李振华胃脘痛辨证规律探讨

胃脘痛,是以上腹胃脘部近心窝处发生疼痛的病证。它既是一个独立的病症,又是脾胃系多种疾病的一个症状。现代医学的急、慢性胃炎,胃、十二指肠溃疡病,胃痉挛,胃神经官能症,胃癌等以上腹胃脘部疼痛为主症者,均属中医学“胃脘痛”范畴。首批国家级名老中医李振华教授多年从事脾胃病的诊治和研究,尤其对胃脘痛的诊断,辨证审慎、要点明晰、机法圆活,且形成了付诸临床颇具效验的的辨证规律。本文以“十五”国家科技攻关计划“名老中医学术思想及经验传承研究”纵向课题“李振华学术思想及临证经验研究”及河南省新世纪优秀人才支持计划项目“名老…     

泰山白花丹参干叶片高质量DNA的提取

目的为了从富含多酚和多糖的泰山白花丹参干叶片中分离出适用于AFLP分析的高质量基因组DNA。方法比较了4种DNA提取方法,获得了一种以CTAB法为基础的分离高质量完整DNA的简便、快速方法。CTAB-freeBuffer清洗,4倍CTAB抽提和固体PVP和VC防止氧化。结果使用该方法从泰山白花丹参干叶片中分离的DNAA260/A280为1.86,由此法所得的DNA可直接用于AFLP分析。结论该技术可有效地从富含多酚和多糖的药用植物组织中分离出高质量DNA。     

李七一论治高脂血症经验

高脂血症的病机为本虚标实,本虚为脾肝肾虚,标实为痰瘀气滞。治疗上重在滋补脾肾,兼顾痰瘀同治、调肝理气,注重辨证与辨病相结合,强调食居有节。     

肺炎性假瘤诊断及外科治疗71例

目的：总结肺炎性假瘤诊断及外科治疗体会，方法：对1970年12月－2000年12月71例肺炎性假瘤的临床资料进行回顾性分析。女49例，男22例，年龄23－72岁，平均45．2岁，肺叶切除44例，楔形切除18例，肺段切除8例，探查活检1例，术中冰冻病理切片13例，肺炎性假瘤11例，错构瘤1例，可疑腺癌1例，术后病理考虑恶性变5例。结果：5例恶性变者，3例已生存5年，2例术后5年内死于复发，转移，余66例预后良好，结论：术前诊断较困难，治疗以手术切除为主，术中冰冻病理切片检查对决定术式有帮助。     

黎家玉老师治疗糖尿病视网膜病变经验撷要

黎家玉老师认为糖尿病视网膜病变其本是气阴两虚，其标是痰瘀互结。辨证有多种证型，但以气阴两虚最为常见，辨治当标本结合，以本为主，以标为次。临证时既要掌握整体主证，又要细察局部病变，灵活、合理搭配。其用药平和，疗效显著。     

Squamous cell carcinoma of the breast

Squamous cell carcinoma is a rare type of breast malignancy. Three patients are described. The clinical features, histologic findings, and postoperative course are described. All three patients had operation, and two received chemotherapy and radiotherapy. Two patients are well 2 and 6 years postoperatively, and the third patient died from extensive metastases within 34 months after radical mastectomy without postoperative chemotherapy and radiotherapy.     

Cancer in relatives of patients with aplastic anemia

The risk of cancer was examined among family members of 9 patients with Fanconi's anemia. Seven cancers of diverse types were observed, as compared with the 10.4 expected (P > 0.05). In addition, the study of relatives of 60 patients with acquired aplastic anemia showed no unusual distribution of cancers by site and age at diagnosis. In particular, no relative in either series had acute leukemia. Methodologic issues complicate the interpretation of several published reports of excess cancers among heterozygotes of Fanconi's anemia, ataxia-telangiectasia, and xeroderma pigmentosum.     

Changes induced by corticosterone and adrenalectomy in synaptosomal and platelet uptake and binding of 5-HT: The relationship to [3H]imipramine binding

A comparative study of the effect of adrenalectomy, treatment with corticosterone, and imipramine on platelet and synaptosomal uptake was undertaken. One day after adrenalectomy, uptake of 5-hydroxytryptamine (5-HT) in the platelet and the hypothalamus was significantly decreased with an increase in the apparent K_m, but the uptake of 5-HT of the cerebral synaptosomes was unchanged. In this group, the k_d) of low affinity binding of 5-HT was also increased in the hypothalamic synaptosomes and in the platelet preparations. Treatment with cortieosterone (5 $\text{mg}\text{kg}$, i.m.) restored the decrease in the uptake of 5-HT induced by adrenalectomy in the hypothalamic synaptosomes and in the platelets, and significantly increased the uptake of 5-HT of these fractions in sham-operated rats. The binding of 5-HT was unchanged by acute treatment with corticosterone. The effectiveness of imipramine varied with the preparation and treatment group. The IC₅₀ of the cerebral synaptosomal preparation was greater than that of the hypothalamic synaptosomal preparation. Using this latter preparation, the IC₅₀ for imipramine in adrenalectomised, sham-operated and corticosterone-treated rats were found to be 0.04, 0.09 and 0.25 μM, respectively. These changes in sensitivity to imipramine were not reflected in the binding of [³H]imipramine which was unchanged.     

李时珍对人体生命的认识

在与我国古代道家、医家比较中 ,探讨李时珍对人体生命的认识 ,认为李时珍在前人认识的基础上首次明确提出“脑为元神之府”、经脉为“内景隧道”、命门在“两肾之间”、“命门为体 ,三焦为用”等富有原创性学说 ,这些学说的提出均在同时代医家之前。此外李时珍还提出“脾乃元气之母”观点 ,虽非首创 ,却也是对前人的充实和发展。     

李杲"阴火说"探微

关于“阴火”理论历来有不同解释,经反复分析原文,认为“阴火”是指下焦离位之邪火,乃为病理之火,与元气不两立,又称“心火”。对“阴火”诊治之法,认为病因是脾胃元气,病机是气火失调,治疗特点是甘温益气、升阳泻火。
