目的:评定运用肌内效贴技术结合针刀治疗卒中后肩痛的临床疗效及安全性。方法:选取2018年1月~2019年9月东莞市滨海湾中心医院中医康复科和神经内科的脑卒中后肩痛患者120例,随机分为治疗组和对照组各60例。对照组运用常规康复治疗训练,治疗组在此基础上配合运用肌内效贴技术及针刀治疗。分别记录两组患者在治疗前、治疗2周后及治疗4周后的肩痛VAS评分、上肢简化Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分及Constant-murley评分,并分析其疗效。结果:治疗2周、4周后,两组患者的VAS评分、FAM评分、CMS评分均较治疗前显著改善(P<0.05),且治疗组组治疗后的各评分显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:运用肌内效贴结合针刀治疗卒中后肩痛临床疗效满意,安全性高。  相似文献

BackgroundKinesio Taping is frequently used in the management of lower limb injuries, and has been shown to improve pain, function, and running performance. However, little is known about the effects of Kinesio Taping on running biomechanics, muscle activity, and perceived benefits.Research questionThis study aimed to explore the immediate effects of Kinesio Taping on lower limb kinematics, joint moments, and muscle activity, as well as perceived comfort, knee joint stability, and running performance in healthy runners.MethodsTwenty healthy participants ran at a self-selected pace along a 20-metre runway under three conditions; no tape (NT), Kinesio Tape with tension (KTT), and Kinesio tape without tension (KTNT). Comparisons of peak hip, knee angles and moments, and EMG were analysed during the stance phase of running.ResultsKTT exhibited significant increases in peak hip flexion, peak hip abduction and hip external rotation compared to NT. Moreover, the KTT condition showed a trend towards a decrease in peak hip internal rotation and adduction angle compared to the NT condition. EMG results showed that Tensor Fascia Latae activity decreased with KTT compared with NT, and Gluteus Maximus activity reduced with KTNT when compared with NT. Ten of the 20 participants indicated important improvements in the comfort score, six participants in the knee stability score, and seven participants in the running performance score when using KTT.SignificanceThese results suggest that changes in running biomechanics previously associated with ITBS can be improved with the application of kinesio tape, with the greatest effect seen with the application of kinesio tape with tension. Perceived improvements were seen in comfort, stability and running performance, however these benefits were only seen in half the participants. Further work is required to explore the biomechanical effects and perceived benefits in different patient groups.  相似文献

Backgroundand purpose: The benefits of Kinesio taping (KT) in post-stroke rehabilitation have not been determined. This study aimed to evaluate its effects on lower-extremity rehabilitation in patients after a stroke.MethodsA literature search was performed using EBSCOhost, Embase, Physiotherapy Evidence Database (PEDro), PubMed, Cochrane, Web of Science, China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI), SinoMed, and Wanfang Data through June 2018. Randomized controlled trials (RCTs) on the use of KT during lower-extremity, post-stroke rehabilitation were selected. Meta-analysis was conducted.ResultsA total of 14 RCTs of low to moderate quality were reviewed and included 783 participants. Results indicated that KT significantly improved patients’ lower extremity spasticity, motor function, balance, ambulation, gait parameters, and daily activities, with few adverse effects.ConclusionKT may have positive effects on lower-extremity, post-stroke rehabilitation. Due to the limited number and quality of the research, additional studies are needed to identify KT benefits.  相似文献

目的 观察肌内效贴治疗对脑卒中后肩手综合征(SHS)患者上肢静脉的影响.方法 选择脑卒中后并发SHS患者50例,随机分为观察组及对照组各25例.两组患者均采用常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗的基础上配合肌内效贴治疗.采用彩色多普勒超声检测两组治疗前后后肘正中静脉的血管内径、血管壁厚度及最大血流速度,并观察患肢静脉频谱图和血管二维声像图的变化.结果 治疗后,彩色多普勒超声检测可见患者血管走行恢复平直,静脉瓣活动柔软,随心动周期、呼吸周期变化可见不同程度的起伏.观察组静脉血管内径均较治疗前缩小,静脉回流速度提升(P<0.05),但对照组治疗前后比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);与对照组比较,治疗后观察组静脉血管内径较小,静脉回流速度较快(P<0.05).结论 肌内效贴能明显增加上肢静脉血流量,加快局部血流的速度,促进静脉回流,从而缓解疼痛消除水肿,有利于患肢的神经营养和功能改善.  相似文献

IntroductionRecurrent ankle sprains are common in soccer players, characterized by restricted range of motion, pain, and decreased proprioception, strength, and postural control. The objective was to evaluate the effectiveness of a fascial therapy and strength training program, combined with kinesiotaping, in improving ankle range of motion, pain, strength and stability in footballers with recurrent sprains.MethodA simple blind randomized clinical trial was conducted on soccer players. Thirty-six federated footballers were recruited and randomized to the two study groups. The experimental group received an intervention using myofascial techniques applied to the subastragaline joint, eccentric training with an isoinertial device and neuromuscular taping. The control group was administered an intervention using myofascial techniques on the subastragaline joint and eccentric training with an isoinertial device. The results were recorded for all players at baseline, after 4 weeks of intervention, and at the end of the 4-week follow-up period.ResultsSubsequent to intervention and follow-up, we found statistically significant improvements in the experimental group in ankle mobility, strength and stability. The control group exhibited improvements in all study variables. No differences in the improvement of variables were found based on the allocation of athletes to one group or another.ConclusionThe combination of fascial therapy and eccentric strength training with an isoinertial device improves ankle mobility, strength and stability in footballers with recurrent ankle sprains. The use of taping techniques failed to provide a greater improvement of the study variables when combined with manual therapy and strength techniques.  相似文献

目的:观察徒手淋巴引流结合肌肉效贴治疗脑卒中后肩手综合征Ⅰ期的短期疗效。方法:将40例脑卒中后肩手综合征患者随机分为对照组和研究组各20例。对照组接受常规康复治疗,包括正确的体位摆放、气压治疗、冷热水治疗、主动和被动运动及神经发育疗法,研究组在常规康复治疗基础上实行徒手淋巴引流结合肌内效贴治疗,2组均进行4周治疗。治疗前后分别用排水法、视觉模拟评分(VAS)、肩关节功能评价量表、Fugl-Meyer量表(FMA)、巴氏指数(BI)评估患者的水肿及疼痛程度、肩关节功能、上肢运动功能和日常生活活动能力,对采集到的数据进行组间及组内比较。结果:治疗4周后,2组患者水肿及疼痛程度、肩关节功能、上肢运动功能和日常生活活动能力均较治疗前改善(均P0.05),且研究组优于对照组(P0.05)。结论:徒手淋巴引流结合肌内效贴在短期内能进一步改善肩手综合征Ⅰ期患者的水肿及疼痛程度,提高肩关节功能、上肢运动功能以及日常生活活动能力。  相似文献
