目的:探讨针对口腔美容修复中使用光固化复合树脂进行修复的临床疗效和应用价值。方法:选取2004年12月-2006年12月牙科接受治疗的128例患者,均实施光固化复合树脂分层实施塑性固化,对比不同牙科疾病的治疗结果,保持对患者1~6年的随访,观察分析长期效果。结果:45例前牙邻面龋患者治疗优秀36例(80.00%),总有效率91.11%;染色牙、四环素牙、斑釉牙40例患者治疗后优秀32例(80.00%),总有效率90.00%;15例颌面磨损患者治疗后优秀14例(93.33%),总有效率100%;15例折断牙患者治疗后优秀12例(80.00%),总有效率93.33%;8例牙缝间隙修补患者治疗后优秀7例(87.50%),总有效率100%;5例畸形牙患者治疗后优秀3例(60.00%),总有效率80.00%。其中颌面磨损修补优秀率最高,畸形牙修补优秀率最低,两者比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。随访显示共有10例失败,其中1例患者1年之后发生脱落,其余9例患者发生脱落时间为修复后5年。结论:光固化复合树脂用于口腔美容修复,总体临床效果较为理想。光固化复合树脂的选材较为简便,操作过程不复杂,安全性高,且长期效果不错,方便再次修复,值得推广应用。 相似文献

目的 对比分析复合树脂与聚合瓷在牙体缺损修复术中对牙体抵抗力的影响.方法 选取48颗正畸拔除且无龋坏的单根上颌前磨牙,将所有样本按随机数法分为A、B、C、D四组,每组均为12颗.A组不给予处理,B组接受单纯复合树脂填充修复,C组接受复合树脂覆盖牙尖填充修复,D组接受聚合瓷嵌体覆盖牙尖修复.完成修复后测试不同组别的抵抗力,并根据牙体的劈裂情况对其进行分类.结果 ①抗折强度:A组(1010.31±292.81)N,B组(809.62±205.37)N,C组(1109.47±298.74)N,D组(1140.58±285.26)N,其中C组与D组的抗折能力均优于B组(q=3.802、4.197,P<0.05),C组与D组间的差异比较无统计学意义(q=0.394,P> 0.05).②劈裂形式:A组Ⅰ型2颗,Ⅱ型10颗;B组Ⅰ型1颗,Ⅱ型11颗;C组Ⅰ型1颗,Ⅱ型11颗;D组Ⅰ型6颗,Ⅱ型6颗.D组的劈裂形式明显优于B、C组(x2=5.042,P=0.025).结论 复合树脂与聚合瓷嵌体均有利于提高牙体缺损修复术中牙齿的抗折强度,而采用聚合瓷牙齿的劈裂形式要优于采用复合树脂. 相似文献

Phenolic lipids were isolated from rye grains, cashew nutshell liquid (CNSL) from Anacardium occidentale, and fruit bodies of Merrulius tremellosus, and their effects on the electric eel acetylcholinesterase activity and conformation were studied. The observed effect distinctly depended on the chemical structure of the phenolic lipids that were available for interaction with the enzyme. All of the tested compounds reduced the activity of acetylcholinesterase. The degree of inhibition varied, showing a correlation with changes in the conformation of the enzyme tested by the intrinsic fluorescence of the Trp residues of the protein. 相似文献

Agaricus sylvaticus mushroom has been widely studied because of its high nutritional value and medicinal properties. The objective of this study was to evaluate the antioxidant potential of both alcoholic and aqueous extracts of Agaricus sylvaticus and quantify their total polyphenol content. The antioxidant activity was performed by the 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl radical scavenging capacity and total polyphenol content was assessed by colorimetric method. Observation also noted the great antioxidant potential of aqueous, alcoholic and ethereal extracts (14.6%, 75.6% and 14.6%, respectively) of the Agaricus sylvaticus mushroom, highlighting the alcoholic extract, which demonstrates the extraordinary benefits of this mushroom in the diet, since antioxidants prevent premature ageing and various types of cancer. 相似文献

丹参干燥前后,新鲜和干燥丹参中酚酸成分含量有显著性差异,即在干燥过程中随脱水增加,丹参酚酸含量显著增加。为探究丹参干燥前后游离型和结合型酚酸含量的差异及转化,该实验对丹参酚酸水解方法、水解产物、水解规律等进行研究,采用UPLC测定丹参结合型酚酸4种主要水解产物丹参素、咖啡酸二聚体(SMND-309)、咖啡酸、甘西鼠尾草酸甲(原紫草酸)以及丹参中3种主要游离酚酸成分(迷迭香酸、紫草酸和丹酚酸B)的含量。结果显示,丹参酚酸的碱水解效果显著优于酸水解,优选的碱水解条件为用含有1%抗坏血酸的2 mol·L-1氢氧化钠溶液于70℃水解4 h;游离酚酸和结合酚酸的水解产物相同;新鲜丹参中游离酚酸含量较低,结合酚酸含量较高,而干燥丹参却相反。提示丹参生长过程中已积累储存了大量的结合型酚酸,主要以酯键与细胞壁多糖结合形成了不溶性酚酸,常规方法不易检出,在干燥脱水过程中,结合型酚酸或在相关酶的作用下转化生成大量的游离酚酸。 相似文献

This work relates to the development of a co-fermented product of sea buckthorn (Hippophae rhamnoides L.) with Saccharomyces cerevisiae and Issatchenkia orientalis. Besides malic acid degradation, the parameters of present production technology were also standardized with emphasis on the retainability of total phenolic content (TPC) of sea buckthorn juice. The effect of co-fermentation on physico-chemical characteristics, organic acids, flavonoids, TPC and antioxidant activities was studied. The high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) analysis showed 55% reduction in malic acid content after the co-fermentation of sea buckthorn juice. The TPC of sea buckthorn product was 2.18 g gallic acid equivalent (GAE)/l. The estimated scavenging effect on 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl free radicals was 2.63 Trolox equivalent (TE) mmol/l. Ferric-reducing antioxidant power and 2,2′-azino-bis(3-ethylbenz-thiazoline-6-sulphonic acid) assays also showed that sea buckthorn product was on a par with commercial wines (Cabernet Shiraz and Beaujolais). The purpose of this study was to evaluate the durability of one-bottle self-etching adhesive during long-term water-storage testing. Resin–dentin bonded specimens were prepared using four commercially available one-bottle self-etching adhesives. The specimens were sectioned perpendicular to the adhesive interface to produce beam-shaped specimens that were stored in water for 24 h (control group) and 100, 200, and 300 d (experimental groups). After each storage period, the beams were subjected to a microtensile bond test. After the bond test, fractured surfaces were examined using a scanning electron microscope. In addition, interfacial observations of the silver tracer were performed using the secondary and back-scatter modes of the scanning electron microscope. The bond strength of all tested adhesives decreased significantly after 100 or more days in water. The interfacial observations showed an oxygen-inhibition zone as electron lucent in the adhesive–composite border in control specimens, displaying silver impregnation with breakage after aging. The deterioration of the oxygen-inhibition zone in the adhesive–resin composite junction resulted in a decrease in bond strength after 100 d in water for one-bottle self-etching adhesives. 相似文献

目的:研究一种微波辅助的聚苯乙烯树脂聚乙二醇(PEG)化的方法。方法使用PEG 200对市售Merrifield树脂进行修饰,尝试了不同条件下PEG化的效率。使用自行制备的PEG化树脂进一步衍生化,并进行氨基酸的负载,与市售王树脂进行比对。结果优选出了一套较为合适的反应参数,使用5 g树脂,50 ml PEG 200,微波功率600 W,预设温度170℃,照射15 min,共2次,获得了接近90%的负载率。衍生化得到PEG化王树脂后与氨基酸进行缩合,获得了令人满意的产率。结论本文首次报道了多模微波装置辅助的聚苯乙烯树脂PEG化,该方法操作简单,制备快速,条件温和,产率满意,远远优于传统制备方法。 相似文献

The objective of this work was to evaluate the antioxidant properties of Lavandula latifolia waste obtained after essential oil distillation. Samples of 12 wild populations of the Lavandula genus collected between 2009 and 2010 were hydrodistilled and their by-products were analyzed using the Folin–Ciocalteu, free radical scavenging activity (2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl), and the ferric reducing antioxidant power (FRAP) methods. Rosmarinic acid, apigenin, and luteolin contents were analyzed by high-performance liquid chromatography–diode array detection. The mean of total phenolic content ranged from 1.89 ± 0.09 mg gallic acid equivalents/g dry weight to 3.54 ± 0.22 mg gallic acid equivalents/g dry weight. The average value of the half maximal effective concentration (EC50) for scavenging activity ranged from 5.09 ± 0.17 mg/mL to 14.30 ± 1.90 mg/mL and the variability of the EC50 in FRAP ranged from 3.72 ± 0.12 mg/mL to 18.55 ± 0.77 mg/mL. Annual variation was found among this samples and the environmental conditions of 2009 were found to be more favorable. The plants collected from Sedano showed the highest antioxidant power. Our results show that rosmarinic acid and apigenin in L. latifolia contributed to the antioxidant properties of the waste. In conclusion, the by-product of the distillation industry could be valorizing as a source of natural antioxidants. 相似文献
