.07879和0.07458。熵权法结合层次分析法的指标权重构建反向传播神经网络,Levenberg-Marquardt算法和Scaled Conjugate Gradient算法训练模型总体相关系数分别为0.98983和0.9348。结论 本研究构建了一个科学有效的医疗机构中药制剂创新和持续发展能力综合评价体系,可实现对医疗机构中药制剂综合能力的预测评价。 相似文献

白术芍药散是中医传统名方,临床对于腹泻有确切的治疗效果.然而,目前有关白术芍药散的提取工艺报道较少.该试验利用正交试验的方法,以复方中10个指标性成分和浸出物的含量作为指标,采用综合加权评分法处理数据,对提取工艺中乙醇浓度、溶剂倍量、浸泡时间、提取时间4个因素进行考察,以优化白术芍药散提取工艺.结果得出白术芍药散的最佳提取工艺为加入12倍量70%乙醇,浸泡1h,提取2次,每次2h.其中提取时间有显著影响.优化后的提取工艺稳定可靠,可为进一步开发利用该处方提供参考. 相似文献

目的 探讨在全程分娩管理模式下,为孕产妇提供促宫颈成熟与引产服务的可行性。方法 选择2018年1月1日至2020年12月31日,在南京大学医学院附属鼓楼医院接受待产、分娩到产后康复(LDRP)一体化全程分娩管理模式(以下简称为LDRP管理)的848例孕产妇为研究对象。根据孕产妇进入产房时是否进入自然产程,将其分为自然临产组(n=441)和引产组(n=407)。采用回顾性分析法,对2组孕产妇的一般临床资料,如分娩年龄、孕次、孕龄、妊娠并发症,以及母儿结局进行比较。本研究遵循的程序符合2013年修订的《世界医学协会赫尔辛基宣言》的要求,并经过南京大学医学院附属鼓楼医院伦理委员会审核批准(审批文号:201702001)。结果 (1)2组孕产妇分娩年龄、孕次和高龄孕产妇所占比例比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。2组孕产妇分娩孕龄、经产妇占比、早产率、缩宫素使用率、分娩时长比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)引产组孕产妇均使用前列腺素类药物促宫颈成熟或缩宫素进行引产,其中使用地诺前列酮栓、米索前列醇、缩宫素、地诺前列酮栓+米索前列醇分别为26.5%(108/407)、... 相似文献

Photocatalytic water splitting has garnered tremendous attention for its capability to produce clean and renewable H2 fuel from inexhaustible solar energy. Until now, most research has focused on scarce pure water as the source of H2, which is not consistent with the concept of sustainable energy. Hence, the importance of photocatalytic splitting of abundant seawater in alleviating the issue of pure water shortages. However, seawater contains a wide variety of ionic components which have unknown effects on photocatalytic H2 production. This work investigates photocatalytic seawater splitting conditions using environmentally friendly amorphous carbon nitride (ACN) as the photocatalyst. The individual effects of catalyst loading (X1), sacrificial reagent concentration (X2), salinity (X3), and their interactive effects were studied via the Box–Behnken design in response surface modeling towards the H2 evolution reaction (HER) from photocatalytic artificial seawater splitting. A second-order polynomial regression model is predicted from experimental data where the variance analysis of the regressions shows that the linear term (X1, X2), the two-way interaction term X1X2, and all the quadratic terms (X12, X22, X23) pose significant effects towards the response of the HER rate. Numerical optimization suggests that the highest HER rate is 7.16 µmol/h, achievable by dosing 2.55 g/L of ACN in 45.06 g sea salt/L aqueous solution containing 17.46 vol% of triethanolamine. Based on the outcome of our findings, an apparent effect of salt ions on the adsorption behavior of the photocatalyst in seawater splitting with a sacrificial reagent has been postulated. 相似文献

The impact of selenium on the course of Hashimoto’s thyroiditis (HT) was mainly assessed by monitoring the titer of antithyroid autoantibodies in most of the studies conducted hitherto. On the other hand, the imbalance in activity of T cells such as Th1, Th2, Th17, and Treg may be relevant in the pathogenesis of this disease. Hence, the assessment of changes in the secretion of cytokines by these cells during selenium supplementation in patients with HT seems to be an important issue and was the main goal of this study. A further aim was to search for correlations among these cytokines, as well as markers of thyroid function, selenium/iodine status in the body, and other biochemical parameters. The group of 29 women with newly diagnosed Hashimoto’s thyroiditis was supplemented with selenium in a dose of 100 µg/day for 6 months. Immunological parameters: interferon γ, tumor necrosis factor α, chemokine CXCL10, interleukin 4, interleukin 1β, interleukin 17, transforming growth factor β, and C-reactive protein, as well as selenium status parameters were determined in serum twice, i.e., before and after supplementation. Selenium supplementation was associated with a change in the production of two cytokines: interferon γ and interleukin 1β, for which a decrease and an increase in concentration were observed, respectively. The partial least squares (PLS) model revealed the presence of many relevant correlations among analyzed parameters. The stage of HT development, degree of thyroid dysfunction, and selenium supplementation of diet are interdependent factors which shape the profile of some cytokines secreted by cells participating in the autoimmunity process. 相似文献
