目的:研究冠状动脉畸形及其临床意义。方法:在460例冠状动脉的解剖中,发现7例冠状动脉异常,并对此动脉开口移位和冠状动静脉瘘进行解剖与观察。结果:在7例中,5例冠状动脉开口移位,经动脉圆锥前、主动脉后或主动脉与肺动脉干之间横过心底,到达其分布区。单一(右)冠状动脉Ⅱ型或一冠状动脉发自对侧主动脉窦提供解释:此冠状动脉畸形的青年,可在运动时或运动后猝死。2例冠状动静脉瘘,显示冠状动脉和肺动脉干与左室之间,存在毛细血管前吻合。结论:冠状动脉畸形在临床实践中有其意义,其发生有它的胚胎学基础。 相似文献

Summary: Inflammation underpins the development of atherosclerosis. Initiation and progression of vascular inflammation involves a complex cellular network, with macrophages as major contributors. Activated macrophages produce proinflammatory mediators, bridge innate and adaptive immunity, regulate lipid retention, and participate directly in vascular repair and remodeling. Recent efforts to elucidate molecular mechanisms involved in the regulation of vascular inflammation in atherosclerosis have implicated several families of innate immune recognition receptors in inflammatory activation during the course of this disease. This article reviews our current understanding of innate immune recognition receptors, signaling pathways, and putative ligands implicated in activation of macrophages in the disease. In its final section, we propose a model for the role of macrophages in bridging inflammation and atherosclerosis from the perspective of innate immune recognition and activation. 相似文献

This study attempts to point out the importance of the anatomo-clinical finding of an "hour-glass" shape to the uterus in the diagnosis and treatment of cervical pregnancy. From 1973 to 2001, four cases of cervical pregnancy were treated in the 2nd Obstetrical and Gynecological Clinic of the Aristotelion University of Salonica. The incidence was 1:13,111 pregnancies (4 cervical in 52,446 pregnancies). Three of the patients underwent bilateral ligation of the anterior trunk of the internal iliac artery using absorbable ligatures. The fourth patient (a 42-year-old), elected to have a hysterectomy. All patients were well and discharged from hospital on the seventh postoperative day. Two of the three patients treated by ligation of the anterior trunk of the internal iliac arteries subsequently had normal pregnancies and deliveries. We lost contact with the third patient. The finding of an "hour-glass" uterine shape was very helpful in the diagnosis of cervical pregnancy. The Aristotelion University of Salonica has found that treatment by ligation of the anterior trunk of the internal iliac arteries is effective, causes no complications, never ends in hysterectomy, and maintains the normal menstrual cycles and reproductive ability of the woman. 相似文献

Doppler ultrasound is known as a reliable technique, which demonstrates the flow characteristics and resistance of ophthalmic arteries. In this study, ophthalmic arterial Doppler signals were obtained from 106 subjects, 54 of whom suffered from ocular Behcet disease while the rest were healthy subjects. Multilayer perceptron neural network (MLPNN) employing delta-bar-delta training algorithm was used to detect the presence of ocular Behcet disease. Spectral analysis of the ophthalmic arterial Doppler signals was performed by least squares (LS) autoregressive (AR) method for determining the MLPNN inputs. The MLPNN was trained with training set, cross validated with cross validation set and tested with testing set. All these data sets were obtained from ophthalmic arteries of healthy subjects and subjects suffering from ocular Behcet disease. Performance indicators and statistical measures were used for evaluating the MLPNN. The correct classification rate was 96.43% for healthy subjects and 93.75% for unhealthy subjects suffering from ocular Behcet disease. The classification results showed that the MLPNN employing delta-bar-delta training algorithm was effective to detect the ophthalmic arterial Doppler signals with Behcet disease. 相似文献

Microscopic aneurysmal-like structures (ALS) develop spontaneously in the convoluted rat testicular artery and have been previously proposed as a model relevant to cerebral aneurysms. The effect of defects in connective tissue fibres on ALS formation was investigated by microscopy using two approaches: (i) the study of the effect of β-aminopropionitrile (BAPN), an inhibitor of the cross-linking of elastic and collagen fibres, on the incidence, size and morphology of ALS in spontaneously hypertensive rats (SHR) and their normotensive controls (WKY). The straight spermatic artery was studied for comparison. (ii) The determination of the incidence of spontaneous ALS in Brown Norway (BN) and Long Evans (LE) rats which are highly susceptible (BN) or resistant (LE) to the spontaneous rupture of the arterial internal elastic lamina. (i) BAPN increased the number and size of ALS in SHR and WKY rats and had no effect on the straight spermatic artery and (ii) ALS were more numerous and of greater size in BN than in LE rats. Taken together, these results show that defective connective tissue fibres may favour the formation and induce the enlargement of aneurysmal-like structures. By analogy, these data suggest that a lack of connective tissue fibre integrity may be of importance in cerebral aneurysm formation and development. 相似文献

Among cases that had multiple renal arteries on one side, an inferior supernumerary renal artery was found in 24/270 cases (ca. 9%) on the right and in 19/270 cases (ca. 7%) on the left, together with the usual renal artery. We have noticed that there are correlations between their levels of origin from the aorta and their positional relation to the ureter and the inferior vena cava (IVC). An inferior supernumerary renal artery (InfRA) of lower origin passes in front of the IVC and behind the ureter. An InfRA of middle origin passes in front of both the IVC and the ureter. An InfRA of upper origin passes behind the IVC and in front of the ureter or renal pelvis. In addition there was a tendency for the lower origin type to have an ureteric branch, while the middle and upper origin types had a gonadal branch. These findings suggest that different derivations lead to the inferior supernumerary renal arteries. 相似文献
