目的:探讨256层螺旋 ICT对上消化道肿瘤(upper gastrointestinal tumor)术后吻合口瘘的诊断价值。方法:回顾性分析16例上消化道肿瘤术后吻合口瘘的CT表现。结果:7例食管癌吻合口瘘患者中,显示瘘口7例。单侧胸腔积液5例,双侧胸腔积液2例。9例胃癌吻合口瘘患者中,显示瘘口4例,其中9例吻合口周围积液,6例腹腔积气,4例可见造影剂吻合口外漏腹腔。结论:256层螺旋 ICT扫描时间短,具有较高密度,空间分辨率,对确诊吻合口瘘提供帮助,并指导临床治疗。 相似文献

We investigated the long-term effects of an information and communication technology (ICT) training programme for people with intellectual disabilities (ID). A community-based ICT training programme was designed to enhance the computer skills of people with ID and prepare them to make use of ICT in their daily life. Of the 100 who had participated in the original ICT training programme, 59 of them and their caregivers agreed to participate in the follow-up interview. A computer skills checklist was used to assess the ICT competence of the participants before training, after training, and at the 6-month follow-up assessment. All caregivers were interviewed at the 6-month follow-up session to explore the use of ICT by people with ID and their needs for further training. Results from repeated measures ANOVA showed that participants maintained at the 6-month follow-up the basic ICT skills that they acquired during training [F=13.86, p<0.001]. Caregivers reported that participants spent more time in using the computers, but still needed occasional guidance. They also reported a need to advance their ICT skills beyond the basic computer training. We concluded that ICT training for people with ID would help them in maximizing the benefits of information technology via computers. 相似文献

The increasing use of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) in the health setting has given rise to the current phenomenon of eHealth or eMedicine, terms equivalent to the cyberspace concept, but refer exclusively to health. Due to the appearance of Web 2.0 it can be stated that we are dealing with a phenomenon much greater than just using the technologies: we are facing a real social change, giving rise to that called Health 2.0.The legal regulation of this cyberspace requires two different types of rules. Some that regulate cyberspace itself, and others, the actions performed with its use and to those that appear applicable to conventional law. In this latter case, we are referring to the applying of already existing laws to actions performed using ICT, as is the case of medical actions.Within these latter situations, two clearly different ones have to be distinguished: the professional responsibilities arising from medical actions carried out within health organisation settings when the use of ICT is introduced, and those other actions carried out voluntarily, individually and privately, using personal media and devices. It is in these types of actions where the legality, as regards data protection and privacy of the patient, appears to be violated, and at the same time the professional may be held responsible. 相似文献

ICT has been widely introduced to early childhood programs for young children to learn and play, but the meaningful integration of ICT into early learning and development is not strongly evident. While studies reveal that teachers are the key to the effective use of ICT in the classroom, there is to date limited research investigating how early childhood teachers perceive and support young childrens use of ICT. This paper reports on a survey study examining Chinese preschool teachers perspectives and pedagogical practices. Although there was a level of correspondence between the teachers perceptions and pedagogical practices, the teachers high positive perceptions of ICT benefits conflicted with their low frequencies of using pedagogies to facilitate the childrens ICT use. The results point to the importance of providing effective professional learning and development programs so teachers can employ a wider range of pedagogical strategies to support the childrens use of ICT. 相似文献

Introduction: Success of e-health relies on the extent to which the related technology, such as the electronic device, is accepted by its users. However, there has been limited research on the patients’ perspective on use of e-health-related technology in rehabilitation care.Objective: To explore the usage of common electronic devices among rehabilitation patients with access to email and investigate their preferences regarding their usage in rehabilitation.Methods: Adult patients who were admitted for inpatient and/or outpatient rehabilitation and were registered with an email address were invited to complete an electronic questionnaire regarding current and preferred use of information and communication technologies in rehabilitation care.Results: 190 out of 714 invited patients completed the questionnaire, 94 (49%) female, mean age 49?years (SD 16). 149 patients (78%) used one or more devices every day, with the most frequently used devices were: PC/laptop (93%), smartphone (57%) and tablet (47%). Patients mostly preferred to use technology for contact with health professionals (mean 3.15, SD 0.79), followed by access to their personal record (mean 3.09, SD 0.78) and scheduling appointments with health professionals (mean 3.07, SD 0.85).Conclusion: Most patients in rehabilitation used one or more devices almost every day and wish to use these devices in rehabilitation.
- Implications for Rehabilitation
In a sample of 190 patients in rehabilitation with access to email, almost all patients used one or more electronic devices almost every day of the week, with the most frequently used devices were: a PC/laptop, smartphone and tablet.
Most of the patients wish to incorporate electronic devices in their rehabilitation process and prefer to use those devices to have insight in their health record, communication with peers and scheduling appointments with health professionals.
To better assist patients with e-health in rehabilitation care in the future, preferences could be implemented in rehabilitation care by using the most commonly used devices.

The objective of this publication is to present a quality control methodology for additive manufacturing products made of polymer materials, where the methodology varies depending on the intended use. The models presented in this paper are divided into those that are manufactured for the purpose of visual presentation and those that directly serve the needs of the manufacturing process. The authors also a propose a comprehensive control system for the additive manufacturing process to meet the needs of Industry 4.0. Depending on the intended use of the models, the quality control process is divided into three stages: data control, manufacturing control, and post-processing control. Research models were made from the following materials: RGD 720 photopolymer resin (PolyJet method), ABS M30 thermoplastic (FDM method), E-Partial photopolymer resin (DLP method), PLA thermoplastic (FFF method), and ABS thermoplastic (MEM method). The applied measuring tools had an accuracy of at least an order of magnitude higher than that of the manufacturing technologies used. The results show that the PolyJet method is the most accurate, and the MEM method is the least accurate. The findings also confirm that the selection of materials, 3D printing methods, and measurement methods should always account not only for the specificity and purpose of the model but also for economic aspects, as not all products require high accuracy and durability. 相似文献

ObjectivesTo evaluate the efficacy of lumbo-peritoneal shunt (LPS) in patients of idiopathic intracranial hypertension presenting with visual symptoms.MethodsBetween Apr. 2014 and Mar. 2018, 70 patients of Idiopathic Intracranial Hypertension (IIH) underwent treatment at our institution. Patients were evaluated for neurological and ophthalmological status and were subjected to LPS depending on their symptoms.ResultsMean opening pressure was 29.97 ± 5.33 cm of water and mean Body-Mass Index (BMI) was 26.51 ± 3 and the two were significantly correlated (p-value 0.006). All patients with visual symptoms (23) underwent LPS and others (47) were managed medically. All patients with LPS and 25 of medically managed patients improved, while 22 medically-managed patients required LPS due to deterioration in visual symptomatology. The proportion of patients showing complete resolution of features of IIH was significantly different between the three groups. Of the 7 patients with shunt extrusion/migration, only 2 required revision.ConclusionLPS is an equally effective and more technically familiar modality for treatment of IIH for neurosurgeons and should be offered to asymptomatic patients with objective visual signs. Shunt extrusion/migration may not always warrant revision due to “mini-shunt” that drains Cerebro-Spinal Fluid (CSF) through shunt tract even after extrusion. 相似文献
