Similarities in Skeletal Muscle Strength and Exercise Capacity Between Renal Transplant and Hemodialysis Patients

Exercise intolerance is common in hemodialysis (HD) and renal transplant (RTx) patients. Aim of the study was to assess to what extent exercise capacity and skeletal muscle strength of RTx patients differ from HD patients and healthy controls and to elucidate potential determinants of exercise capacity in RTx patients. Exercise capacity, muscle strength, lean body mass (LBM) and physical activity level (PAL) were measured by cycle-ergometry, isokinetic dynamometry, DEXA and Baecke Questionnaire, respectively, in 35 RTx, 16 HD and 21 controls. VO2peak and muscle strength of the RTx patients were significantly lower compared to controls (p<0.01), but not different compared to HD patients. In RTx patients, strength (p<0.001), PAL (p=0.001) and age (p=0.045) were significant predictors of VO2peak. Muscle strength was related to LBM (p=0.001) and age (p=0.001), whereas gender (p<0.001) and renal function (p=0.01) turned out to be significant predictors of LBM. No effects of corticosteroids were observed. Exercise capacity and muscle strength seem equally reduced in RTx and HD patients compared to controls. In RTx patients, muscle strength and PAL are highly related to exercise capacity. Renal function appears to be a significant predictor of LBM, and through the LBM, of muscle strength and exercise capacity.     

耐磷酸盐土霉素菌株选育和发酵的研究

以土霉素生产菌株138^#为出发菌株，经饥饿培养、5-FU、UV、咖啡因复合诱变处理，再用含高磷酸盐的培养基定向筛选，得到高产突变菌株100^#。该突变株遗传特性稳定，代谢特性优于出发菌株，经57m^3发酵罐生产验证，生产稳定，低效价罐批减少59．5％，在磷酸盐浓度提高到0.04％～0.05％时，统计一年的正常罐批平均发酵效价比对照菌株提高5．76％。     

感染日本血吸虫的家兔治疗前后肝纤维化动态观察

感染日本血吸虫的家兔治疗前后肝纤维化Ｂ超声像图模型、血清ＭＡＯ水平及病理学结果表明，血吸虫引起的肝纤维化变化过程与血清ＭＡＯ水平升降趋势趋向一致，均在１８周达到高峰。解剖与病理学检查结果基本相符，血吸虫性肝纤维化形成后，只要及时给予杀虫治疗，肝纤维化部分可发生逆转。     

《癌变·畸变·突变》杂志1992──1995年16期文献计量分析

运用文献计量分分析法对本刊１９９２－１９９５年１６期所刊文章作了分析。结果：致突变的文章较多；每篇文章作者平均３．９４人，大多集中在高等院校及科研机构，地区分布较广，高产作家尚少；平均引文８．２２篇，引文以中、英文期刊为主；文献半衰期为中文４．１６年，英文６．９３年；有８种核心期刊；自引率较高。与创刊后的前１２期（１９８９－１９９２）相比：一次性文献比重明显增加，致畸文章比重增加，高产作家相对增多，英文引文增加，英文半衰期缩短近二年半，提示刊物水平有提高趋势。     

REHABILITATION OF LOWER LIMB AMPUTEES AND SOME IMPLICATIONS FOR SURGICAL MANAGEMENT

Aspects of peri-operative management, amputation level and rehabilitation of the lower limb amputee are reported in the context of a review of a rehabilitation service for amputees which includes an integrated prosthetic service. Two hundred admissions were reviewed and some complex cases described. It is concluded that: a very close liaison between the surgeon and the rehabilitation team (ideally with pre-operative consultation) is in the patient's best interests; any person previously walking (or a potential walker) should be considered for a trial of prosthetic walking; an integrated prosthetic service enhances the efficiency of the rehabilitation service; and that modification of the current Artificial Limb Scheme to allow manufacture of first definitive limbs in prosthetic rehabilitation units would further enhance service to patients.

本文对较小厚度范围内颌骨、金属铝在X片上的灰度水平与厚度变化关系进行了探讨,提出在数字减影牙片中以金属铝制成均匀楔形灰阶,代替传统金箔制成的台阶式灰阶.     

A fluid level in an acute extradural haematoma

We report a fluid level in an acute extradural haematoma developing after placement of a ventriculoperitoneal shunt for hydrocephalus. This fluid level was thought to be due to a mixture of blood and cerebrospinal fluid.     

青年人群血清甲_3型流感抗体检测和流行株的抗原性分析

采集４５０例战士血清标本，分别用国家代表株甲３／济防／１５／９０（Ｈ３Ｎ２）和甲３／北京／３２／９２（Ｈ３Ｎ２）作血清血凝抑制抗体测定，青年对甲３型抗体阳性率为６０％～６７％，其ＧＭＴ为３４～４５。１９９４～１９９５年两年中在军营人群中分离到３株Ｈ３Ｎ２毒株流行株，分别应用国际、国家和地方代表株作抗原性分析，证明流行株与它们之间抗原性有明显差异。本文分离到的３株流行株均上送国家流感中心鉴定，证实为Ｈ３Ｎ２亚型毒株。     

沈阳市某农村社区居民健康状况分析

目的：了解沈阳市农村社区居民健康状况及主要健康问题,为农村健康促进工作提供基础资料。方法：采用随机抽样的方法,选择东陵区某中等经济水平农村社区18岁以上成年人进行一般状况调查及健康体检。结果：本社区居民超重和肥胖、高血粘、血压异常、脂肪肝、咽炎、尿路感染、女性阴道炎检出率较高,分别为48.0%,41.5%,33.8%,27.1%,20.7%,7.0%,47.5%。结论：该社区需加强健康教育和健康促进为主导的综合干预措施,进一步促进农村社区人群健康状况。     

对《2007年医院管理年活动方案》的认识与思考

针对新出台的2007年医院管理年活动方案，文章归纳了2007年管理年活动的主要内容和重点要求，并针对当前我国医院实际，紧密结合《医院管理评价指南（试行）》，从理念、质量、服务和管理4个方面着重分析了医院管理者应当关注的问题，以更好地贯彻落实管理年的有关精神和要求，科学制定出适合各级医院特点的更为具体和更具操作性的实施细则，促进我国公立医院管理水平不断提升。
