This article presents the results of the interlaboratory comparison (ILC) study of the following four characteristics of ceramic tile adhesives (CTAs): initial tensile adhesion strength, tensile adhesion strength after heat ageing, tensile adhesion strength after immersion in water, and tensile adhesion strength after freeze–thaw cycles. The results showed that the objective of the ILC was achieved—the z-score analysis carried out following ISO 13528 allowed for classifying all results obtained by 23 laboratories out of 27 as satisfactory. The results of the remaining four laboratories were rated worse. Despite the achieved goal, the ILC notes high heterogeneity of the results in terms of failure patterns, as well as significant differences between the lowest and the highest values of tensile adhesion strength for various measurement conditions. The results of the ILC were discussed in terms of the possibility of including them in the risk analysis conducted by the manufacturer. The results of the ILC are also valuable information for market surveillance authorities, who, in the authors’ opinion, should be more cautious about results on samples taken from the market. The ILC results for CTAs are also a valuable recommendation for a possible revision of EN 12004.  相似文献

In this work, Ba2MgWO6: Eu3+ (BMW: Eu3+) ceramic materials with a double perovskite structure were sintered using the High-Pressure Low-Temperature sintering (HPLT) technique. As part of the research, the influence of pressure (CP), sintering temperature (CT), and sintering time (CTS) on the structure and luminescence of the doped BMW were determined. Structural analysis via XRD and SEM + EDS and spectroscopic analysis via emission and excitation spectra, decay time, and absorption spectra of the obtained ceramics were performed. Dense double perovskite ceramics were obtained with a cubic structure with optimal sintering parameters: T = 500 °C, p = 8 GPa, and t = 1 min. The increase in temperature caused an increased extinction of the luminescence due to the diffusion of carbon into the ceramics. The increase in pressure led to the formation of the amorphous phase, which increased the speed of non-radiative transitions and also led to the extinction of the luminescence. The increase in sintering time from 1 to 3 min enhanced the luminescence output, but when the ceramic was sintered for 5 min, the luminescence was quenched, most likely by increasing the rate of the non-radiative process, as evidenced by reduced decay time.  相似文献

Polymeric thin films offer a wide range of exciting properties and applications, with several advantages compared to inorganic counterparts. The thermal conductivity of such thin films ranges typically between 0.1–1 W m1 K1. This low thermal conductivity can cause problems with heat dissipation in various applications. Detailed knowledge about thermal transport in polymeric thin films is desired to overcome these shortcomings, especially in light of the multitude of possible microstructures for semi-crystalline thin films. Therefore, poly(3-hexylthiophene-2,5-diyl) (P3HT) is chosen as a model system to analyze the microstructure and optoelectronic properties using X-ray scattering and absorption spectra along with the thermal transport properties using the photoacoustic technique. This combination of analysis methods allows for determining the optoelectronic and thermal transport properties on the same specimen, supplemented by structural information. The effect of different molecular weights and solvents during film preparation is systematically examined. A variation of the optoelectronic properties, mainly regarding molecular weight, is apparent, while no direct influence of the solvent during preparation is discernible. In contrast, the thermal conductivities of all films examined fall within a similar range. Therefore, the microstructural properties in the ordered regions do not significantly affect the resulting thermal properties in the sample space investigated in this work. We conclude that it is mainly the amorphous regions that determine the thermal transport properties, as these represent a bottleneck for thermal transport.  相似文献

Struvite is a chemically bonded ceramic product in the pipeline of a sewage treatment plant. In order to explore the fire extinguishing potential of struvite, a new type of struvite ultrafine dry powder with excellent performance was prepared by a simple process, and its fire extinguishing performance and mechanism were analyzed in depth. Under the same process conditions, the refinement degree (D50 = 5.132 μm) and the specific surface area (BET = 25.72 m2/g) of ultrafine struvite were larger than those of NH4H2PO4 (D50 = 8.961 μm, BET = 13.64 m2/g), making struvite more suitable for fire extinguishing. Besides, the pyrolysis process of struvite was relatively concentrated and absorbed more heat in a short time. Its heat absorption (458.4 J/mg) was higher than that of NH4H2PO4 (156.4 J/mg). Water, ammonia, and PO· were released during the pyrolysis of struvite, which effectively reduced fire temperature, diluted oxygen concentrations and captured free radicals. At the same time, the final products were magnesium orthophosphate and magnesium pyrophosphate, which formed a dense flame-retardant ceramic layer with good thermal insulation and environmental protection functions. In these cases, the fire extinguishing mechanism of struvite was determined to have three stages: the cooling effect, the asphyxiation effect, and the chemical effect. Correspondingly, the fire extinguishing time of struvite was three seconds faster than that of ammonium phosphate under 0.2 MPa based on the local oil basin test.  相似文献

V6O13 thin films were deposited on indium-doped tin oxide (ITO) conductive glass by a concise low-temperature liquid-phase deposition method and through heat treatment. The obtained films were directly used as electrodes without adding any other media. The results indicate that the film annealed at 400 °C exhibited an excellent cycling performance, which remained at 82.7% of capacity after 100 cycles. The film annealed at 400 °C with diffusion coefficients of 6.08 × 10−12 cm2·s−1 (Li+ insertion) and 5.46 × 10−12 cm2·s−1 (Li+ extraction) in the V6O13 film electrode. The high diffusion coefficients could be ascribed to the porous morphology composed of ultrathin nanosheets. Moreover, the film endured phase transitions during electrochemical cycling, the V6O13 partially transformed to Li0.6V1.67O3.67, Li3VO4, and VO2 with the insertion of Li+ into the lattice, and Li0.6V1.67O3.67, Li3VO4, and VO2 partially reversibly transformed backwards to V6O13 with the extraction of Li+ from the lattice. The phase transition can be attributed to the unique structure and morphology with enough active sites and ions diffusion channels during cycles. Such findings reveal a bright idea to prepare high-performance cathode materials for LIBs.  相似文献

This paper is focused on the study of internal stress in thick films used in hybrid microelectronics. Internal stress in thick films arises after firing and during cooling due to the differing coefficients of thermal expansion in fired film and ceramic substrates. Different thermal expansions cause deflection of the substrate and in extreme cases, the deflection can lead to damage of the substrate. Two silver pastes and two dielectric pastes, as well as their combinations, were used for the experiments, and the internal stress in the thick films was investigated using the cantilever method. Further experiments were also focused on internal stress changes during the experiment and on the influence of heat treatment (annealing) on internal stress. The results were correlated with the morphology of the fired thick films. The internal stress in the thick films was in the range of 8 to 21 MPa for metallic films and in the range from 12 to 16 MPa for dielectric films. It was verified that the cantilever method can be successfully used for the evaluation of internal stress in thick films. It was also found that the values of deflection and internal stress are not stable after firing, and they can change over time, mainly for metallic thick films.  相似文献

目的在钴铬合金表面制备Fe3+掺杂二氧化钛薄膜。方法采用溶胶-凝胶法在钴铬合金表面制备Fe3+掺杂二氧化钛膜,利用扫描电镜、原子力显微镜、X射线衍射仪、傅立叶红外光谱仪、X射线能谱仪分别表征薄膜的表面和横断面形貌、晶相结构及元素成分,并通过划痕法和磨损实验测试膜基结合强度及薄膜的耐磨性。结果钴铬合金试样表面形成一层厚约267~310 nm、平整致密的金黄色透明薄膜,薄膜成分为锐钛矿型二氧化钛,其主要元素成分有O、Ti、Fe。膜基结合力平均值为68.37 N,同等磨损实验条件下,镀膜试样的失重量约为未镀膜者的2/5。结论溶胶-凝胶法在钴铬合金表面制备Fe3+掺杂二氧化钛薄膜光滑平整,具有良好的膜基结合力与临床应用价值。  相似文献

The gas-phase reaction dynamics and kinetics in a laser induced plasma are very much dependent on the interactions of the evaporated target material and the background gas. For metal (M) and metal–oxygen (MO) species ablated in an Ar and O2 background, the expansion dynamics in O2 are similar to the expansion dynamics in Ar for M+ ions with an MO+ dissociation energy smaller than O2. This is different for metal ions with an MO+ dissociation energy larger than for O2. This study shows that the plume expansion in O2 differentiates itself from the expansion in Ar due to the formation of MO+ species. It also shows that at a high oxygen background pressure, the preferred kinetic energy range to form MO species as a result of chemical reactions in an expanding plasma, is up to 5 eV.  相似文献

Epitaxial thin films of Pr2−δNi1−xMn1+xO6−y (PNMO) double perovskite were grown on (001)-oriented SrTiO3 substrates by RF magnetron sputtering. The influence of the growth parameters (oxygen pressure, substrate temperature, and annealing treatments) on the structural, magnetic and transport properties, and stoichiometry of the films was thoroughly investigated. It is found that high-quality epitaxial, insulating, and ferromagnetic PNMO thin films can only be obtained in a narrow deposition parameter window. It is shown that a careful selection of the growth conditions allows for obtaining a high degree of Ni/Mn cation ordering, which is reflected in the values of the Curie temperature, TC, and saturation magnetization, MS, which are very close to those of bulk material.  相似文献

目的观察围手术期口服滋阴活血方对超声乳化术后泪膜及眼表变化的影响。方法将55例(60只眼)行白内障超声乳化摘除联合人工晶体植入术的患者随机分为治疗组27例(30只眼)和对照组28例(30只眼),两组均行上方角巩缘3.2mm隧道切口超声乳化白内障摘除联合人工晶体(折叠式)植入术,手术前后均予西医常规处理措施;治疗组在常规治疗基础上,于术前3天至术后21天口服自拟滋阴活血方。观察两组术前及术后第1、7、21、30天干眼相关症状、泪膜破裂时间(BUT)、基础泪液分泌试验(SIT)及角膜荧光染色变化情况。结果①干眼相关症状评分:治疗组术后1天、7天明显高于术前(P〈0.05),对照组术后1天、7天、21天、30天均明显高于术前(P〈0.05,P〈0.01);组间术后比较,第7天、21天、30天差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05,P〈0.01)。②基础泪液分泌试验:治疗组术前与术后1天差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),对照组术前与术后1天、7天、21天、30天差异均无统计学意义(P〉0.05);组间术后比较,第1天差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。③泪膜破裂时间:治疗组术前、术后差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05),对照组术后7天较术前缩短(P〈0.05);组间术后比较,第7天、30天差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。④角膜荧光染色评分:治疗组术前与术后1天差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01),对照组术后各观察期角膜荧光染色评分始终高于术前(P〈0.05,P〈0.01);组间术后比较,第术后7天、21天、30天差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论超声乳化术可短期内影响患者的泪膜及眼表,围手术期口服滋阴活血方可缓解术后泪膜及眼表的改变。  相似文献
