【目的】 探讨学术期刊数字出版产业链中的市场主体利益分配失衡问题的解决方案,以满足各方的合理利益诉求。【方法】 运用文献法、个案研究法等,对我国学术期刊数字出版产业链上、中、下游市场主体之间利益分配失衡的现状及原因进行分析。【结果】 数据库平台企业的双边市场地位与商业模式、学术期刊数字出版产品特性与收费模式、主管部门监管不到位、行政力量推动下的非完全市场化运行机制、版权维护动力不足,以及尊重知识产权意愿不强是当前学术期刊数字出版产业链利益分配失衡的主要原因。【结论】 充分发挥主管单位与行业协会监管职能、对数据库平台企业进行改革、引入区块链技术、构建基于版权保护的利益分配机制等是平衡各方利益的有效对策。  相似文献

Objective. To design an educational activity and evaluate its effectiveness on increasing third-year pharmacy students’ knowledge and confidence to recommend self-care products to patients.Design. Faculty members created a self-care activity, the Amazing Self-Care Race, for educational use in a pharmaceutical care laboratory course. Student teams worked competitively to complete 15 stations focused on self-care. A complex, real-world case was presented at each station. Student recommendations were presented to a facilitator. Prior to and following the activity, students were invited to complete an online anonymous survey instrument.Assessment. Eighty-six students completed presurvey and postsurvey instruments to assess their knowledge and perceived confidence to recommend a self-care product to a patient prior to and following participation in the Amazing Self-Care Race. Students demonstrated a significant increase in their ability and confidence to recommend self-care products following the activity (p<0.001).Conclusion. The Amazing Self-Care Race is an effective educational activity that increases student knowledge and confidence in self-care therapeutics. The activity helped students to develop self-care skills, enabled them to learn through doing, encouraged them to synthesize information while making self-care recommendations, and helped them to develop confidence by thinking on their feet.  相似文献

目的:探讨数字化塑形钛网修补颅骨缺损的临床治疗效果。方法对我院2010年8月~2013年9月收治的46例需进行颅骨缺损手术的患者行数字化塑形钛网修补术,比较同期的42例行传统手工塑形钛网颅骨修补术的患者手术质量和术后恢复情况。进行6个月的术后随访,统计评估患者术后恢复情况。结果与传统手术方法相比,数字化塑形钛网修补手术在用时、并发症发生情况等方面优势明显(P<0.01),术后功能状态评分和生活质量评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论数字化塑形钛网技术在颅骨缺损的修复治疗上具有塑形美观、术后恢复效果好,可减少手术时间等诸多优点,是在条件允许的情况下的首选手术方式。  相似文献

Twitter use by physicians, including those in the hematology–oncology field, is increasing. This microblogging platform provides a means to communicate and collaborate on a global scale. For the oncology professional, an active Twitter presence provides opportunities for continuing medical education, patient engagement and education, personal branding, and reputation management. However, because Twitter is an open, public forum, potential risks such as patient privacy violations, personal information disclosures, professionalism lapses, and time management need to be considered and managed. The authors have summarized the benefits and risks of Twitter use by the hematology–oncology physician. In addition, strategies to maximize benefit and minimize risk are discussed, and resources for additional learning are provided.  相似文献

The purpose of this in‐vitro study was to evaluate the influence of the framework design on the durability of inlay‐retained cantilever fixed dental prostheses (IR‐FDPs), made from zirconia ceramic, after artificial ageing. Forty‐eight caries‐free human premolars were prepared as abutments for all‐ceramic cantilevered IR‐FDPs using six framework designs: occlusal–distal (OD) inlay, OD inlay with an oral retainer wing, OD inlay with two retainer wings, mesial–occlusal–distal (MOD) inlay, MOD inlay with an oral retainer ring, and veneer partial coping with a distal box (VB). Zirconia IR‐FDPs were fabricated via computer‐aided design/computer‐aided manufacturing (CAD/CAM) technology. The bonding surfaces were air‐abraded (50 μm alumina/0.1 MPa), and the frameworks were bonded with adhesive resin cement. Specimens were stored for 150 d in a 37°C water bath during which they were thermocycled between 5 and 55°C for 37,500 cycles; thereafter, they were exposed to 600,000 cycles of dynamic loading with a 5‐kg load in a chewing simulator. All surviving specimens were loaded onto the pontic and tested until failure using a universal testing machine. The mean failure load of the groups ranged from 260.8 to 746.7 N. Statistical analysis showed that both MOD groups exhibited significantly higher failure loads compared with the other groups (i.e. the three OD groups and the VB group) and that there was no significant difference in the failure load among the OD groups and the VB group. In conclusion, zirconia IR‐FDPs with a modified design exhibited promising failure modes.  相似文献
