联用心通口服液与硝酸异山梨醇酯治疗冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病心绞痛疗效观察 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
目的:探讨联用中药心通口服液与西药硝酸异山梨醇酯治疗冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(冠心病)心绞痛的疗效。方法:将68 例冠心病心绞痛患者随机分为2 组。治疗组(36 例)用中药心通口服液与西药硝酸异山梨醇酯治疗,对照组(32 例)单用硝酸异山梨醇酯治疗;药物剂量:心通口服液10 m l,硝酸异山梨醇酯10 m g,均为每日3 次口服,3 周为1 个疗程。结果:治疗组及对照组临床症状改善总有效率分别为889% 及618% ,有显著性差异( P< 005);心电图改善总有效率分别为806% 及531% ,亦有显著性差异( P< 005)。结论:心通口服液与硝酸异山梨醇酯合用治疗冠心病心绞痛对心绞痛症状及心电图的心肌缺血改善均优于单用硝酸异山梨醇酯。 相似文献

目的比较液基薄层制片法与传统涂片对尿液标本中肿瘤检出率的差异。方法随机选取2010年4月至2010年12月吉林大学第一医院门诊及泌尿科住院患者尿液标本120例,采用新柏氏2000液基细胞自动制片机及传统涂片的方法制片,巴氏染色后,显微镜下观察,比较两种方法肿瘤细胞检出率的差异。结果判读采用巴氏5级分类诊断标准,诊断结果均与病理对照。结果 120例尿液标本共检出阳性例数为41例,其中液基薄层制片法检出阳性31例,灵敏度为75.6%,传统法检出阳性17例,灵敏度为41.5%,液基薄层制片灵敏度提高了34.1%,经χ2检验,P<0.05,有统计学意义,其诊断结果与病理结果基本一致。结论液基薄层制片技术其阳性检出率及符合率均高于传统涂片,因此使用液基薄层制片技术可提高对泌尿系统肿瘤诊断的灵敏度。 相似文献

目的:对不同厂家不同批次的雷贝拉唑钠肠溶片进行释放度研究,为其质量控制提供依据.方法:采用高效液相色谱法进行释放量测定,采用SPSS13.0对测定结果进行分析.结果:四批次雷贝拉唑钠肠溶片在45min的释放量均超过标示量70%,不同药厂或同一药厂不同批次的雷贝拉唑钠肠溶片的质量存在显著差异(P<0.01).结论:体外释放度作为药品质量控制的指标之一,可为临床合理用药提供依据. 相似文献

目的观察益坤口服液治疗肝肾阴虚型围绝经期综合征的临床疗效,并探讨其作用机理。方法观察肝肾阴虚型围绝经期综合征患者103例,其中治疗组70例,对照组33例。治疗纽子益坤口服液治疗,对照组口服替勃龙片,共3个月。对2组治疗前后的临床症状(采用Kupperman评分标准)、雌二醇(E2)、孕酮(P)、促卵泡生成素(FSH)、促黄体生成素(LH)、子宫内膜厚度等进行定量研究。结果2组治疗后各项临床症状均明显改善(P〈0.05),治疗组的改善程度明显优于对照组。2组治疗后E2水平均有明显升高(P〈0.05),治疗组FSH水平治疗后较治疗前明显下降(P〈0.05)。2组子宫内膜厚度治疗前后差异均无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。临床有效率治疗组为94.29%,对照组为87.88%治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论益坤口服液能明显改善肝肾阴虚型围绝经期综合征患者的临床症状和性激素水平。 相似文献

[目的]建立高速逆流色谱法高效、快速分离制备石椒草中芦丁的新方法.[方法]石椒草的乙醇提取物经大孔吸附树脂柱初步分离后,直接进行高速逆流色谱分离,所用两相溶剂体系为乙酸乙酯-正丁醇-水(2:1:3,v/v/v),上相为固定相,下相为流动相,流速1.5 mL/min,转速830 r/min,检测波长254 nm,所得产物的纯度经HPLC检测,结构经UV和Ms鉴定.[结果]经一步分离从200 mg石椒草粗提物中得到纯度高于99%的芦丁,分离时间短于2 h.[结论]由该法制备芦丁简便、快速,所得产物纯度高,适合于芦丁对照品的大规模制备. 相似文献

Vitamin D has been considered to regulate calcium and phosphorus homeostasis and to preserve skeletal integrity. Serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D (25(OH)D) is the best indicator of vitamin D levels. The association of serum 25(OH)D deficiency with increased risk of type 1 diabetes (T1DM) and type 2 diabetes (T2DM) is controversial. We investigated serum 25(OH)D2 and 25(OH)D3 levels in diabetes patients by using liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS). Serum 25(OH)D2 and 25(OH)D3 levels were measured with liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry in electrospray ionization positive mode. Chromatograms were separated using an ACE5 C18 column on a gradient of methanol. The total 25(OH)D levels were calculated as the sum of 25(OH)D3 and 25(OH)D2 levels. A total of 56 patients with T1DM and 41 patients with T2DM were enrolled in this study. There were 42 and 28 non-diabetic, age-matched volunteers who participated as the T1DM controls and the T2DM controls, respectively. The total 25(OH)D levels were lowest in the 21–40 age group. The levels of both 25(OH)D3 and the total 25(OH)D were significantly higher in the T1DM and T2DM groups than in the controls (p < 0.01 in T1DM and p < 0.05 in T2DM group, respectively). The 25(OH)D2 levels were only significantly higher in T1DM patients than in the controls. The percentages of vitamin D deficiency (total 25(OH)D less than 20 ng/mL) in the T1DM, T2DM, the T1DM controls and the T2DM controls were 7.1%, 0%, 14.3% and 3.6%, respectively. The percentages of vitamin D insufficiency (total 25(OH)D less than 30 ng/mL) in the T1DM, T2DM, the T1DM controls and the T2DM controls were 26.8%, 7.3%, 54.8% and 17.9%, respectively. The percentages of vitamin D deficiency and insufficiency were significantly lower in the T1DM patients than in the T1DM controls (p < 0.01). In the present study, both type 1 and type 2 diabetes patients had higher serum 25(OH)D levels and lower percentages of vitamin D deficiency/insufficiency. 相似文献

Immunoglobulins (Igs) are major serum proteins which play important roles in immunity. Both untargeted and targeted proteomic workflows can be applied to investigate antigen-binding sites and the glycosylation profiles of Igs. For a more-comprehensive picture of IgG from human serum, we developed an IgG purification process and coupled the standardized method to untargeted and targeted proteomic workflows for IgG investigations. Parameters such as the type of purification beads, volume of the bead slurry, incubation conditions, and binding capacities were evaluated in this study. Only 2 μL of human serum was required for each sample. The performance of coupling the purification process to untargeted proteomics in the IgG analysis was evaluated by comparing normalized abundances of IgG subclass-specific peptides with quantification results from an ELISA. Pearson's correlation values were all >0.82. Targeted proteomic workflow was applied to serum samples from patients with autoimmune pancreatitis and from healthy controls, and the results corresponded to clinical findings that IgG4-related peptides/glycopeptides showed higher abundances in the diseased group. The developed IgG purification process is simple and requires small sample volume, and it can be coupled to targeted and untargeted proteomic workflows for clinical investigations in the future. 相似文献

Alcoholics have frequent bronchial and intestinal bacterial-associated infections compromising the mucosal-associated lymphoid tissues. Alcoholics also suffer undernutrition due to changes in their lifestyles. Thus, we studied the intestinal mucosa-associated lymphoid tissues using two types of diets in young and mature mice. The objective was to elucidate if ethanol consumption alters the T and B cell populations in the intestine, and if the alteration could be associated with the age and/or the nutritional status of the host. There was an increase in the number of CD8+ cells per field in the intestinal lamina propria (ILP) of young mice consuming ethanol, with no changes in CD4+ and IgA+ cells in the ILP and CD4+ and CD8+ cells in the intestinal intraepithelium (IE). There was also an increase in the number of CD4+ and CD8+ cells in the ILP of well-nourished mature mice consuming ethanol, and an increase in the number of CD4+ cells in the ILP of undernourished mice. An increase in the number of CD8+ cells in the IE was also detected in the well-nourished group consuming ethanol. Therefore, we conclude that ethanol administration alters the intestinal mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue. 相似文献
