Intracellular recording of the rat hippocampal slices was established and usedto analyse the effects of glucocorticoid on resting membrane potential as well as inputresistance of the cells in CA1 and CA2 of hippocampal slices.The results indicate thatwithin 1-2 min the steroid hyperpolarized some of the hippocampal neurons with atendency of increasing the cells' input resistance,suggesting that glucocorticoid caninfluence the function of central neurons in a non-genomic pattern,and the underlyingmechanism involves the change of resting membrane potential.  相似文献

At present, the majority of cardiac catheterization laboratories acquire and store hemo-dynamic data in analog form. To examine the possibility of performing complex analysis of digital data during the catheterization procedure, we examined whether virtual realtime digital (fast Fourier) analysis improves the accuracy of clinical data. We compared digital filtering of fluid manometry during right heart catheterization with 10-Hz and 250-Hz analog filters. Using the simultaneously acquired micromanometry as the “gold standard,” we found that analog filtering is associated with a greater error and time delay than digital filtering. This study demonstrates that digital hemodynamic data analysis performed during cardiac catheterization can improve the quality of data obtained during right heart catheterization, with the results available within seconds. More extensive use of computers in the cardiac catheterization laboratory may be useful for both clinical and research purposes. © 1992 Wiley-Liss, Inc.  相似文献

目的:探讨一种新的方法修复手指部皮肤软组织缺损。方法:以手指背血管为蒂,于近节指背、指蹊及掌背远端区域设计逆行岛状皮瓣转移至手指皮肤软组织缺损处,皮瓣及蒂部包涵指背动脉及指背浅静脉,皮瓣供区可直接拉拢缝合或皮片移植修复。结果:1999年10月~2002年8月,临床应用12例13个皮瓣,11个皮瓣完全成活,2个皮瓣发生表皮层坏死,经换药后自愈。结论:指背血管蒂逆行岛状皮瓣邻近手指皮肤软组织缺损区,血运可靠,可以安全、简便地修复手指创面。  相似文献

Objective To assess the clinical value of dual-energy intracranial CT angiography (CTA).Methods Forty-one patients suspected of intracranial vascular diseases underwent dual-energy intracranial CT angiography, and 41 patients who underwent conventional subtraction CT were enrolled as the control group.Image quality of intracranial and skull base vessels and radiation dose between dual-energy CTA and conventional subtraction CTA were compared using two independent sample nonparametrie test and independent-samples t test, respectively.Prevalence and size of lesions detected by dual-energy CTA and digital subtraction CTA were compared using paired-samples t test and Spearman correlative analysis. Results The percentage of image quality scored 5 was 70.7% (29/41) for dual-energy CTA and 75.6% (31/41) for conventional subtraction CTA.There was no significant difference between the two groups(Z= -0.455, P=0.650).Image quality of vessels at the skull base in conventional subtraction CTA was superior to that in dual-energy CTA, especially for the petrosal and syphon segment (Z=-4.087, P= 0.000).Radiation exposure of dual energy CTA and conventional CTA were (396.54±17.43) and (1090.95±114.29) mGy · cm respectively.Radiation exposure was decreased by 64% (t=-38.52, P=0.000) by dual energy CTA compared with conventional subtraction CTA.Out of the 41 patients,19 patients were diagnosed as intracranial aneurysm, 2 patients as arteriovenous malformation (AVM), 3 patients with Moya-moya's disease, and the remaining 17 patients with negative results.Nine patients with intracranial aneurysm, 2 patients with AVM, 3 patients with Moya-moya's disease, and 2 patients with negative findings underwent DSA or operation, with concordant findings from both techniques.Diameter of aneurysm neck, long axis and minor axis by dual-energy CTA was (2.90±1.61), (5.23±1.68) and (3.83±1.69) nun, respectively; Diameter of aneurysm neck, long axis and minor axis by DSA was (2.95±1.71), (5.10±1.60) ,(3.83±1.65) nan,respectively.There was no significant difference for the diameters of aneurysm between dual energy CTA and DSA ((t=-0.734,1.936,0.12.5 respectively, P=0.482,0.085,0.903 respectively), and good correlation was found between diameter measurements using the two techniques(r=0.964,0.976,0.973, respectively, all P=0.000) Conclusions Compared with conventional subtraction CTA, dual energy CTA has good image quality for intracranial vessels; however, image quality of the skull base vessels is worse, especially for the petrosal and syphon segment.Dual energy CTA has decreased radiation dose and a high diagnostic accuracy, being a practical imaging madality for diagnosis of intracranial vascular lesions.  相似文献

Summary. The effect of changes in local and body temperature on the toe systolic pressures was studied in 20 subjects with and 30 without Raynaud's syndrome in the toes. The pressures were significantly lower in the group with Raynaud's syndrome under all experimental conditions (P < 0·01). The pressures were significantly lower during body cooling than during body warming in both groups (P < 0·01). The mean decrease with body cooling was 58 mmHg in the group with Raynaud's syndrome and 24 mmHg in the control subjects (P < 0·01). During body cooling pressures fell to less than 30 mmHg in 70% of subjects with Raynaud's syndrome and in 3% of the controls. Local cooling from 30 to 10°C during body cooling resulted in a significant mean decrease in pressure of over 40 mmHg in both groups (P < 0·01) and the pressure fell below 30 mmHg in over 90% of the group with and in 26% of those without Raynaud's attacks. The results indicate the importance of body cooling and local temperature in the mechanism of vasospasm in the toes. They are also relevant to the diagnosis of Raynaud's syndrome in the lower limbs and have implications for the testing of patients with arteriosclerotic occlusion since erroneously low pressure values could be obtained in tests when the feet are cold.  相似文献

目的探讨胸部双能量DR骨骼像在筛查冠脉钙化中的意义。方法35例患者分别行右前斜位胸部双能量DR检查及多排螺旋CT(MDCT)冠状动脉扫描并记录照射后射线的体表入射剂量ESD(mGy)。2位高年资放射科医师及2位低年资医师分析双能量胸片骨骼像,对LAD、LCX、RCA共105条血管的钙化情况进行评估。CT扫描图像进行钙化积分分析。以钙化积分>300为金标准,对双能量DR的结果进行ROC分析。结果DR胸片平均阳性率27.6%(29/105),其中LAD阳性率48.5%(17/35);LCX22.8%(8/35);RCA 11.4%(4/35)。4位医师的ROC结果显示曲线下面积分别为0.866、0.854、0.725、0.642。胸部DR照射平均体表入射剂量为(0.469±0.22)mGy;多排CT入射剂量为(12.29±1.40)mGy。两者经配对t检验有显著差异。结论DR骨骼片可以检出较明显的冠状动脉钙化,对冠心病的筛查和病情的检测有一定的临床意义。  相似文献

The distribution of the specific radioactivity and the incorporation into protein of [3H]-tryptophan and [3H]valine at varying layers from surface to centre were measured in incubated slices of cerebral cortices from infant and adult rats. Specific radioactivity in free amino acids was in both age groups highest in the intact surface layer. Incorporation of tryptophan into protein was even in slices from adult rats but much less than the average in the surface layers in slices from infant rats. Incorporation of valine exhibited similar heterogeneity in both age groups. The results suggest in brain slice preparations a zonal compartmentation of amino acid and protein metabolism which varies for different amino acids.  相似文献
