目的探讨独生子女首发精神分裂症患者父母的心理健康状况。方法采用SCL-90症状自评量表评定80例首发精神分裂症的独生子女患者父母.所得资料与中国常模比较。结果精神分裂症患者父母的阳性项目数高于全国常模(P〈0.01),各个因子分与常模比较.均明显高于常模(P〈0.05),尤以躯体化、强迫、抑郁、焦虑、人际关系、敌对因子显著。结论精神分裂症患者严重影响了父母的工作、生活,造成父母心理障碍,医护人员在对患者进行治疗时,还应注重对患者父母认知、情绪和行为的改善,提高其社会适应能力,改善对待患者的态度。 相似文献

We report here a case of primary osteoclastoma that despite possessing HLA-DR-positive status and ‘functional’ calcitonin receptors, exhibited aggressive in vitro and in vivo bone resorptive activity. In the osteoclast bone slice assay employing scanning electron microscopy, the giant cell-mediated bone resorption was uninhibited by salmon calcitonin (10 nM) and significantly inhibited by raised extracellular calcium (20 mM). In Fura-2AM based microspectrofluorimetric assays, the presence of the ‘functional’ calcitonin receptors was ascertained by a rise in intracellular calcium induced by calcitonin and high extracellular calcium. These findings provide evidence for a hitherto unrecognized subtype of giant cells that have HLA-DR-positive status, exhibit avid bone resorptive activity, but remain insensitive to calcitonin despite possessing calcitonin receptors. 相似文献

The ageing process is accompanied by the disregulation of interleukin 2 (IL2) and interleukin 6 (IL6) production. In our paper, we asked whether the age between 60 and 70 years is a turning point for the disregulation of both IL2 and IL6 production. Fifty volunteers 60–70 years old, 25 aged 36–59, and 50 of 20–35 years old were enrolled into the study. Their health status was graded according to the criteria of the Senieur Protocol (SP) as ‘healthy' and ‘almost-healthy'. The cytokines level was determined in the sera of the volunteers. Moreover, the spontaneous release of IL6 by peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) and the activity of the IL6 gene in non-stimulated PBMC were also analysed. Cytokine levels were measured by biological assays, mRNA for IL6 was detected by RT-PCR method. The results showed that the production of IL2 is not disregulated in the ‘healthy' people until the age of 60–70. People not fulfilling all SP criteria are characterised by a lower level of IL2 in the sera. The overproduction of IL6 into the sera and supernatants from non-stimulated PBMC and PBL as well as the activation of IL6 gene start between the ages 36 and 59 and is more pronounced in the ‘almost-healthy'. 相似文献

A procedure is described for standardising the determination of adenosine 5-triphosphate and phosphocreatine concentration ([ATP] and [PC], respectively, in absolute arbitrary units) in human muscle by nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectroscopy. The individual 31phosphorus (21P)-NMR spectra obtained on equal hemispherical tissue volumes (muscle plus skin and fat) were corrected for the thickness of the skin and of the subcutaneous fat. The volumes investigated were standardised using an external reference. The procedure described made possible the comparison of high energy phosphate concentrations among different subjects. It was applied to the assessment of [ATP] and [PC] in four groups of sedentary subjects (children, and adults aged 20–35, 35–50 and over 50 years), and in a group of athletes (volleyball players). Summary Haematological changes were studied in cross-country skiers during a 33-week training season (7 h a week). The daily amounts of training were calculated from the duration and the intensity of the exercise and then used to estimate training responses associated with a first order transfer function. The profile of system training responses (STR) was determined by convolution between the amounts of training and a first-order transfer function. Linear regressions were used to determine correlation coefficients between STR and iron status indices. Among the values for the time constants of decay, the one giving the best fit between STR and iron status indices was chosen. A relationship was noted between on the one hand STR and changes in serum ferritin concentration ([FERR]) and on the other hand STR and change in mean cell volume (MCV). The [FERR] was decreased and MCV was increased by training. It is suggested that a decrease in [FERR] could have been related to a decrease in total body iron stores. However, large and rapid changes in [FERR] could not have been a reflection of changes in total body iron stores. Equilibrium between [FERR] and total body iron stores could have been temporarily altered by the effects of training. Moreover, iron stores did not seem to have been sufficiently depleted to restrict erythropoiesis. The MCV increased slightly in response to intense training suggesting that training enhances the proportion of young erythrocytes. 相似文献

目的:为前臂后皮神经营养血管远端蒂复合瓣设计提供解剖学基础。方法:30侧动脉灌注红色乳胶成人上肢标本,解剖观测前臂后皮神经营养血管的来源、分支、吻合及其与尺、桡骨膜血管的关系。结果:前臂后皮神经营养血管来自:桡侧副动脉皮支2~6支,外径(0.6±0.3) mm;骨间后动脉皮支6~9支,外径(0.7±0.3) mm;骨间前动脉腕背支皮支3~5支,外径(0.8±0.2) mm;尺、桡动脉腕背支皮支2~6支,外径(0.6±0.1) mm。尺骨中上段骨膜血管来自骨间后动脉的肌骨膜支6~8支,外径0.3~1.0 mm;骨间后动脉桡侧骨皮支与桡骨中段裸区骨膜血管吻合。上述支发出皮支、筋膜支、骨膜支和神经营养血管,形成皮神经干血管链以及深、浅筋膜和骨膜血管网。结论:前臂后皮神经营养血管与肌、骨、皮营养血管同源,其远端蒂复合瓣,旋转轴点在腕关节平面,适宜手背远处的组织缺损修复。 相似文献

A prospective observational study was performed on 488 women with haemoglobin >/=10 g/dl at booking to examine the relationship between serum ferritin concentration quartiles at 28-30 weeks gestation with maternal characteristics, pregnancy complications and infant outcome. While there was no difference in the maternal characteristics or gestational age, the infant size decreased significantly and progressively from the lowest to the highest quartile. Despite a significant difference in the incidence of multiparous women, there was no difference in the incidence of most complications except for prelabour rupture of the membranes and infant admission to the neonatal unit. Compared with the other three quartiles, the highest quartile was associated with increased risk for preterm delivery and neonatal asphyxia, while the lowest quartile was associated with decreased risk of pre-eclampsia, prelabour rupture of the membranes, and infant admission to the neonatal unit. Overall, ferritin quartiles were correlated with other parameters of iron status and red cell indices, and ferritin concentration was inversely correlated with infant birthweight. Our findings suggested that maternal ferritin concentration is primarily a reflection of maternal iron status, and a high level is associated with unfavourable outcome. The rationale of routine iron supplementation in non-anaemic women needs to be re-examined. 相似文献

This study examined sensitivity of eye tracking measures to hyperphagia severity in Prader‐Willi syndrome (PWS). Gaze data were collected in 57 children with PWS, age 3–11 years, and 47 typically developing peers at two study sites during free visual exploration of complex stimulus arrays that included images of food, animals, and household objects. Analysis of the number and duration of fixations as well as gaze perseverations revealed that food items are not exceptionally salient for children with PWS. Instead, increased attention to food in the context of other high‐interest items (e.g., animals) was associated with caregiver reports of more severe hyperphagia and more advanced nutritional phase. The study also provided preliminary evidence of possible genetic subtype and sex differences as well as demonstrated that multiple investigators in a wide range of settings can effectively implement the eye tracking protocol. The results indicate that gaze characteristics derived from eye tracking may be a promising objective marker of hyperphagia in PWS for use in research and clinical trials. 相似文献

The pathogeny of ulcerative colitis (UC) is not yet elucidated, but some arguments suggest the implication of genetic factors. Among the candidate genes, those encoding for HLA class II genotypes have been extensively studied in UC; however, discordant data may be imputable to heterogeneity, characterized by immunological markers such as atypical ANCA (p-ANCA), or to inclusion of more or less intractable UC. The aim of our study is to evaluate the interest of HLA class II and TAP genetic markers to identify different clinical forms of UC, according to p-ANCA status. Unrelated patients with a history of UC (n=91) and healthy control subjects with no personal or family history of inflammatory bowel diseases (IBD) (n=200) were included. HLA-DRB103 was less frequent in UC patients than in healthy controls (8% vs 28%,PC<0.03). No association was found with any TAP genotypes. Moreover, there was no association with the HLA-DR2 specificity, either in the entire group of UC patients (38% vs 28%) or in the p-ANCA-positive subgroup of patients (30%). The most consistent finding in the present study is that some genetic markers may characterize intractability in UC patients. HLA-DR2 was associated with poor prognosis, regardless of p-ANCA status. In HLA-DR2 and non-HLA-DR2 groups, colectomy was done in 55% and 27% of patients, respectively (PC<0.05). Furthermore, in non-HLA-DR2 patients, p-ANCA could be of interest to characterize those with more severe prognosis. Our results confirm the interest of genetic studies to define UC genetic susceptibility, taking into account intractability of the disease. Increased adrenal cortical activity and hypertrophy of adrenal glands associated with defeat and social subordination have been reported frequently in small mammals; these adrenal changes have been linked to impairments in immune response, glucose metabolism and reproductive performance. Similar studies in primates have produced variable results. The current study was undertaken to illuminate the effects of social status on the adrenal gland and to examine concurrent effects of social variables on other physiological systems in Macaca fascicularis, in an initial exploration of the hypothesis that high and low social status have different physiological consequences. Sixty adult male M. fascicularis were housed in social groups of n = 5, under either stable or unstable social conditions. It was found that subordinate animals had heavier adrenal glands and somewhat higher plasma glucose concentrations than dominants. In contrast, dominants had higher blood pressure and worsened atherosclerosis, under some conditions, than subordinates. These data appear to offer preliminary support for Henry and Stephen's hypothesis of differential arousal of dominant and subordinate animals. 相似文献
