青海大学医学院本科实验教学改革探索与实践

生物化学是生物学领域各专业学生必修的一门重要专业基础课,是学习其他相关专业课的基础。生物化学实验是学好本课程的关键环节。结合生物化学实验教学的现状,从培养适应社会发展所需要的高素质人才角度出发,在生物化学实验课教学改革上进行了一些初步的尝试。实践证明,这样的改革可提高生物化学实验课的教学质量。     

临床技能教学实验体系研究与探索

针对中医专业学生临床技能掌握薄弱的情况,分析其形成原因,提出从建立临床实验课程体系、实验队伍建设、教学监控体系建设、实验基地建设等几个层面着手,初步构建中医临床实验教学体系。     

药物化学设计性实验探索

药物化学是药学专业一门重要的专业课，为了加强对学生创新思维和综合能力的培养，在药物化学实验中开设设计性实验，取得了很好的效果。     

润肠通便汤治疗便秘的实验研究

[目的]探讨润肠通便汤治疗便秘的通便作用。[方法]观察润肠通便汤对正常小鼠、燥结失水便秘模型和复方地芬诺酯（DC）便秘模型小鼠排便的影响；对正常小鼠小肠推进运动和肠容积的影响。[结果]润肠通便汤对正常小鼠、燥结失水便秘模型小鼠及复方地芬诺酯（DC）便秘模型小鼠均有明显促进排便的作用；润肠通使汤还能促进正常小鼠小肠推进运动，有较明显的增加肠道重量，增加肠管容积的作用。[结论]润肠通便汤具有明显的通便作用。     

试探中医理论实验课的特点和任务

从中医理论的实验课的内涵及实验课特点出发来阐述中医实验课的任务,强调中医理论实验课有很强的中国文化特征.     

黄连-姜黄水煎剂治疗豚鼠皮肤真菌感染

由中国人民解放军军事医学科学院实验动物中心主办，南京军区福州总医院承办的“全军第十届医学实验动物学术研讨会”于2008年10月15-17日在福建省武夷山市隆重召开。这是军队实验动物学界两年一届的盛大学术交流会。     

Discrete and continuous prepulses have differential effects on startle prepulse inhibition and skin conductance orienting

The effectiveness of different types of auditory prepulses in eliciting skin conductance orienting and in producing prepulse inhibition (PPI) of the acoustic startle eyeblink was studied in two experiments. A discrete white noise prepulse produced greater PPI than either a continuous white noise, a discrete tone, or a continuous tone. The discrete white noise advantage was not due to similarity in bandwidth to the startle pulse or to a refractory effect of the prepulse. Moreover, a dissociation between PPI and skin conductance orienting was seen in both experiments. PPI using auditory prepulses appears to be dependent primarily on the acoustic characteristics of the transient portion of the prepulse, whereas skin conductance orienting is more dependent on the sustained portions of the stimulus.     

Temperament as a moderator of pathways to conscience in children: the contribution of electrodermal activity

A longitudinal study (G. K. Kochanska, 1997) showed that temperamental fearfulness, assessed at toddler age via observational data and maternal ratings, moderated pathways to internalized conscience at age 4. For fearful children, maternal gentle discipline deemphasizing power predicted conscience development; for fearless children, attachment security predicted conscience development. Electrodermal reactivity assessed at age 4 on the same children was used as a physiological reflection of fearful temperament and was substituted for the earlier fearfulness measure to test the theoretical model. As expected, for electrodermally reactive children, maternal gentle discipline predicted conscience, whereas for nonreactive children, attachment security predicted conscience. The findings support the notions of (a) electrodermal reactivity at an early age as a correlate of temperament, (b) temperament as a moderator of socialization in early moral development, and (c) lovelessness in psychopathic individuals as an index of the failure of the alternative pathway (via attachment) to conscience in fearless children.     

消炎止痒喷雾剂毒理学实验研究

目的：对消炎止痒喷雾剂的毒理学进行研究。方法：参照中药新药研究指导原则,采用最大给药剂量法对大白兔进行皮肤用药急性毒性和刺激性试验;以赋形剂为阴性对照,1%的2,4-二硝基氯苯丙酮溶液为阳性对照,对豚鼠进行皮肤过敏性试验。结果：大白兔未见死亡,皮毛光滑,食欲、排便正常,无急性毒性,对破损皮肤刺激极轻微,对完整皮肤无刺激。对豚鼠致敏性极轻微。结论：中药消炎止痒喷雾剂对大白兔和豚鼠皮肤无毒副作用,使用是安全的。     

在《护理学基础》实验课中引入竞赛活动的实践与探讨

目的探讨竞赛活动在《护理学基础》实验教学中的应用效果。方法随机将2005级320名本科护生分为实验组及对照组,实验组采用竞赛教学法进行《护理学基础》实验课的教学,对照组采用传统教学方法,对两组护生进行阶段性操作考核,并对实验组护生进行问卷调查。结果实验组护生的操作考核成绩明显高于对照组(P<0.001),实验组护生对在实验课教学中引入竞赛活动的教学效果评价良好。结论把竞赛活动引入《护理学基础》实验教学,可有效提高教学质量和学生的综合能力。
