企业职工社会心理调查的方法学研究

作者自行设计一种问卷对某企业职工进行社会心理调查。问卷由 A、B两表构成。A 表列出42个问题,包含可能影响该企业职工社会心理的三大类11项因素,要求从该企业中随机抽取的被调查者针对问题回答“是”或“否”。其后附开放式问题一个,被调查者可自由作答,以补封闭式提问的不足。B 表按心理投射机制设计,以解除被调查者的疑虑。测试结果表明,此问卷的信度和效度令人满意。     

A Field-Compatible Method for Interpolating Biopotentials

Mapping of bioelectric potentials over a given surface (e.g., the torso surface, the scalp) often requires interpolation of potentials into regions of missing data. Existing interpolation methods introduce significant errors when interpolating into large regions of high potential gradients, due mostly to their incompatibility with the properties of the three-dimensional (3D) potential field. In this paper, an interpolation method, inverse-forward (IF) interpolation, was developed to be consistent with Laplace's equation that governs the 3D field in the volume conductor bounded by the mapped surface. This method is evaluated in an experimental heart–torso preparation in the context of electrocardiographic body surface potential mapping. Results demonstrate that IF interpolation is able to recreate major potential features such as a potential minimum and high potential gradients within a large region of missing data. Other commonly used interpolation methods failed to reconstruct major potential features or preserve high potential gradients. An example of IF interpolation with patient data is provided to illustrate its applicability in the actual clinical setting. Application of IF interpolation in the context of noninvasive reconstruction of epicardial potentials (the inverse problem) is also examined. © 1998 Biomedical Engineering Society. Histological grade in invasive ductal carcinoma of breast correlates with the proliferative activity evaluated by BrdU: An immunohistochemical study including correlations with p53, c-erbB-2 and estrogen receptor status

Thirty cases of invasive ductal carcinoma of the breast were classified to histological subtype according to the General Rules for Clinical and Pathological Recording of Breast Cancer of the Japanese Breast Cancer Society and histologically graded using the Nottingham method and the correlation of histology with proliferative activity was investigated using bromodeoxyuridine (BrdU). In addition, the overexpression of p53 protein, c-erbB-2 oncoprotein and estrogen receptor (ER) were immunohistochemically examined in order to discuss the relationship with histological subtype and histological grade. Histological grade correlated positively to the BrdU labeling index (LI) and overexpression of p53. High grade carcinoma demonstrated c-erbB-2 more frequently and exhibited a low incidence of ER. However, no significant relationship was found between BrdU LI, overexpression of p53 and c-erbB-2 and histological subtype. These results suggest that the histological grade does represent the proliferative activity of tumor cells and that adding the histological grade to the pathological diagnosis in invasive ductal breast carcinoma may be useful from the clinicopathological aspect concerning tumor behavior.     

PENA方法的建立及与ELISA IgM检测CMV的比较

目的　介绍一种敏感、稳定、快速、简便的实验室检测CMV的方法 ,同时探讨该种新方法与ELISA检测CMV方法的优、缺点。方法　对 5 5 2例病人应用间接荧光免疫法测定细胞核中的特异病毒早期抗体 (PENA)和ELISA法测定IgM抗体。结果　PENA方法 :强阳性 88例 ,阳性率 15 4 9% ,弱阳性 2 73例 ,阳性率 5 9 4 6 % ;ELISA -IgM方法 :阳性 34例 ,阳性率6 16 %。结论　PENA方法操作简便 ,与ELISA方法相比较 ,可对CMV感染进行早期测定及诊断 ,并可区分既往感染和即时感染 ,具有敏感性和稳定性 ,是测定小儿CMV感染的一种较好的方法     

2450MHz介质复介电常数的测量

目的测量2450MHz频率下蒸馏水和不同浓度NaCl溶液的复介电常数,用以判定系统的可靠性和稳定性.方法根据微扰法得到复介电常数的测量公式,然后通过实验对已知参数的蒸馏水和NaCl溶液进行测量,并计算其复介电常数和电导率,验证计算结果的可靠性和稳定性.结果对计算结果进行统计分析和误差分析,其均值、标准差和变异系数表明,最终结果可与M.I.T标准较好地吻合.结论这种系统可较好地测量2450MHz频率下高损耗介质的复介电常数,测量系统的主要误差是由介质体积的误差引起的,因此精确测量介质体积是测量生物组织等高损耗介质复介电常数的关键.     

Non-invasive evaluation of abdominal aortic properties: lumped circuit model and estimation of its parameters

To non-invasively determine abdominal aortic properties, a five-element lumped circuit model was adopted. The model consists of resistance due to blood viscosity (R1), inertia of blood flow, compliances of the vessel (C1, C2), resistance of the peripheral arteries (R2) and the impedance of the femoral arteries (termination). Patterns of the central velocity of the upper abdominal aorta and the femoral artery are measured by pulsed Doppler echocardiography, and confours of flow volume rates are calculated. The pressure pattern of the lower limb is recorded by a pulse wave rransducer and corrected according to sphygmomanometer values. Contours are transformed into respective Fourier transform components. The current transfer function is described theoretically and calculated from the acquired Fourier components. Values of every element are evaluated by the nonlinear least squares method. In 94 subjects (17–92 years), the values of each element are estimated. R2 values are greater in the elderly group, than in the young group and r₁ (R1/cm) increased with age. This model demonstrates that vessel compliance (c₁+c₂ (C1+C2/cm)) decreases with age, and it is suggested that this may be a useful marker of arteriosclerosis.     

Determination of glucokinase and hexokinase activity in liver extracts previously purified on Molselect G-50 dextran gel

Hexokinase and glucokinase activity in the supernatant of a rabbit liver homogenate obtained at 18,000g was determined by a spectrophotometric method. Preliminary purification to remove low-molecular-weight components by gel filtration on Molselect G-50 dextran was shown to prevent reduction of NADP unconnected with the hexokinase reaction.Presented by Academician of the Academy of Medical Sciences of the USSR V. 多气阀数字血压计的研制

本文研制的袖套式数字血压计，基于示波法原理，通过采用多通道、多气阀以及软件上的改进，改善了目前一般数字血压计的不足，与一般袖套式数字血压计相比，具有重复性好、测量范围大（成人和儿童都可测量）等优点。     

椎间盘部分切除对腰椎应力分布影响的有限元分析

腰椎间盘突出症是骨科常见病之一。椎间盘切除术被广泛应用于本症的治疗。本文采用有限元素分析法观察了椎间盘部分切除前后腰椎应力分布的改变。本研究观察到,在正常情况下,椎体上下缘的中央部位承受较大的应力;椎间盘部分切除术后,椎体上下缘的侧方承采应力大于中央部分。这些结果表明,椎间盘部分切除术后可引起腰椎应力分布紊乱,出现应力集中,引起骨质增生,从而影响手术的远期疗效。     

Production of genetically modified cells expressing specific transgenes by retroviral vectors for gene therapy

Summary Techniques and protocols are described for the generation of genetically modified cells that can be used for gene therapy. Primary fibroblast cultures are established from skin biopsies, maintained in culture, frozen for long-term storage, and retrieved when necessary. Retroviral packaging cell lines are generated by transfection of DNA into retroviral packaging cells by calcium-phosphate precipitation method or by lipofection method. To generate cell lines expressing high titer virus, individual colonies of cells are cloned and the virus titer is determined. Virus collected from packaging cells expressing high titer virus is then used to infect primary fibroblasts. To obtain fibroblast cell lines expressing high amounts of transgenes, individual cells can be cloned to generate clonal cell lines. Although the methods described here are for fibroblasts, the same methods or modification of the methods can be used for other cell types.
