目的 在药学专业型研究生培养中探索儿童药物临床研究人才的培养模式。方法 分析儿童药物临床研究者应具备的素质,构建系统化、多层次的医教协同培养机制,以应用为导向优化课程体系,以儿科药物治疗需求为驱动引导学位论文选题,加强培养过程监管。通过促进研究生角色和观念转换,进行儿童药物临床研究技术培训,促进成果转化,强化研究生儿童药物临床研究能力培养。结果 初步建成了基于医教协同理念的儿童药物临床研究人才培养模式,培养的研究生符合社会与行业需求。结论 构建医教协同培养机制是培养儿童药物临床研究人才的重要路径。  相似文献

Abstract

Understanding gender norms, power and equity is important for developing successful sexual and reproductive health interventions. However, little attention has been given to how to capture the gender ideals and imbalances that inform these relationships in low resource settings. Pile sorting exercises were conducted in four gender-segregated focus groups in Ethiopia and Kenya. Each group received cards illustrated with a man, woman and man and woman together and cards labelled with duties and decisions. Participants discussed and decided together whether men, women or both performed each duty and decision and assigned the cards accordingly. Participants then reflected on and physically manipulated the piles to challenge gender norms, investigate role flexibility and identify agents of social change. Data collected included photographs of the pile sorts and recordings of the discussions. Conducting pile sorting within focus group discussions enabled comparative analyses of gender norms, while enriching data by focusing discussions and encouraging consensus building. Innovative applications facilitated participants' abilities to engage abstract concepts, reflecting on issues of gender norms, power and equity.  相似文献

Critical reassessment of established inotropic drugs such as the phosphodiesterase inhibitors and the digitalis glycosides has reaffirmed the need for novel cardiotonic agents that will not only beneficially affect the haemodynamic and functional impairment of patients with overt congestive heart failure, but also prevent its clinical manifestation and reduce the high mortality. None of the drugs examined in these directions - calcium sensitisers, β-receptor blockers, sodium channel modulators, digitalis derivatives - have been shown to achieve these goals. The research on endogenous digitalis did not, as was hoped, reveal a general strategy for improving the therapeutic index of cardiac glycosides. The proof that Na+/K+-transporting ATPase of cardiac muscle is the molecular point of attack (receptor) for the inotropic and toxic effects of digitalis-like acting C/D-cis and C/D-trans steroids revealed the cyclopentano-perhydrophenanthrene nucleus as their common pharmacophoric lead structure. This has opened a wide field for lead development in the direction of derivatives that favourably discriminate between the inotropy-linked α1-isoform and the toxicity-linked α3-isoform of Na+/K+-ATPase as the basis for the design of inotropic agents with high therapeutic margin.  相似文献

目的:了解癔症发生的相关因素及护理干预效果。方法:采用自制量表对57例癔症患者的一般资料、发病原因、临床表现及护理干预进行回顾性分析。结果:癔症以女性为多,发病年龄多在16~45岁,文化较落后地区患病率较高。生活事件刺激、癔症性格导致癔症的发作。经有效治疗及护理均痊愈。结论:做好心理护理及发作期护理、加强健康宣教,可促进癔症治愈。  相似文献

目的评价护理干预方法对糖尿病足患者的作用及效果。方法经患者知情同意,将108例糖尿病足患者分为干预组和对照组,每组54例。对照组治疗术后采用常规护理处理,干预组采用自行设计的护理干预方法进行相关指导,随访3个月,对2组各项指标进行评价。结果经过3个月的干预后,干预组患者吸烟、疾病相关知识、知晓率、参加锻炼、血糖控制、体质量达标及胰岛素使用情况与干预前比较差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论自行设计的护理干预方法具有一定针对性,能增强患者自我保健意识和依从性,改善不良的生活方式,减少罹患疾病的诱发因素。  相似文献

To clinically and contextually implement the theoretical and factual knowledge of care and caring that has been developed in the last 30 years is seen as a great challenge in caring science research. Emphasis has been put on problem‐solving research methodologies and action research in hopes of narrowing the divide between caring theory and clinical practice. Thus, the intention is now to further action research towards a hermeneutic approach and to put emphasis on hermeneutic application where theory and praxis become one through human dialogue. This article highlights hermeneutic application research as an alternative methodology within participatory‐oriented research which presents a new opportunity to unite clinical practice and caring theory. The aim is to contribute to the development of the hermeneutical application research design in its epistemological, ontological and ethical perspective, by articulating and clarifying the central foundations in the application. On the basis of Gadamer's hermeneutical thinking and Levinas ethical thinking, the central foundations in the application research are ethics, creation of a hermeneutical room, dialogue and common understanding and appropriation and action. When theoretical understanding turns into praxis, knowledge also becomes activity and theory and practice become one. Application thus realises the basic idea that praxis and theory are one, and thus, theory of caring can only become evident and implemented in a clinical practice through moments when the participants find a common understanding and consensus on the knowledge of care and caring.  相似文献

Propionic acidemia is a rare autosomal recessive inborn error of metabolism caused by a deficiency of propionyl CoA carboxylase which often manifests with frequent metabolic decompensations and risk of neurological injury. Outcomes with medical therapy remain suboptimal. Liver transplantation has been shown to be a therapeutic option for patients and results in a milder phenotype of the disease and partial correction of the enzyme defect. Liver transplantation has been increasingly reported over the last decade and experience in managing these patients is improving. Long-term outcomes are generally good; however, the risk of complications still exists despite transplantation. We report a child who presented with a fatal metabolic stroke 11 years post liver transplant without any biochemical evidence of decompensation. We highlight the need to closely monitor these patients lifelong despite liver transplantation and maintain multidisciplinary working between hepatology and metabolic clinicians.  相似文献

The Community‐Engaged Research Team Support (CERTS) program was developed and tested to build research and partnership capacity for community‐engaged research (CEnR) teams. Led by the Northwestern University Clinical and Translational Sciences Institute (NUCATS), the goals of CERTS were: (1) to help community‐academic teams build capacity for conducting rigorous CEnR and (2) to support teams as they prepare federal grant proposal drafts. The program was guided by an advisory committee of community and clinical partners, and representatives from Chicago''s Clinical and Translational Science Institutes. Monthly workshops guided teams to write elements of NIH‐style research proposals. Draft reviewing fostered a collaborative learning environment and helped teams develop equal partnerships. The program culminated in a mock‐proposal review. All teams clarified their research and acquired new knowledge about the preparation of NIH‐style proposals. Trust, partnership collaboration, and a structured writing strategy were assets of the CERTS approach. CERTS also uncovered gaps in resources and preparedness for teams to be competitive for federally funded grants. Areas of need include experience as principal investigators, publications on study results, mentoring, institutional infrastructure, and dedicated time for research.  相似文献
