目的建立高效液相色谱法测定泌淋胶囊中没食子酸含量的方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法,Agilent 1200高效液相色谱仪,色谱柱为ZORBAX SB-C18柱(4.6×250mm,5μm);流动相为甲醇-0.2%磷酸溶液(6:94);流速;1.0mL·min^-1;检测波长270nm。结果泌淋胶囊的平均回收率为99.10%。RSD为1.07%。结论本法简便、快捷、稳定、准确,可作为泌淋胶囊中没食子酸的含量测定方法。 相似文献

PurposeWe have previously shown that maintenance of ATP levels is a promising strategy for preventing neuronal cell death, and that branched chain amino acids (BCAAs) enhanced cellular ATP levels in cultured cells and antagonized cell death. BCAAs attenuated photoreceptor degeneration and retinal ganglion cell death in rodent models of retinal degeneration or glaucoma. This study aimed to elucidate the mechanisms through which BCAAs enhance ATP production.MethodsIntracellular ATP concentration was measured in HeLa cells under glycolysis and citric acid cycle inhibited conditions. Next, glucose uptake was quantified in HeLa cells and in 661W retinal photoreceptor-derived cells under glycolysis inhibition, endoplasmic reticulum stress, and glucose transporters (GLUTs) inhibited conditions, by measuring the fluorescence of fluorescently labeled deoxy-glucose analog using flow cytometry. Then, the intracellular behavior of GLUT1 and GLUT3 were observed in HeLa or 661W cells transfected with enhanced green fluorescent protein-GLUTs.ResultsBCAAs recovered intracellular ATP levels during glycolysis inhibition and during citric acid cycle inhibition. BCAAs significantly increased glucose uptake and recovered decreased glucose uptake induced by endoplasmic reticulum stress or glycolysis inhibition. However, BCAAs were unable to increase intracellular ATP levels or glucose uptake when GLUTs were inhibited. Fluorescence microscopy revealed that supplementation of BCAAs enhanced the translocation of GLUTs proteins to the plasma membrane over time.ConclusionsBCAAs increase ATP production by promoting glucose uptake through promotion of glucose transporters translocation to the plasma membrane. Background:The findings on the effectiveness of platelet-rich plasma, ozone, and hyaluronic acid in the treatment of osteoarthritis of the knee are controversial, and the existing original studies and meta-analyses are mostly comparisons of a single joint cavity injection method, lacking direct and indirect comparisons of different drugs in the joint cavity. The lack of direct and indirect comparisons of different drugs in the joint cavity makes it difficult to have a clearer and more comprehensive understanding of joint cavity injection methods. In this study, the efficacy of platelet-rich, ozone, sodium hyaluronate, and combined knee cavity injections were compared directly or indirectly using a reticulated meta-analysis in this field, and the efficacy of treatment measures was ranked to provide more comprehensive and reliable evidence-based clinical evidence for the selection of knee cavity injections in osteoarthritis of the knee.Objective:To compare the effects of platelet-rich plasma, ozone, and sodium glassate injection interventions on the efficacy of osteoarthritis of the knee through reticulated Meta-analysis, and to comprehensively compare the clinical effectiveness of platelet-rich plasma, ozone, and sodium glassate injection joint cavity injection for the treatment of osteoarthritis of the knee.Methods:The PubMed, CBM, CNKI, VIP, and Wan-Fang databases were searched for information on the effectiveness of platelet-rich plasma, ozone, and sodium vitrate injection for the comparative treatment of osteoarthritis of the knee, with a search time frame of each database from the date of creation to July 20, 2021. Two investigators independently screened the literature, extracted data according to inclusion and exclusion criteria, and evaluated the quality of the literature in parallel. Statistical analysis was performed using Stata 16.0 software to compare the differences in the efficacy of each treatment measure using the ratio and 95% confidence interval as effect indicators and to rank the efficacy.Results:Thirty-three RCTs with 7003 patients with osteoarthritis of the knee were included, involving 5 therapeutic measures. Meta-analysis showed that the efficacy of platelet-rich plasma injection was superior to both ozone and hyaluronic acid therapies. Hyaluronic acid+ozone and platelet-rich plasma+hyaluronic acid were both superior to ozone and hyaluronic acid monotherapy. The differences in efficacy between hyaluronic acid and ozone compared with platelet-rich plasma were statistically significant, and the differences in efficacy between the 2 combination therapies (platelet-rich plasma+hyaluronic acid, hyaluronic acid+ozone) and the 3 monotherapies (platelet-rich plasma, ozone, hyaluronic acid) were statistically significant. Platelet-rich plasma+hyaluronic acid, hyaluronic acid+ozone compared with 3 monotherapies (platelet-rich plasma, ozone, hyaluronic acid) were statistically significant, except for the difference in efficacy with platelet-rich plasma, which was not statistically significant, indicating that this platelet-rich plasma+hyaluronic acid and Hyaluronic acid+ozone combination therapy was superior to monotherapy. Also, the efficacy of platelet-rich plasma was better than hyaluronic acid and ozone and the difference was statistically significant, indicating that platelet-rich plasma was more effective than ozone and sodium glass in the treatment of osteoarthritis of the knee in monotherapy.Conclusion:It is believed that in the course of clinical practice, hyaluronic acid+ozone or platelet-rich plasma+hyaluronic acid combination therapy or platelet-rich plasma therapy can be preferred for patients with osteoarthritis of the knee. 相似文献

目的 观察卡介菌多糖核酸联合西替利嗪治疗慢性荨麻疹的临床疗效和安全性.方法 将83例患者随机分为2组. 治疗组(42例),患者每日口服西替利嗪l片(10 mg),且肌肉注射卡介菌多糖核酸注射液l次/2d,0.5 mg (1支)/次;对照组(41例),患者每日单独口服西替利嗪l片(10 mg).疗程均为6周.结果 治疗后治疗、对照组的总有效率分别为42.85﹪,21.95﹪(2周);69.05﹪,39.02﹪(4 周);83.33﹪,47.78﹪(6周).治疗组疗效与对照组比较,有显著性差异(P<O.O5).两组均无明显不良反应.结论 卡介菌多糖核酸注射联合西替利嗪治疗慢性荨麻疹临床疗效好,其疗效随着治疗时间的延长而提高. 相似文献

目的观察用不同溶剂的酒石酸酸蚀牙釉质表面对黏结强度的影响。方法40颗前磨牙随机分为4组,分别用10%的酒石酸水溶液、10%酒石酸乙醇水溶液、10%酒石酸丙酮水溶液及37%磷酸酸蚀(对照组)前磨牙颊面牙釉质表面后,用京津釉质黏合剂黏结舌侧扣。通过电子万能实验机测量记录舌侧扣在轴向拉力作用下脱位的张力强度。结果用37%磷酸酸蚀、10%的酒石酸水溶液酸蚀、10%酒石酸乙醇水溶液酸蚀、10%酒石酸丙酮水溶液酸蚀牙釉质后,京津釉质黏合剂黏结舌侧扣脱位的张力强度分别为(4.12±1.11)MPa、(4.42±1.64)MPa、(2.57±0.75)MPa、(2.65±1.22)MPa,4者间有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论不同溶剂的酒石酸酸蚀对黏结强度有一定的影响。 相似文献

寻找一种经济、高效的制备大鼠非酒精性脂肪肝动物模型的方法。采用高脂饮食与腹腔注射氧四环素相结合的方案。在模型组于造模开始后的第2、4、8周末及对照组在第8周末,分别检测大鼠血清ALT、AST、TG、TC、丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物岐化酶(SOD),肝脏TC.、TC、MDA、SOD水平及肝组织学改变。2周末、4周末和8周末模型组血清中的ALT、AST、TG、TC和MDA升高,SOD降低;肝脏组织中的TG、TC和MDA升高,SOD减低;与对照组相比均有统计学意义;肝组织病理学检查显示第2周末和第4周末表现为脂肪肝性肝炎病变为主,8周末可出现轻度肝纤维化。采用高脂饮食结合腹腔注射氧四环素的方法是一种制备非酒精性脂肪肝模型理想方法之一。 相似文献
