目的 基于冠心病“瘀毒”病因病机的理论认识,建立急性冠脉综合征瘀毒互结证诊断标准。方法 采用文献系统分析与横断面临床研究构建条目池,采用德尔菲法专家咨询对条目进行筛选,采用层次分析法确定各条目权重。在此基础上,结合条目权重及临床实用性原则建立诊断标准。结果 文献系统分析筛选条目43个,横断面临床研究纳入患者400例,筛选条目39个,归纳分类后形成包含67个条目的条目池;经过两轮德尔菲专家咨询,筛选保留条目28个;通过层次分析法,确定高权重类条目(0.0430~0.1976)9个、中权重类条目(0.0153~0.0289)9个与低权重类条目(0.0060~0.0147)10个。结合临床实用性原则,优化形成包括必要指标(心绞痛程度进行性加重、近1个月反复发作性心绞痛等)、理化指标(心脏肌钙蛋白或肌酸激酶同工酶升高等)及舌象脉象(舌青紫或紫暗等、脉弦细或脉涩)3个维度的急性冠脉综合征瘀毒互结证诊断标准。两轮专家问卷咨询肯德尔和谐系数分别为0.368、0.395,格朗巴赫系数为分别为0.967、0.893,提示专家意见一致性好,结果可信度高。结论 该诊断标准涵盖了反映瘀毒互结致病特点的宏观表征和理化指标,可指导急性冠脉综合征瘀毒互结证的诊断。 相似文献

Fuel cells are expected to serve as next-generation energy conversion devices owing to their high energy density, high power, and long life performance. The oxygen reduction reaction (ORR) is important for determining the performance of fuel cells; therefore, using catalysts to promote the ORR is essential for realizing the practical applications of fuel cells. Herein, we propose Nb-incorporated TiO2 as a suitable alternative to conventional Pt-based catalysts, because Nb doping has been reported to improve the conductivity and electron transfer number of TiO2. In addition, Nb-incorporated TiO2 can induce the electrocatalytic activity for the ORR. In this paper, we report the synthesis method for Nb-incorporated TiO2 through a hydrothermal process with and without additional load pressures. The electrocatalytic activity of the synthesized samples for the ORR was also demonstrated. In this process, the samples obtained under various load pressures exceeding the saturated vapor pressure featured a high content of Nb and crystalline TiNb2O7, resulting in an ellipsoidal morphology. X-ray diffraction results also revealed that, on increasing the Nb doping amounts, the diffraction peak of the anatase TiO2 shifted to a lower angle and the full width at half maximum decreased. This implies that the Ti atom is exchanged with the Nb atom during this process, resulting in a decrease in TiO2 crystallinity. At a doping level of 10%, Nb-incorporated TiO2 exhibited the best electrocatalytic activity in terms of the oxygen reduction current (iORR) and onset potential for the ORR (EORR); this suggests that 10% Nb-doped samples have the potential for enhancing electrocatalytic activity. 相似文献

Membrane fouling is a major hindrance to widespread wastewater treatment applications. This study optimizes operating parameters in membrane rotating biological contactors (MRBC) for maximized membrane fouling through Response Surface Methodology (RSM) and an Artificial Neural Network (ANN). MRBC is an integrated system, embracing membrane filtration and conventional rotating biological contactor in one individual bioreactor. The filtration performance was optimized by exploiting the three parameters of disk rotational speed, membrane-to-disk gap, and organic loading rate. The results showed that both the RSM and ANN models were in good agreement with the experimental data and the modelled equation. The overall R2 value was 0.9982 for the proposed network using ANN, higher than the RSM value (0.9762). The RSM model demonstrated the optimum operating parameter values of a 44 rpm disk rotational speed, a 1.07 membrane-to-disk gap, and a 10.2 g COD/m2 d organic loading rate. The optimization of process parameters can eliminate unnecessary steps and automate steps in the process to save time, reduce errors and avoid duplicate work. This work demonstrates the effective use of statistical modeling to enhance MRBC system performance to obtain a sustainable and energy-efficient treatment process to prevent human health and the environment. 相似文献

Drive and conveyor belts are widely used in the mining and processing industry. One of the types often used is the belt with a cross-section and a diameter of several millimeters, made of weldable thermoplastic elastomer. Their production process requires the joining of the ends to obtain a closed loop. This operation is often performed by butt welding using the hot plate method. Taking into account the industrial requirements, the authors made an effort to design the automated welding machine for this type of belt. The work that had been conducted was finished with the implementation of the device for serial belt production. One of the stages of the design process of the welding machine consisted of developing a solution for the electromechanical drive system. The paper presents a design and the selection of the key components of the drive system, in particular, the electrical executive elements. Firstly, on the basis of the functional requirements of individual working mechanisms, the kinematic structure of the drives was developed, and the influence of the workload on power consumption was described. Then, using known technological parameters, experimental research of the plasticization operation was performed. On the basis of the results obtained, a mathematical model of the correlation between the plasticization force and technological parameters was derived. Using the derived model, the optimization of the technological parameters was made by using a genetic algorithm. The work led to the choice of an effective electric motor, which is the main component of the designed drive system. 相似文献

目的:总结钛板坚强内固定术治疗下颌骨骨折的临床疗效。方法:收集1998~2004年136例下颌骨骨折病例,行钛板坚强内固定术治疗,分别在手术后1个月、3个月、6个月复查,拍摄X线片,观察骨折线对位愈合情况、咬合关系及开口度等功能恢复情况。结果:136例中134例一期愈合,2例延期愈合。X线片示骨折线对位良好,咬合关系及开口度均恢复良好。结论:钛板坚强内固定术治疗下颌骨骨折效果好,方法可靠,操作简单。 相似文献
