目的:探讨扶正抗感膏方配合耳穴贴压法治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染(RRTI)缓解期(肺脾气虚证)的临床疗效及对免疫功能及血清微量元素变化的影响。方法:将64例患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组各32例,治疗组采用口服扶正抗感膏方配合双侧耳穴贴压法治疗,对照组给予转移因子口服液口服,两组均以8周为一个疗程,疗程结束后均随访1年。比较分析两组总疗效,检测治疗前后IgG、IgM、IgA及血清锌、铁、铜水平的变化情况。结果:治疗组总有效率为93.3%,对照组为68.9%;两组比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05);与治疗前及对照组相比,治疗组IgG、IgA、血锌、血铁水平均升高,具有统计学意义(P<0.05和P<0.01)。结论:扶正抗感膏方配合耳穴贴压法对肺脾气虚型小儿RRTI临床疗效显著,其机制与该疗法有效调节免疫功能、纠正锌等微量元素失衡有关。  相似文献

Silver nanoparticle (nAg)-embedded poly(vinyl pyrrolidone) (PVP) hydrogels, to be used as antibacterial wound dressings, were prepared by γ-irradiation at various doses: 25, 35, and 45?kGy. The formation and characteristics of the silver nanoparticles were investigated with a UV–vis spectrophotometer, transmission electron microscopy, and scanning electron microscopy with energy-dispersive X-ray. The hydrogels were characterized for physical and biological properties. Based on the antibacterial determination, the 1 and 5?mM nAg–embedded PVP hydrogels were effective, with 99.99% bactericidal activity at 12 and 6?h, respectively. The indirect cytotoxicity evaluation based on 3-(4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyltetrazolium bromide assay indicated that both the neat and the nAg-embedded PVP hydrogels were non-toxic to mouse fibroblasts (L929). The 5?mM nAg-embedded PVP hydrogels not only provided a clean, moist environment for wound healing, but also effectively prevented bacterial infection and enhanced wound recovery.  相似文献

The study investigated the oxidative stress induction by the 10 and 25?nm silver nanorods (SNRs) following intra-tracheal instillation in rats after 1?day, 1 week, 1 month and 3 months post instillation periods at 1 and 5?mg/kg b.w. doses. The blood was withdrawn by retro orbital plexus method after exposure periods and different oxidative stress markers were estimated. The results showed that the both sizes of SNRs induced increased levels of malondialdehyde (MDA) and depleted glutathione (GSH) levels after 1?day and 1 week post exposure periods. The 10 and 25?nm SNRs at both doses displayed that significantly reduced levels of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and catalase following 1?day and 1 week post exposure periods. Also, the results have shown that decrease in total antioxidant capacity (TAC) of both sizes of SNRs significantly following 1?day and 1 week post exposure periods, indicating the oxidative stress induction by SNRs. In spite, there were no significant changes in oxidative stress markers following 1 month and 3 months post exposure periods may be due to recovery. The increased levels of MDA and decreased levels of GSH, SOD, catalase and TAC activity are strongly associated to ROS production and lipid peroxidation, suggesting the induction of oxidative stress in rats. The 10?nm SNRs at 5?mg/kg b.w. dose exposures in rats have shown greater changes in all oxidative stress parameters, indicating the greater induction of oxidative stress when compared with the 25?nm SNRs, representing the size–dose-dependent induction of oxidative stress of SNRs.  相似文献

A method for the simultaneous determination of Cd–Pb, As–Cu, Cr–Ni and Fe–Mn in canned tomato paste samples by Electrothermal Atomic Absorption Spectrometry was developed and validated. The validation procedure was conducted according to the terms of the European regulation for the official control of contaminants in foods. The validated method was applied for the determination of these metals and metalloids in 13 different tomato paste samples and the results showed that Cd content was higher than the maximum permissible value of 0.050 mg kg−1 as proposed in European Regulation (EC) No 1881/2006 concerning fresh fruits and vegetables. Furthermore, a new quality indicator was evaluated in order to provide information about tomato paste quality and the appropriate storage time of an opened canned tomato paste. Finally, a migration test was accomplished based on the calculation of mass balance and the comparison of the elemental content in canned tomato paste samples and in aseptic paper pack and it was proved that Fe and Pb were the main metals migrating in tomato paste samples.  相似文献

【】目的探讨磺胺嘧啶银脂质水胶体治疗重度颜面部痤疮的临床疗效,为后期临床推广应用提供参考资料。方法使用Pill Sburv及国际改良痤疮分级法进行分级,选择评级为IV级的重度痤疮共计40例,随机分为实验组与对照组,实验组磺胺嘧啶银脂质水胶体联合马齿苋,对照组使用维甲酸联合马齿苋治疗,随访患者后期疗效、炎症因素TNFα和IL-4水平及不良反应,使用SAS 9.1进行统计分析。结果实验组的治疗效果要明显优于对照组( <sub>2</sub>=8.076,P=0.004);实验组治疗前两组在TNF-α、IL-4差异无明显统计学意义(p>0.05),治疗后第4周、第8周结果显示实验组的TNF-α、IL-4含量要明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义;两组不良反应发生率上,两组差异无明显统计学意义。结论目前磺胺嘧啶银脂质水胶体用于重度痤疮研究较少,联合马齿苋清理创面研究也少,本研究结果显示磺胺嘧啶银脂质水胶体联合马齿苋应用于重度颜面部痤疮治疗效果显著,可以加以推广应用。  相似文献

Conclusion. The vestibular evoked myogenic potential (VEMP) responses were significantly affected by middle ear effusion (MEE). The VEMP was either non-responsive or significantly delayed. However, after the conductive hearing loss (CHL) was significantly reduced with tympanic aspiration, the VEMP latencies and asymmetry ratio returned to the range of healthy controls. In addition, the recovery of VEMP response was prompt and immediate. Objective. To evaluate the VEMP in various degrees of CHL resulting from MEE and to clarify the responses after the CHL was reduced. Materials and methods. VEMPs were collected from 21 unilateral subjects with MEE (8 male, 13 female, aged 21–79 years) using unilateral tone-burst stimulation. The pure tone audiograms and tympanograms were recorded. The effusion was then cleared with tympanocentesis. The VEMP responses were compared to those of the healthy volunteers and the responses after the MEE was reduced by tympanic aspiration. Results. The pure tone hearing thresholds decreased significantly with tympanic aspiration. Before tympanic aspiration, the VEMP response rate was 67% and increased significantly to 95% (p<0.05) after tympanic aspiration. The latencies of p13 and n23 were significantly prolonged before tympanic aspiration (p<0.01), and shortened to the normal range after tympanic aspiration. The VEMP asymmetry ratio was significantly decreased after tympanic aspiration (p<0.05).  相似文献

Base catalysed exchange with sodium hydroxide, calcium oxide or N,N,N,N-tetramethylguanidine in deuterium oxide is a viable procedure for the preparation of terminally deuterated alkynes for those alkynes stable to strong base. The use of silver perchlorate as a catalyst is an alternative practical option when labelling alkynes which are sensitive to base or contain functionalities which would lead to labelling elsewhere in the molecule. Labelling with this catalyst takes place smoothly at ambient temperature in a mixture of N,N-dimethylformamide and deuterium oxide.  相似文献
