改革开放30年我国卫生服务发展的成效、问题与经验

本文对我国改革开放30年在卫生服务法制建设、卫生服务体系建设、医疗保障体系建设和居民健康水平方面取得的成效进行了系统综述，分析归纳了卫生服务方面的城乡资源差异、重医轻防以及制度与监管层面存在的主要问题，总结提炼出今后卫生服务体系建设与发展值得借鉴的五大经验。     

医院评审中存在的问题与对策

山东处医院分级管理与评审工作自１９９２年至１９９年４年的第一周期已基本结束，根据３年来参加医院评审的亲身体验，分析了医院评审中存在的问题，针对问题提出了保证医院评审健康发展的对策。认为学好文件，克服急于求成思想，把握重点，坚持正确导向，转换观念，纳入常规工作；科学评审，确保评审结论的权威性和准确性；加强督查，做到常抓不懈，以质量为核心，做好病案和病种质量监控评价是搞好医院分级管理的关键。     

Behavioural outcome of regulatory problems in infancy

Infant regulatory problems at 3 mo of age and later hyperkinetic problems in childhood were evaluated in a prospective longitudinal study.

Conclusion: There was a less favourable long-term behavioural outcome in children with multiple regulatory problems. However, family adversity clearly outweighed infant regulatory problems as a predictor of hyperkinetic symptoms.     

Further testing of the Mental Health Problems Perception Questionnaire

AIM OF THE STUDY: This paper reports a two-part study relating to the further psychometric development of the Mental Health Problems Perceptions Questionnaire. BACKGROUND: The instrument was developed and used originally in a study to investigate the role of district nurses in caring for people with mental health problems, who live in rural settings. It is underpinned by an explicit theoretical framework in which therapeutic commitment, role support and role competency are core concepts. DESIGN: A two-part study is described. Part One used a test-retest method to examine the stability of the instrument on repeated administration. Part Two examined the instrument's internal reliability and construct validity by calculation of Cronbach's alpha coefficients and exploratory factor analysis. RESULTS: Satisfactory internal reliability for a new instrument was demonstrated. Exploratory factor analysis supported the previously proposed theoretical framework. Significant correlations were demonstrated between the scales which constitute the instrument, thereby providing further evidence of construct validity. CONCLUSIONS: The Mental Health Problems Perceptions Questionnaire provides a potentially useful instrument in relation to future educational, clinical and managerial research.

关于开展医学影像双语教学的重要性和存在的问题

随着经济全球化和高等教育国际化趋势的日益加强，医学影像学作为生命科学中的一门重要交叉科学，在国际间的交流和合作日益频繁，我国各大医院和医学院校正需要大批精通外语的医学影像专业人才，开展影像双语教学是很有其必要性和重要性的，但在其具体实施过程中，也暴露出一系列的问题．     

肿瘤核医学教学存在的困难及对策

分析了目前肿瘤核医学教学存在各种困难及其相应的对策，旨在提高肿瘤核医学的教学质量。     

Management of Sleep Problems in Pre‐School Children: Effects of a Behavioural Programme on Sleep Routines,Maternal Depression and Perceived Control.

The sleep patterns of 31 children aged between 9 months and 3 1/2 years were studied over a period of 3 months during which time a behavioural programme was initiated and evaluated. Measures of the mothers’ mental state and of the relative behavioural control the child was perceived to have were also taken. The childrens’ sleep showed rapid improvement following the intervention and similar changes were observed in the other measures.
