在经络穴位的生物物理属性中,由于皮肤温度比较灵敏,易于观察,又能及时反映该处血管的舒缩变化。作者利用铂电阻作为测温控头,用微机进行数据处理,并利用该系统进行人体皮肤温度的检测及分析。结果表明:皮肤温差点基本上是循经分布的。 相似文献

Data on the occurrence of neural tube defects in first-, second-, and third-degree relatives of probands were collected in a United States study. The proportions of affected individuals were 3.2%, 0.5%, and 0.17% respectively. These findings are compared to those from other recent North American studies, and differences are discussed. It is pointed out that accurate recurrence risk figures may not be available, and that caution should be used when counseling families with relatives who are affected with NTD. 相似文献

目的探讨头皮合并颅骨缺损的修复方法。方法对2000年至2007年治疗的6例头皮合并颅骨缺损患者,采用皮肤扩张术修复头皮,钛网修补颅骨缺损。结果6例患者中,1例患者出现皮瓣下积液,经抽吸、加压包扎后愈合;其余病例未出现感染、血肿及皮瓣坏死等并发症,外观满意。结论皮肤扩张术和钛网联合应用是修复头皮合并颅骨缺损的较好方法。 相似文献

Saethre‐Chotzen syndrome is a common autosomal dominant form of craniosynostosis, the premature fusion of the sutures of the calvarial bones of the skull. Most Saethre‐Chotzen syndrome cases are caused by haploinsufficiency for the TWIST gene. Mice heterozygous for a null mutation of the Twist gene replicate certain features of Saethre‐Chotzen syndrome, but have not been reported to exhibit craniosynostosis. We demonstrate that Twist heterozygous mice exhibit fusions of the coronal suture and other cranial suture abnormalities, indicating that Twist heterozygous mice constitute a better animal model for Saethre‐Chotzen syndrome than was previously appreciated. The prediction of the mean skin temperature used for the Required Sweat Rate index was criticised for not being valid in
conditions with high radiation and high humidity. Based on a large database provided by 9 institutes, 1999 data points obtained
using steady-state conditions, from 1399 experiments and involving 377 male subjects, were used for the development of a new
prediction model. The observed mean skin temperatures ranged from 30.7 °C to 38.6 °C. Experimental conditions included air

目的 在"创而床准备(WBP)"理论指导下,观察负压封闭吸引局部处理糖尿病溃疡的疗效.方法 收集2000年1月至2005年1月间收治的27例糖尿病溃疡患者作对照组,2005年1月至2007年6月的8例糖尿病溃疡患者为试验组.两组患者均经常规系统的治疗,试验组在创面的黑、黄期采用清创后负压吸引治疗.观察两组创而各分期间的演进情况.比较两组手术Ⅰ期修复率、入院首次及实施负压治疗后1、2、3周创面细菌学检查结果 .观察各期创面组织标本的HE染色和黄、红两期Ⅰ、Ⅲ型胶原纤维苦味酸-天狼猩红染色结果 及对其含量进行图像分析.结果 试验组患者创面各分期的演进速度、于术Ⅰ期修复率均优于以照组(100%比46%,P<0.05).治疗2周后试验组创面末检出致病菌,对照组检出率为66.7%(P<0.05).HE染色显示试验组各期间的演进类似于急性创面愈合过程,且试验组黄期Ⅰ、m型胶原总含量为12.28%,对照组为24.77%(P<0.01).结论 基于WBP方案的负压吸引治疗能促进糖尿病溃疡的创面愈合过程. 相似文献

The thermolabile variant (677TT) of methylenetetrahydrofolate reductase (MTHFR) is a known risk factor for neural tube defects
(NTDs). The relationship between a second MTHFR polymorphism (1298A→C) and NTD risk has been inconsistent between studies.
We genotyped 276 complete NTD triads (mother, father and child affected with an NTD) and 256 controls for MTHFR 1298A→C. Our
findings do not support a role for the 1298A→C polymorphism in NTDs (OR 0.85 (95% CI 0.49–1.47), p= 0.55), nor do we observe a combined effect with the 677C→T polymorphism.

目的:报道股后皮神经营养血管带蒂皮瓣的解剖特点与临床应用疗效。方法:在10侧经动脉灌注红色乳胶成人新鲜下肢标本上,解剖观测股后皮神经血供及其筋膜皮支的分布范围,设计股后皮神经营养血管岛状皮瓣转移修复腘窝、髋关节周围软组织缺损6例。结果:股后皮神经营养血管主要来源臀下动脉、穿动脉和腘动脉后侧穿支的升皮支,并在股后区形成网状吻合营养股后侧皮肤。皮瓣5例全部成活,1例皮瓣远端少量坏死,换药后愈合。经12~44个月随访,皮瓣无破溃,膝、髋关节功能活动良好。结论:股后皮神经营养血管岛状皮瓣转位是一种修复腘窝、髋关节周围软组织缺损良好的方法。 相似文献

Angelman syndrome (AS) is caused by several genetic mechanisms that impair the expression of maternally‐inherited UBE3A through deletions, paternal uniparental disomy (UPD), UBE3A pathogenic variants, or imprinting defects. Current methods of differentiating the etiology require molecular testing, which is sometimes difficult to obtain. Recently, computer‐based facial analysis systems have been used to assist in identifying genetic conditions based on facial phenotypes. We sought to understand if the facial‐recognition system DeepGestalt could find differences in phenotype between molecular subtypes of AS. Images and molecular data on 261 individuals with AS ranging from 10 months through 32 years were analyzed by DeepGestalt in a cross‐validation model with receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curves generated. The area under the curve (AUC) of the ROC for each molecular subtype was compared and ranked from least to greatest differentiable phenotype. We determined that DeepGestalt demonstrated a high degree of discrimination between the deletion subtype and UPD or imprinting defects, and a lower degree of discrimination with the UBE3A pathogenic variants subtype. Our findings suggest that DeepGestalt can recognize subclinical differences in phenotype based on etiology and may provide decision support for testing. 相似文献

Physiological detection of deception (“lie detection”) procedures were evaluated with 24 actors, half of whom were “guilty” of a mock-crime and half were “innocent.” All subjects were trained in the Stanislavsky method of acting and were instructed to use this method to appear innocent on the polygraph test. Two versions of the control question detection of deception test were employed: one in which subjects verbally answered immediately following each question and the other in which they delayed their verbal answer for 8 sec following each question. The delayed answer technique allowed the separate measurement of physiological responses to the questions and the answers. Skin resistance responses, cardiovascular changes, and respiration were recorded and analyzed. Excluding inconclusive results, the overall accuracy of the decisions varied between 78% and 91% depending on the test employed. The principal results were: 1) attempts by guilty subjects to appear innocent were totally ineffective, 2) physiological responses elicited by the questions were more valid indicators of deception and nondeception than were the responses elicited by the verbal answers, and 3) errors occurred more frequently with innocent subjects (between 17% and 25% depending on the measure used) than with guilty subjects (0% with each measure). Variables which may affect the generalizability of these results to the field situation are discussed and suggestions for increasing the generalizability of laboratory findings are made. 相似文献
