目的探究数字化病案信息技术在医院工作中的应用。方法选取本院2016年3月至2018年3月2 000份病案进行研究,2016年3月至2017年3月1 000份病案作为参照组,2017年3月至2018年3月1 000份病案作为研究组。参照组采用常规管理,即按照医院规定实施管理。研究组采用病案信息技术进行管理,即实施数字化病案信息技术。比较两组工作质量、利用率。结果研究组书写不规范、书写错误、病案归档返修率均低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组医院病案利用率明显高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在医院工作中应用数字化病案信息技术可促进提高各机构的利用率,改善工作质量,应用效果显著,可广泛应用于临床。 相似文献

AbstractThousands of bioactive phytochemicals have potential or established pharmaceutical, medicinal, or nutraceutical applications. Developing crops for bioactive compound extraction presents both research and development challenges and market-related considerations. Demonstrating that cultivation is economically viable is not sufficient. Using examples from both cultivated medicinals and our experience with Taxus canadensis. Marsh., we discuss two types of market factors that must be considered before commercialization can proceed. Bioproduct market factors include availability of a cheaper product elsewhere from the same species; other species with the same bioactive compound; existence of a synthetic alternative to the naturally sourced phytochemical; the patent suite covering bioproduct extraction and use; commodification; and government bioresource regulation. The role and suitability of an industrial collaborator proposing to fund R&D activities also must be gauged by the R&D partner. The assessment should include the company's knowledge of the marketplace; its capacity to sustain the proposed R&D funding; whether the intent is to market raw biomass or a value-added product; and how it is proposed to handle exclusivity and proprietary information. The economics of cultivating elite T. canadensis. cultivars are also briefly summarized. It is concluded that consideration of bioproduct marketing realities can help to focus R&D goals and timelines based on both biomass cost reduction (or improvement in quality) and meeting the industrial collaborator's specific needs. 相似文献

Objective To discuss the usefulness of health care information technology (HIT) in assisting care providers minimize uncertainty while simultaneously increasing efficiency of the care provided. Study design An ongoing study of HIT, performance measurement (clinical and production efficiency) and their implications to the payment for care represents the design of this study. Since 2006, all Maryland hospitals have embarked on a multi‐faceted study of performance measures and HIT adoption surveys, which will shape the health care payment model in Maryland, the last of the all‐payor states, in 2011. Methods This paper focuses on the HIT component of the Maryland care payment initiative. While the payment model is still under review and discussion, ‘appropriateness’ of care has been discussed as an important dimension of measurement. Within this dimension, the ‘uncertainty’ concept has been identified as associated with variation in care practices. Hence, the methods of this paper define how HIT can assist care providers in addressing the concept of uncertainty, and then provides findings from the first HIT survey in Maryland to infer the readiness of Maryland hospital in addressing uncertainty of care in part through the use of HIT. Results Maryland hospitals show noteworthy variation in their adoption and use of HIT. While computerized, electronic patient records are not commonly used among and across Maryland hospitals, many of the uses of HIT internally in each hospital could significantly assist in better communication about better practices to minimize uncertainty of care and enhance the efficiency of its production. 相似文献

Serious gaming is the use of game principles for the purposes of learning, skill acquisition, and training. Higher education is beginning to incorporate serious gaming into curricula, and health professions education is the most common area for serious game use. Advantages of serious gaming in pharmacy education include authentic, situated learning without risk of patient consequences, collaborative learning, ability to challenge students of all performance levels, high student motivation with increased time on task, immediate feedback, ability to learn from mistakes without becoming discouraged, and potential for behavior and attitude change. Development of quality games for pharmacy education requires content expertise as well as expertise in the science and design of gaming. ObjectiveTo determine the optimal monochromatic energy level for lung parenchyma analysis in spectral CT.MethodsAll 50 examinations (58% men, 64.8 ± 16yo) from an IRB-approved prospective study on single-source dual energy chest CT were retrospectively included and analyzed.Monochromatic images in lung window reconstructed every 5 keV from 40 to 140 keV were independently assessed by two chest radiologists. Based on the overall image quality and the depiction/conspicuity of parenchymal lesions, each reader had to designate for every patient the keV level providing the best diagnostic and image quality.Results72% of the examinations exhibited parenchymal lesions.Reader 1 picked the 55 keV monochromatic reconstruction in 52% of cases, 50 in 30% and 60 in 18%. Reader 2 chose 50 keV in 52% cases, 55 in 40%, 60 in 6% and 40 in 2%. The 50 and 55 keV levels were chosen by at least one reader in 64% and 76% of all patients, respectively.Merging 50 and 55 keV into one category results in an optimal setting selected by reader 1 in 82% of patients and by reader 2 in 92%, with a 74% concomitant agreement.ConclusionThe best image quality for lung parenchyma in spectral CT is obtained with the 50–55 keV monochromatic reconstructions. 相似文献
