成都地区181例骨科医疗事故鉴定案例分析

目的:探讨医疗事故技术鉴定骨科案例的特征及产生医疗事故的原因,为骨科医疗质量的改进和提高提供借鉴.方法:对2002年9月1日到2010年12月31日期间成都医学会所鉴定的181例骨科案例进行统计分析.结果:构成骨科事故比例为47.51%,高于全部案例的事故率.结论:医疗机构应加强骨科医疗质童的监管,以降低骨科医疗事故发生率.     

Impact of Sfar experts' conference entitled "Modalities of sedation and/or analgesia in hospital setting"

In 1999, the Société française d’anesthésie et de réanimation (Sfar) published guidelines regarding sedation in prehospital setting. The recommendated protocol for emergency intubation was the rapid sequence induction (RSI). The aim of this study was to assess the impact of these guidelines on clinical practices.

Therapeutic artifact: Case series

Artifacts are pervasive in every realm of biological science, and this includes the field of medicine. Unless explicitly recognized by scientific experts, artifacts can be found and may influence research and findings in the medical domain, just as they do in other branches of biological science. Therapeutic artifacts are changes that occur in the body as a result of medical interventions. These artifacts can sometimes pose challenges in forensic investigations, as they may be misinterpreted or mistaken for signs of trauma or foul play. This case series presents three cases illustrating different types of treatment artifacts encountered in forensic medicine. These three cases highlight the importance of considering medical interventions and therapies when interpreting autopsy findings. It is crucial for forensic experts to have a comprehensive understanding of therapeutic artifacts to accurately differentiate them from genuine injuries or pathologies. By recognizing and properly interpreting these artifacts, forensic investigations can be conducted with increased accuracy and ensure that justice is served.     

中医药地方立法的亮点及重点研究

目前，全国绝大多数地区已经制定中医药地方条例，并有不少地区做了多次修订，形成了一些立法亮点，主要体现于中医药特有领域的立法探索、安全合理用药监管机制的构建、中医药服务体系的健全、中医药宣传日的推广等方面，但仍有优化空间。此外，中医药地方立法仍有不少需要重点突破之处，如中医医术确有专长人员的扶持与管理、自种自采自用中药的监管、突发公共卫生事件的中医药参与机制等。通过对地方立法对贯彻《中医药法》的重要性、中医药地方立法亮点的梳理与评析和中医药地方立法重点的研判与思考进行归纳总结，为各地立法经验的互鉴及立法体例的完善提供借鉴。     

Sensibilidad al gluten no celiaca: etiología,diagnóstico diferencial y presentación clínica

Non-celiac gluten sensitivity (NCGS) is the latest pathology incorporated into the group of gluten-related disorders. This review addresses the evidence on its etiology, differential diagnosis and symptomatology. Although NCGS is defined by a reaction to gluten, other possible etiopathogenic mechanisms have been described, such as an inadequate response to other components of wheat or to FODMAPs, with the term non-celiac sensitivity to wheat recently being extended. There are contradictory results on the validity of the diagnostic protocol of the Salerno experts. Evidence on diagnostic biomarkers for NCGS is scarce, although some studies indicate the following: antigliadin antibodies, zonulin, ALCAT test, micro-RNA, incRNA and certain cytokines. In NCGS, abdominal pain and fatigue are the most common symptoms. In addition, altered nutritional status is common. In conclusion, more research on NCGS is needed to improve understanding of its etiopathogenesis and clinical features.
