《辅行诀五脏用药法要》原藏敦煌藏经洞,1908年为法国伯希和盗掠,守洞道士王圆篆在为伯希和装箱时暗藏之,1918年售予河北省威县张僵南,僵南传其嫡孙大昌,毁于1966年“文革”初,“文革”期间张大昌将抄写本寄赠中国中医研究院,中国中医研究院加以整理,于1975年打印35本内部交流(简称“中研本”),继而王雪苔先生两次亲访张大昌,收集到两个抄本,经整理收录于1988年江西科学技术出版社《敦煌古医籍考释》(简称“考释本”);二十世纪九十年代中国中医研究院中国医史文献研究所派王淑民先生陶广正先生再访张大昌,收集到3个抄本,经整理收录于1998年江苏古籍出版社的《敦煌医药文献辑校》(简称“辑校本”)。今仍有大昌弟子抄本传世。 相似文献

目的:探讨《伤寒杂病论》中附子的功用及减毒方法。方法:依据历代医家论述张仲景《伤寒杂病论》中附子回阳救逆、补火助阳、散寒止痛等功效的应用及常用药对的配伍机理,并结合现代研究成果对附子的减毒方法进行理论探讨。结果:减毒方法归结为炮制、煎煮、剂量、服法。结论:仲景在附子的应用上除注意炮制外,常遵循逐量而加、因人而异的用药原则,常依据患者年龄、体质、病程、病势给予适当剂量,且中病即止。 相似文献

Polyvinyl chloride (PVC) tubing is an indispensable medical material for extracorporeal circulation therapy. However, di(2-ethylhexyl)phthalate
(DEHP), a suspected endocrine disruptor, can be eluted from PVC, suggesting that an alternative material that does not contain
DEHP is needed for clinical applications. First, we evaluated the endocrine disrupting risks of the plasticizers contained
in PVC tubes by investigating their binding affinities for the human estrogen receptor alpha (ERα). Our results revealed that,
while DEHP has some binding affinity for ERα, neither epoxidized soybean oil nor tris(2-ethylhexyl)trimellitate (an alternative
to DEHP) has any affinity for ERα. Second, we evaluated the endocrine disrupting risks of a tube made of newly developed plasticizer-free
(PF) materials. We confirmed the presence of DEHP and detected several unidentified substances in plasma stored within the
PVC tube. This plasma's competitive binding affinity for ERα was significantly higher than that of control plasma (P < 0.01). In contrast, the profile of plasma stored in the PF tube was similar to that of the control, both in terms of high-performance
liquid chromatography chromatograms and competitive binding capacity for ERα, suggesting that the PF tube is biocompatible
and is useful for reducing the elution of substances capable of binding to ERα.

Background
Rupture of atherosclerotic plaques and the resulting thrombosis are vital causes of clinical ischemic events. Recent studies have shown that ADAMTS4 (a disintegrin and metalloproteinase with thrombospondin motifs 4) is a pathogenic factor of plaque vulnerability in mice. However, the relationship between ADAMTS4 and carotid atherosclerotic vulnerable plaques in humans remains unclear.Methods
Forty-eight carotid atherosclerotic plaque specimens were obtained from 48 carotid artery stenosis inpatients undergoing carotid endarterectomy. We performed hematoxylin and eosin and Movat pentachrome staining for histologic characteristics; immunohistochemical staining for ADAMTS4, versican, and macrophages; and serologic tests for ADAMTS4. Patients were divided into stable and vulnerable groups on the basis of histologic characterization according to the classification criteria of the American Heart Association. Comparison between the groups was carried out using SPSS 17.0 (SPSS Inc, Chicago, Ill).Results
Expression of ADAMTS4 in the plaque and its serum concentration were significantly higher in the vulnerable group compared with the stable one (P = .004 and P = .021, respectively), whereas the expression of versican was lower in the vulnerable group than in the stable group (P = .015). Univariate analysis revealed that the incidence of symptomatic cerebral ischemic events and ADAMTS4 serum levels were statistically higher in the vulnerable group compared with the stable group (P = .021 and P = .029, respectively). Multivariate analysis showed that ADAMTS4 was an independent risk factor (odds ratio, 1.14; P = .038).Conclusions
Our study revealed that ADAMTS4 expression was upregulated during carotid atherosclerotic plaque development. Serum levels of ADAMTS4 were associated with increased plaque vulnerability in both symptomatic and asymptomatic patients with carotid artery stenosis. In larval lamprey, partial lesions were made in the rostral spinal cord to determine which spinal tracts are important for descending activation of locomotion and to identify descending brain neurons that project in these tracts. In whole animals and in vitro brain/spinal cord preparations, brain-initiated spinal locomotor activity was present when the lateral or intermediate spinal tracts were spared but usually was abolished when the medial tracts were spared. We previously showed that descending brain neurons are located in eleven cell groups, including reticulospinal (RS) neurons in the mesenecephalic reticular nucleus (MRN) as well as the anterior (ARRN), middle (MRRN), and posterior (PRRN) rhombencephalic reticular nuclei. Other descending brain neurons are located in the diencephalic (Di) as well as the anterolateral (ALV), dorsolateral (DLV), and posterolateral (PLV) vagal groups. In the present study, the Mauthner and auxillary Mauthner cells, most neurons in the Di, ALV, DLV, and PLV cell groups, and some neurons in the ARRN and PRRN had crossed descending axons. The majority of neurons projecting in medial spinal tracts included large identified Müller cells and neurons in the Di, MRN, ALV, and DLV. Axons of individual descending brain neurons usually did not switch spinal tracts, have branches in multiple tracts, or cross the midline within the rostral cord. Most neurons that projected in the lateral/intermediate spinal tracts were in the ARRN, MRRN, and PRRN. 目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定地奥心血康胶囊中薯蓣皂苷元含量的方法。方法:色谱柱为Shim-pack CLC-Sil(150mm×6.0mm,5μm),流动相为石油醚-异丙醇(98∶2),检测波长为206nm。结果:薯蓣皂苷元在0.58~11.6μg范围内线性关系良好,其回归方程为Y=3.682×107X+1700(r=0.9998);平均回收率为99.49%,(RSD=0.12%,n=5)。结论:该方法简便、准确、专属性强,可作为该制剂的质量控制方法。 相似文献
