纤维组织粘合剂的实验研究

本文应用“冷沉淀”法制备纤维组织粘合剂。对纤维组织粘合剂中主要成份和含量进行了测定,并测定了主要理化性质,建立了动物实验模型,观察了实验兔对纤维粘合剂的反应。     

Recurrence risk for major congenital heart defects in Sweden: A registry study

During the period 1981–1986, 1605 infants presenting a major congenital heart defect (CHD) were identified in Sweden. Using the personal identification numbers of the mothers, 1507 of them could be linked to the Medical Birth Registry and two controls were selected for each infant. For this total of 4521 infants, 2686 postoccurrence sibs born during the period 1981–1989 were identified from the Medical Birth Registry. The tendency to have one or more sibs was higher among cases than among controls and was correlated to the life status of the proband. This tendency did not vary according to the type of CHD when controlling for life status. The prevalence at birth of CHD was almost four times higher among sibs of CHD infants than among sibs of normal infants. The tendency to have a sib with an extracardiac malformation did not differ between CHD probands and normal probands. The importance of only including births occurring after the proband when evaluating recurrence risks is stressed. © 1994 Wiley-Liss, Inc.

生物衍生骨复合骨髓基质干细胞修复山羊胫骨缺损的血管化研究

目的研究生物衍生骨与骨髓基质干细胞(marrow stromal stem cells, MSCs)复合修复山羊胫骨缺损的血管化过程,了解其修复长段管状负重骨缺损的血管化情况. 方法制备生物衍生骨作为支架材料,培养、诱导MSCs作为种子细胞,二者在体外复合构建组织工程骨.20只山羊双侧胫骨中段制备成20 mm长的骨-骨膜缺损模型,采取自身左右侧对照,实验侧(右侧)缺损处植入组织工程骨,对照侧(左侧)植入单纯支架材料,采用钢板内固定.术后2、4、6及8周用墨汁灌注透明标本及血管面积图像分析方法观察血管化过程,组织学观察血管形成及成骨情况. 结果术后2、4周,实验侧血管形成较对照侧少(P<0.05);术后8周,两侧均完全血管化,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).实验侧于术后6、8周新骨形成逐渐增加,材料降解吸收较对照组快;对照侧术后8周材料孔隙内仍无明显新骨形成. 结论生物衍生骨作为骨组织工程的支架材料,能够较快发生血管化;组织工程骨成骨能力较单纯支架材料强.     

Sarcomas of head and neck — A 10 yrs experience

38 cases of sarcoma of head and neck region were analysed in a retrospective way in relation to age, anatomic location, histological, clinical profile, and surgical approaches. Compared to other types of head and neck neoplasms, such as squamous cell carcinoma, soft tissue sarcomas have low rates of regional metastases. However the biological behaviour of soft tissue sarcoma is more aggressive specially in paediatric age group. In the present series, CT scan was considered as the primary modality of investigation. Surgery generally has been recommended as the primary method of treatment for achieving local control, except in those high-grade tumours arising in sites not amenable to resection. 3-year and 5-year survival rates in this present series 50% and 31.6% respectively.     

PNH者患红细胞膜结构损伤及膜脂与膜蛋白关系的探索

本文分析了20例PNH患者红细胞膜总脂,Ch/PIM比及磷脂组分,并比较了10例PNH红细胞膜AChE在PBS系统和生理盐水中的酶活性。发现PNH红细胞膜脂缺失严重,比正常少22％,但Ch/PIM比值及各磷脂相对含量均无明显改变。在PBS中AChE活性接近正常红细胞,但在生理盐水中明显低于正常红细胞,仅为正常的40％。表明PNH红细胞对补体敏感而溶血可能是由于补体导致膜脂缺失,进而破坏了红细胞膜结构的完整性而引起的,这也是AChE活性在低pH环境中酶活性比正常红细胞低的原因。     

Sex differences in the distribution of adipose tissue in the Djungarian hamster Phodopus sungorus

Female Djungarian hamsters (Phodopus sungorus) have proportionately more adipose tissue in superficial depots than males of similar age and body composition. In both sexes, the proportion in superficial depots increases with increasing fatness. This species may be useful as a model for human obesity because it becomes as obese as modern humans without genetic, surgical or dietary manipulation and the sex differences in adipose tissue distribution resemble those of humans.     

大鼠胎胰胰岛组织培养及移植的实验观察

本实验对培养中的大鼠胎胰胰岛组织及其移植后的形态功能进行了观察。结果表明,大鼠胎胰经短期培养,不仅内分泌胰岛β细胞的活力保存良好,而且胰外分泌腺泡大大减少以致消失。21只糖尿病大鼠,同种移植经过7天培养的胎胰胰岛,未用免疫抑制剂,术后糖尿病缓解率76.2％。
