3,5-二羟基-4-甲基己酸叔丁酯的合成

以2-甲基-3-碳基丁酸乙酯为原料，经3-经基-2-甲基丁酸乙酯和5-经基-4-甲基-3-碳基己酸叔丁酯合成了3，5-二经基-4-甲基己酸叔丁酯，总收率38％。     

2-(2-甲氧基苯氧基)乙胺的制备

2-(2-Methoxyphenoxy)ethanamine was synthesized from 2-aminoethanol and aceto-nitrile by cyclization to give 2-methyl-2-oxazoline which reacted with 2-methoxyphenol followed by hydro-lysis with phosphoric acid with an overall yield of 44%。     

IMMUNOHISTOCHEMISTRY OF MEDULLOEPITHELIOMA AND NEURAL TUBE

Immunohistochemistry profiles of medulloepithelioma (from two 2 1-year-old girls who had 2 cerebral medulloepitheliomas and a 35-week postconceptional female infant with congenital posterior fossa tumor) and neural tube are compared. Microscopically, the tumors contained a medulloepitheliomatous component, manifested as tubular epithelial structures lined by pseudostratified columnar epithelium delineated by well-defined basement membranes. In all cases, glial and neuronal differentiation were noted to differing extents. The medulloepitheliomatous components did not exhibit glial fibrillary acidic protein, neuron-specific enolase, or S-100 protein reactivity. Neurofilament, cytokeratin, and epithelial membrane antigen were focally present in one case. Extensive nestin immunopositivity was confined to the basal cell layer of the epithelium, leaving the luminal surface unreactive or slightly reactive. These cells also displayed a reactivity to vimentin and to microtubuleassociated protein type 5 similar to that of cells of the primitive neural tube. The similarity between the immunohistochemical profile of medulloepithelioma and that of neural tube epithelium suggests a possible reexpression of that component of the genome responsible for neural tube growth and differentiation in medulloepithelioma.     

丙戊茶碱的合成

目的　选择丙戊茶碱的合成路线,考察其重要中间体 6 -溴 - 2 -己酮的合成工艺。方法　以 1,3-二溴丙烷、乙酰乙酸乙酯缩合得 2 -甲基 - 3-吡喃酸乙酯,再与 6 3%氢溴酸反应得 6 -溴 - 2 -己酮,总收率:6 3 1%。以 3-甲基黄嘌呤为原料,经与溴丙烷、6 -溴 - 2 -己酮两步缩合,得到丙戊茶碱,总收率:73 96 %。结果　产品质量合格,收率达到文献水平。结论　6 -溴 - 2 -己酮和丙戊茶碱的合成工艺适用于工业生产。     

针刺加电脑中频治疗纤维肌痛综合征疗效观察

目的观察针刺加电脑中频治疗纤维肌痛综合征的临床疗效。方法46例患者随机分为观察组23例和对照组23例,观察组采用针刺加电脑中频治疗,对照组口服阿米替林。治疗30天后评定疗效。结果观察组和对照组有效率均为95.65%,无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论采用针刺加电脑中频综合治疗本病与口服西药阿米替林相比,近期疗效相当,且无不良反应。     

4-氨基-5-氯-2-乙氧基苯甲酸的合成

目的合成4-氨基-5-氯-2-乙氧基苯甲酸。方法以对氨基水杨酸钠为原料,经酸化、甲酯化、乙酰化、乙基化、氯代、水解等六步反应得到枸橼酸莫沙必利的主要中间体4-氨基-5-氯-2-乙基苯甲酸。结果与结论本合成工艺提高了收率,降低了成本,更适合工业化生产,本工艺总收率为62.4%。     

复方甘草酸苷联合化疗治疗消化道恶性肿瘤的疗效观察

目的:观察复方甘草酸苷注射液联合化疗治疗中、晚期消化道恶性肿瘤的疗效和毒副反应。方法:将100例患者随机均分为复方甘草酸苷联合化疗组(治疗组)和单纯化疗组(对照组),比较2组疗效和毒副反应。结果:治疗组和对照组近期有效率分别为58%、36%(P<0·05)。治疗组无肝功能损害,消化道反应占10%,程度轻;对照组肝功能损害占38%,消化道反应占44%,程度重(P<0·05)。结论:复方甘草酸苷注射液联合化疗治疗中、晚期消化道恶性肿瘤可提高疗效,预防药物性肝损害的发生,减轻消化道反应程度。     

间溴苯甲醚的合成

硝基苯经溴代、还原、重氮化后水解得到间溴苯酚,再在无溶剂条件下用硫酸二甲酯甲基化得到间溴苯甲醚,总收率37%.     

对氟苯肼盐酸盐的简便合成

对氟苯胺经重氮化后用亚硫酸氢钠还原制得对氟苯肼盐酸盐,操作简便,收率92%,易于放大制备.     

6-甲基吡啶-3-甲醛的合成

5-乙基-2-甲基吡啶经选择性氧化、酯化、LiAlH4还原和PCC氧化等反应得到6-甲基吡啶-3-甲醛,总收率47%.
