ObjectivesSuboptimal health status (SHS) is a dynamic state wherein people have not been diagnosed with a disease but tend to develop diseases. People with SHS often experience fatigue and other nonspecific symptoms, which are related to a deviated body constitution in traditional Chinese medicine (TCM). However, the correlation between TCM constitution and SHS has not been adequately investigated. Furthermore, no study has explored the radial pulse analysis—an assistive objective indicator of TCM constitution—in healthy people and people with SHS.DesignA cross-sectional study.Settings/LocationCenter for Traditional Medicine, Taipei Veterans General Hospital, Taiwan.SubjectsSixty-six adults (27 healthy participants and 39 participants with SHS) who were aged 20–39 years.Outcome MeasuresThe body constitution questionnaire (BCQ) scores, suboptimal health status questionnaire-25 (SHSQ-25) scores, and radial pulse waves detected using sphygmography were recorded. Pulse wave analyses are presented as the ratio of frequency below 10 Hz to that above 10 Hz (SER10), which represent energy changes in organ blood flow.ResultsParticipants with SHS had significantly higher Yang-Xu, Yin-Xu, and stasis scores of BCQ compared with healthy participants. The SHSQ-25 scores of the participants with SHS were moderately correlated with their Yang-Xu, Yin-Xu, and stasis scores (r = 0.65, 0.66, and 0.72, respectively; all p < 0.001), but weak correlations were discovered for healthy participants. The participants with SHS had significantly higher SER10 at the left guan (the “liver” system in TCM) than did the healthy participants.ConclusionsSHS is moderately correlated with TCM-based constitution and those with SHS had increased SER10 at the leftguan of the radial pulse. 相似文献

目的探讨针刺联合地奥司明治疗内痔湿热下注证患者的疗效。方法选择该院2017年2月至2019年1月收治的84例内痔湿热下注证患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将患者分为两组,每组42例。A组采用针刺联合地奥司明进行治疗,B组采取常规治疗,观察两组疗效、临床症状积分、生活质量(QOL)评分及不良反应发生情况,对比两组治疗结果。结果A组总有效率为92.86%,显著高于B组的80.95%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前两组便血、肛门坠痛、脱垂及大小便异常等临床症状积分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后A组各项评分均低于B组(P<0.05)。治疗前两组的各项QOL评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后A组各项评分均高于B组(P<0.05)。A组不良反应发生率为7.14%,与B组的11.90%比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论针刺联合地奥司明治疗内痔湿热下注证效果显著,可快速缓解相关症状,提高生活质量,不良反应较少,安全性高,值得临床推广使用。 相似文献

目的探讨穴位贴敷联合八段锦功法对阳虚体质患者的护理效果。方法选取2018年6月至2019年8月在我院门诊治疗的阳虚体质患者84例为研究对象,随机将其等分为对照组和观察组,对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予穴位贴敷联合八段锦功法的护理方法。比较两组综合疗效、阳虚质积分和出现阳虚症状的情况。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组,阳虚质积分低于对照组,观察组阳虚症状出现例次明显少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论穴位贴敷联合八段锦功法能有效改善阳虚质,提高阳虚患者的生活质量,值得推广应用。 相似文献

目的:观察四川省自贡地区高同型半胱氨酸血症(homocysteine,HCY)人群的中医体质分布、中医体质与心血管危险因素的相关性,为建立治未病同健康管理相结合的模式干预高同型半胱氨酸血症提供依据。方法:通过调查514例高同型半胱氨酸血症人群填写的《中医体质分类与判定表》的情况,搜集基本信息及实验室检查,探讨中医体质分布和危险因素的相关性。结果:514例高HCY血症人群中,主要以痰湿质(28.2%)、血瘀质(17.1%)、湿热质(14.8%)、阴虚质(12.3%)为主,男性体质分布以痰湿质(32.2%)、血瘀质(16.9%)、湿热质(14.2%)、气虚质(11.2%)为主,女性体质分布以痰湿质(23.9%)、血瘀质(17.4%)、湿热质(15.4%)、阴虚质(14.6%)为主。痰湿质、血瘀质、湿热质、阴虚质的年龄、舒张压、三酰甘油水平比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中,痰湿质年龄水平高于其他3种体质,湿热质年龄水平最低(P<0.05);血瘀质舒张压高于其他3种体质(P<0.05),湿热质三酰甘油含量高于其他3种体质(P<0.05)。痰湿质、血瘀质高HCY人群与饮酒有显著相关性(P<0.05),湿热质高HCY人群与高血压有显著相关性(P<0.05),痰湿质、阴虚质高HCY人群与血脂异常有显著相关性(P<0.05)。结论:痰湿质、血瘀质、湿热质、阴虚质是高同型半胱氨酸血症的主要体质,男女体质分布有差异,不同体质相关的危险因素不同。 相似文献

Background:The constitutional theory is an important aspect of Tibetan medicine,however a quantitative measurement tool for constitution identification still does not exist.The objective of this study is to evaluate the reliability and validity of a Tibetan medicine constitution scale(TMCS)that consists of three sub-scales and 31 items.Methods:From June to July 2019,622 people from the general population in Beijing,China,aged 18 to 60 were investigated.We employed Cronbach’s alpha(α),split-half reliability,and test-retest reliability to determine the reliability of the scale.The content validity and contract validity of the TMCS were evaluated using factor analysis and correlation analysis based on Tibetan medicine theory.The items were screened according to the reliability test results.Results:After the items were screened,22 items remained in the scale.The Cronbach’s alpha value for the internal consistency reliability of the TMCS was 0.754(95%confidence interval(CI):0.700–0.761).The correlation coefficient for the two-week test-retest of the total score was 0.726(95%CI:0.571–0.834).The split-half coefficient was 0.689(95%CI:0.640–0.734).The scale can be explained by eight potential factors,including morphological structure,physiological function,personality,adaptability,etc.The body mass index was negatively correlated with the score of the sub-rlung scale(r=−0.376),slightly positively correlated with the sub-mkhris pa scale(r=0.099),and positively correlated with the sub-bad kan scale(r=0.362).Conclusion:The TMCS is a reliable and valid instrument that can be used to assess the body constitution of the general population in Beijing,China.Future studies are needed to explore the differences in biological characteristics among the constitutional types and the association between constitution and disease. 相似文献

目的 了解飞行员的身体形态、机能和运动能力特征,指导飞行员的体能训练. 方法 采用智能化体质测试系统,测试31 2名健康男性现役歼(强)击机飞行员(年龄23~49岁)的身高、体重、BMI、血压、肺活量、台阶试验、握力、仰卧起坐、俯卧撑等14项指标,以间隔5岁为1组分为6个年龄段进行分析对比. 结果 随着年龄增长飞行员身高呈降低趋势(F=3.012,P<0.05),体重和BMI逐渐增加(F=7.601、12.581,P<0.01),30岁以上年龄段飞行员BMI均值>24 kg/m2.血压随年龄增大有增高趋势,但均值在正常范围内;肺活量随年龄增大而降低(F=8.315,P<0.01);各年龄段台阶试验指数有降低趋势(F=2.578,P<0.05).20~29岁年龄段飞行员的纵跳高度、俯卧撑和仰卧起坐次数等明显高于35~49岁年龄段(P<0.05或P<0.01);随年龄增大,飞行员的闭眼单脚站立时间逐渐缩短(F=9.183,P<0.01),选择反应时和5×10 m折返跑时间逐渐延长(F=5.985、15.965,P<0.01),但坐位体前屈距离和握力变化不明显. 结论 30岁以上年龄段的飞行员BMI均值达到普通人群确定的超重范围.20~29岁年龄段飞行员运动能力指标明显高于35~49岁年龄段.本组飞行员各年龄段机能指标、运动能力指标均值高于普通人群,但部分指标低于我军飞行人员的相关标准. 相似文献

目的 通过Meta分析研究高血压与中医体质的相关性,为高血压防治提供依据。方法 通过检索国内文献库,纳入符合要求的高血压与中医体质相关性文献,提取原始文献资料并评价研究的质量;以RevMan 5.3软件进行异质性检验和Meta分析,并通过亚组分析探索异质性来源,以漏斗图评估发表偏倚。结果 共有10篇文献符合纳入标准,涉及高血压病人4 401例,对照组7 934例,全部为横断面研究。痰湿质(OR = 2.24,95%CI:1.77 - 2.83,P < 0.001)、阴虚质(OR = 1.28,95%CI:1.13 - 1.45,P < 0.001)、气虚质(OR = 1.21,95%CI:1.06 - 1.37,P = 0.005)、血瘀质(OR = 1.24,95%CI:1.06 - 1.46,P = 0.007)是高血压人群更易出现的体质类型;而平和质是对照组更易出现的体质类型(OR = 0.56,95%CI:0.51 - 0.61,P < 0.001);阳虚质、气郁质、湿热质、特禀质在高血压人群和非高血压人群的分布无明显统计学差异。亚组分析显示是否明确纳入既往诊断的高血压和研究质量是异质性主要来源;目测漏斗图未发现明显发表性偏倚。结论 痰湿质、阴虚质、气虚质、血瘀质是高血压易感体质,平和质是保护体质,但由于纳入研究质量不佳,且存在设计缺陷,无法说明中医体质与高血压发生的因果关系,结论需谨慎对待。 相似文献

T-cell re-constitution after allogeneic stem cell transplantation (alloSCT) is often dampened by the slow differentiation of human peripheral blood CD34(+) (huCD34(+) ) hematopoietic stem cells (HSCs) into mature T cells. This process may be accelerated by the co-transfer of in vitro-pre-differentiated committed T/NK-lymphoid progenitors (CTLPs). Here, we analysed the developmental potential of huCD34(+) HSCs compared with CTLPs from a third-party donor in a murine NOD-scid IL2Rγ(null) model of humanised chimeric haematopoiesis. CTLPs (CD34(+) lin(-) CD45RA(+) CD7(+) ) could be generated in vitro within 10 days upon co-culture of huCD34(+) or cord blood CD34(+) (CB-CD34) HSCs on murine OP9/N-DLL-1 stroma cells but not in a novel 3-D cell-culture matrix with DLL-1(low) human stroma cells. In both in vitro systems, huCD34(+) and CB-CD34(+) HSCs did not give rise to mature T cells. Upon transfer into 6-wk-old immune-deficient mice, CTLPs alone did not engraft. However, transplantation of CTLPs together with huCD34(+) HSCs resulted in rapid T-cell engraftment in spleen, bone marrow and thymus at day 28. Strikingly, at this early time point mature T cells originated exclusively from CTLPs, whereas descendants of huCD34(+) HSCs still expressed a T-cell-precursor phenotype (CD7(+) CD5(+) CD1a(+/-) ). This strategy to enhance early T-cell re-constitution with ex vivo-pre-differentiated T-lymphoid progenitors could bridge the gap until full T-cell recovery in severely immunocompromised patients after allogeneic stem cell transplantation. 相似文献
