采用多种柱色谱分离技术从昌都锦鸡儿根茎木部心材的95%乙醇提取物中分离得到10个异黄酮类化合物。通过波谱数据分析及与文献对照鉴定其结构分别为7,2'-二羟基-8,4'-二甲氧基异黄酮(1),4'-羟基-7,3'-二甲氧基异黄酮(2),5,7,4'-三羟基-2',5'-二甲氧基异黄酮(3),樱黄素(4),阿夫罗摩辛(5),奥刀拉亭(6),染料木素(7),蓝花赝靛素(8),红车轴草素(9),6,7,3'-三羟基-4'-甲氧基异黄酮(10)。其中,化合物 1~3,9~10 为首次从该属植物中分离得到。所有化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到。体外活性测试结果显示化合物 1,2,6,7 具有一定的抑制大鼠巨噬细胞NO生成活性,其IC50分别为48.12,25.32,62.71,43.59 μmol·L-1。  相似文献

Erythema multiforme (EM) as a complication of patch testing (PT) is rare. A 52-year-old woman with a 13-year history of episodes of EM, after contact with weeds during home gardening, had had no recent history of herpes simplex, other infection, drug ingestion or vaccination. On examination, EM lesions were distributed on the exposed skin. 5 weeks after complete resolution, PT and photopatch testing (PPT) were done with fresh plants she brought in. She was PT with a standard series and the Hermal-Trolab plants, woods, tars, balsams and flavors series. Intradermal testing, with a 3 + reaction to mixed weed pollens, was done 3 weeks later. Specific IgE to weed pollens class 1 (CAP-Pharmacia) was detected. Eczematous PT reactions were obtained with fresh leaves: common chickweed (Stellaria media Caryophyllaceae), dandelion (Taraxacum officinale Compositae), field-milk thistle (Sonchus arvensis Compositae) and white clover (Trifolium repens Leguminosae). Photoaggravation was seen to common chickweed and dandelion. Positive PT was also seen with alantolactone. By the 4-day reading, a typical EM had commenced, coming up to quite the same extent as seen on admission. There was no photosensitivity (UV skin tester, K. Waldmann). In the essential oil obtained from common chickweed, thin layer chromatography (TLC) revealed the well-known contact allergens borneol, menthol, linalool, 1,8-cineole, and other terpenes such as epoxy-dehydro-caryophyllene, monoterpene alcohol-ester and caryophyllene. Up to now, no data on essential oil in Stellaria media (common chickweed) have been reported. It can be concluded that EM developed due to contact with weeds, and recurred after patch testing. Neither blistering nor eczematous lesions have been seen on her skin, making this case very unusual. As far as the world literature is concerned, this is only the 4th report of EM developing in association with patch testing.  相似文献

Fifteen compounds were isolated from the twigs and leaves of Caesalpiniaenneaphylla. Their structures were identified to be: (E)-3-(4-hydroxybenzylidene)- 5,7-dihydroxychroman-4-one (1), 8-methoxybonducellin (2), (E)-3-(3,4- dihydroxybenzylidene)-5,7-hydroxychroman-4-one (3), 2′,4′-dihydroxychalcone (4), oxyfadichalcone B (5), 7-hydroxyflavonone (6), pinocembrin (7), kaempferol (8), quercitrin (9), kaempferol 3-O-α-L-rhamnopyranoside (10), quercetin 3-O-α-D-arabinoside (11), trans-2,3-diacetoxy-1-[(benzoyloxy)methyl]-cyclohexa-4,6-diene (12), 3-hydroxybenzyl benzoate (13), 2-acetoxybenzyl benzoate (14), and glutinol (15). All the compounds were isolated from C. enneaphylla for the first time.  相似文献

Three new triterpenoid saponins, julibrosides A5–A7 (1–3), together with five known saponins (4–8), were isolated from the stem bark of Albizia julibrissin. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of extensive spectroscopic data analysis of MS, 1D and 2D NMR, and chemical methods. Compounds 7 and 8 were isolated from the genus Albizia for the first time. The new compounds showed no cytotoxicity and anti-inflammatory activity.  相似文献

目的对相思子(Abrus precatorius L.)叶进行成分分离和鉴别。方法利用溶剂提取法、萃取法和柱层析法对相思子叶化学成分进行分离,经理化性质和NMR、HRMS、HPLC—DAD等方法测定,分析并鉴定其结构。结果从相思子叶中分离并鉴别出5个化合物,分别为卢一谷甾醇(Ⅰ)、滨蓟黄苷(Ⅱ)、滨蓟黄素(Ⅲ)、相思子碱(Ⅳ)、下箴刺桐碱(Ⅴ)。结论Ⅱ、Ⅲ化合物为首次从该植物中得到。  相似文献

目的 系统研究甘肃棘豆的化学成分。方法 利用普通硅胶柱色谱对甘肃棘豆乙醇提取物进行化学成分分离,并运用超导核磁(NMR)及高分辨质谱(HR-ESI-MS)等现代波谱技术,结合文献资料的已知化合物波谱数据对分离得到的化合物进行结构鉴定。结果 从甘肃棘豆分离并鉴定了13个化合物,分别为鼠李柠檬素(1)、鼠李柠檬素-3-O-β-D-半乳糖苷(2)、鼠李柠檬素-3-O-β-D-半乳糖-4′-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(3)、(±)-10-甲氧基美迪紫檀素(4)、7β-羟基-β-谷甾醇(5)、7α-羟基-β-谷甾醇(6〗)、5,11-豆甾二烯-3-醇(7)、β-谷甾醇(8)、β-胡萝卜苷(9)、大豆皂醇B(10)、大豆皂苷Ⅰ(11)、大豆皂苷Ⅱ(12)、DL-3-O-甲基-肌醇(13)。结论 以上化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到。  相似文献

Pueraria lobata flower is a medicinal herb for treating intoxication, hepatic, and gastrointestinal tract lesions induced by alcohol. This study aims to investigate the isoflavonoid glycosides in P. lobata flowers. Two new isoflavone compounds were isolated from the extract of P. lobata flowers. Their structures were determined to be 5,6,7,4′-tetrahydroxyisoflavone-6,7-di-O-β-d-glucopyranoside and 5,6,7-trihydroxy-4′-methoxyisoflavone-6,7-di-O-β-d-glucopyranoside on the basis of spectroscopic means including HR-ESI-MS, UV, IR, 1H, and 13C NMR.  相似文献

Abstract

A salicylic acid derivative (1), a cinnamaldehyde (2), and six isoflavones (3–8) from the stem bark of Flemingia paniculata. Wall. (Leguminosae) were tested for antibacterial (both Gram-positive and Gram-negative) and antifungal activities. All the compounds showed significant activities against the test organisms having MIC values in the range of 1.57–200 μ g/mL. 对喙荚云实Caesalpinia minax枝和叶的化学成分进行了研究.实验采用硅胶和凝胶柱色谱法进行分离纯化,利用波谱法进行结构鉴定,从喙荚云实枝和叶的乙醇提取物中分离得到15个化合物,分别鉴定为芹菜素(1),5,7,3′,4′-tetra-hydroxy-3-methoxyflavone(2),毛地黄黄酮-5,3′-二甲酯(3),thevetiaflavon(4),芹菜素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖醛酸苷(5),bonducellin(6),7-hydroxy-3-(4-hydroxybenzylidene)-chroman-4-one (7),3-去氧苏木查尔酮(8),5-acetony1-7-hydroxy-2-methylchromone(9),4-(trans)-acetyl-3,6,8-trihydroxy-3-methyl-dihydronaphthalenone(10),4-(cis-acetyl-3,6,8-trihydroxy-3-methyl-dihydronaphthalenone(11),香草酸(12),ω-hydroxypropioquaiacone(13),丁香脂素(14)及尿嘧啶(15),化合物1~14为酚性成分.以上所有化合物均为首次从喙荚云实中得到,其中化合物1~5,9~13,15为首次从云实属植物中得到.  相似文献
