Influence of Basalt Fibers on the Crack Resistance of Asphalt Mixtures and Mechanism Analysis

The paper aims to investigate the influence of basalt fiber (BF) on the crack resistance of the asphalt mixture and conduct a mechanical analysis. First, two typical asphalt mixtures, namely AC-13 and SMA-13, were designed. The impact of BF on the mixture design results was analyzed. Then, several macroscopic tests, namely the four-point bending test, indirect tensile test, and semicircular bending test (SCB), were conducted to assess the effect of BF on the cracking resistance of asphalt mixtures. Finally, the influence of BF on the cracking resistance of asphalt mixtures was analyzed based on an environmental scanning electron microscope (ESEM) observation. The results show that: (1) BF increases the optimal asphalt content of AC13 and decreases the optimal asphalt content of SMA-13, which is caused by the different asphalt-absorption capacity of BF and lignin fiber (LF). (2) BF enhances both the fatigue crack resistance and temperature crack resistance of asphalt mixtures. The enhancement on the SMA-13 is more significant, indicating that the enhancement of BF on asphalt mixtures is related to the type of aggregate gradation. (3) BFs in the asphalt mixture lap each other to form a spatial network structure. Such structure can effectively improve the crack resistance of the mixture by dispersing the load stress and preventing the flow of asphalt mastic. The study results provide an effective method to design crack-resistant asphalt mixtures.     

清热合剂的解热抗炎作用

目的研究清热合剂的解热、抗炎作用。方法分别采用2,4-二硝基苯酚致热大鼠模型、内毒素致热家兔模型、二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀及蛋清致大鼠足肿胀模型,研究清热合剂的解热、抗炎作用。结果清热合剂可以降低由2,4-二硝基苯酚引起的大鼠体温升高及内毒素引起的家兔体温升高,抑制二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀及蛋清致大鼠足肿胀。结论清热合剂具有解热、抗炎作用。     

The Technology of Using Liquid Glass Mixture Waste for Reducing the Harmful Environmental Impact

The spent liquid glass mixture, which is widely used in foundries as a binder after knocking out of moldings, contains pieces of different sizes and strengths, and there is a strong silicate film on the sand grains themselves. The proposed regeneration plants, which provide for the removal of the silicate film by scrubbing, have low productivity and lead to abrasion of the grains themselves. For this reason, the knocked-out mixture is taken to the dump. As a result of the study of the state of the spent liquid glass mixture in the dump, it was found that, in the spent mixture that had lain for 8–10 years, under prolonged exposure to atmospheric precipitation at plus and minus temperatures, part of the silicate film dissolves and almost all monolithic pieces are destroyed. Further use of hydraulic regeneration allows us to reduce the film thickness and thereby reduce the percentage of liquid glass from 5–5.5% to 0.8–1.2%. This made it possible to select the composition of the molding sand for an automatic line, using the AlpHaset-process, which consists of 22–29% of liquid glass mixture from a dump, 65–72% of liquid glass, 5.5% of liquid glass, and a hardener in the amount of 0.55%.     

丹七软胶囊联合布洛芬治疗原发性痛经的疗效观察

目的 探讨丹七软胶囊联合布洛芬治疗原发性痛经的临床疗效。方法 选取2020年1月—2021年6月张家港市中医医院收治的160例原发性痛经患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组,每组各80例。对照组口服布洛芬缓释胶囊,于经前3 d开始服药,0.3 g/次,2次/d。治疗组在对照组基础上口服丹七软胶囊,于经前3 d开始服药,5粒/次,3次/d。每个月经周期连服7 d,连续治疗3个月经周期。观察两组的临床疗效,比较治疗前后两组腹痛视觉模拟评分法（VAS）评分、痛经症状评分、36项健康调查简表（SF-36）总分,血流变参数[全血高、低切黏度（HBV、LBV）,血浆黏度（PV）,红细胞比容（HCT）]。统计两组不良反应情况。结果 治疗后,治疗组总有效率是95.00%,较对照组的85.00%显著提高（P<0.05）。治疗后,两组腹痛VAS评分、痛经症状评分均显著降低,SF-36总分均显著升高（P<0.05）;治疗后,治疗组腹痛VAS评分、痛经症状评分低于对照组,SF-36总分高于对照组（P<0.05）。治疗后,两组HBV、LBV、PV、HCT均显著降低（P<0.05）;以...     

复方首乌藤合剂对小鼠的促智作用研究

目的研究复方首乌藤合剂对小鼠的促智活性。方法采用跳台法。结果复方首乌藤合剂能增强自然衰老小鼠的学习和记忆能力,并对分别由东莨菪碱、亚硝酸钠和40%乙醇引起的小鼠记忆获得、记忆巩固和记忆再现病理模型有较明显的改善作用。结论复方首乌藤合剂中含有促智活性物质,它可能是本品具有良好临床疗效的物质基础。     

基于EM算法参数估计的各向异性扩散超声图像的去噪

目的 提出一种各向异性扩散滤波器的扩散参数选取方法,提高滤波器的灵活性和稳定性.方法 使用二状态的瑞利、高斯混合分布对超声图像灰度分布进行拟合,并采用期望值最大化(expectation maximization,EM)算法实现混合分布的分解;根据分解结果预测图像中斑点噪声均匀分布的区域;通过对均匀区域统计特性的分析获取各向异性扩散的扩散参数.结果 通过与两种改进扩散参数选取的滤波方法对比,基于EM算法的混合分布分解能够准确地估计扩散参数,使滤波结果在噪声消除和边缘保持上达到有效的平衡.结论 基于EM算法参数估计的各向异性扩散是一种有效的超声图像去噪方法.     

Foreground Detection Analysis of Ultrasound Image Sequences Identifies Markers of Motor Neurone Disease across Diagnostically Relevant Skeletal Muscles

Diagnosis of motor neurone disease (MND) includes detection of small, involuntary muscle excitations, termed fasciculations. There is need to improve diagnosis and monitoring of MND through provision of objective markers of change. Fasciculations are visible in ultrasound image sequences. However, few approaches that objectively measure their occurrence have been proposed; their performance has been evaluated in only a few muscles; and their agreement with the clinical gold standard for fasciculation detection, intramuscular electromyography, has not been tested. We present a new application of adaptive foreground detection using a Gaussian mixture model (GMM), evaluating its accuracy across five skeletal muscles in healthy and MND-affected participants. The GMM provided good to excellent accuracy with the electromyography ground truth (80.17%–92.01%) and was robust to different ultrasound probe orientations. The GMM provides objective measurement of fasciculations in each of the body segments necessary for MND diagnosis and hence could provide a new, clinically relevant disease marker.     

HPLC法测定公英健胃合剂中橙皮苷的含量

目的:建立HPLC法测定公英健胃合剂中橙皮苷含量的方法.方法:采用ODS-2 HYPERSIL C18色谱柱,甲醇-0.5%冰醋酸(40:60)为流动相;流速1.0ml·min-1;检测波长283nm.结果:橙皮苷在5.246～52.46鸺·ml"范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9999),平均回收率为99.07%,RSD=0.61%(n=6).结论:本方法操作筒便,专属性强,结果准确,可用于公英健胃合剂的质量控制.     

人类性别遗传与精子的类型无关的实验研究

目的通过实验观察LY1014中药混合物对人类受精卵和胚胎干细胞性别发育趋势的影响,并探讨了人类性别遗传与精子之间究竟存在怎样的关系及其人类性别遗传的基本原理。方法按照中医中药的原则,筛选出有效的多种中药,通过水煎并浓缩制成LY1014中药混合物小丸或其他剂型,并按实验设计的要求给准备怀孕的妇女服用,得到婴儿出生的结果和比例,进而利用顺向思维和逆向思维的方法对实验结果进行分析。结果参加实验的50名妇女都产下了男孩,与人类自然对照组相比,实验组具有非常显著性差异（P〈0．001）。结论LY1014中药混合物能够诱导原本向卵巢细胞方向发育的胚胎干细胞向睾丸细胞进行基因表达,朝男性性别方向发育;根据实验结果可以明确推断出：人类性别遗传与精子的类型是没有关系的,精子是唯一的,没有X精子和Y精子之分,而且,携带唯一的一个男性性别基因,因此也没有X染色体和Y染色体之分;同时,利用逆向思维的方法,推断出卵细胞也是携带有一个女性性别遗传基因的,而且,男女性别之间存在着男女性别基因之间的相互转换关系。     

Effects of Geometry and Loading Mode on the Stress State in Asphalt Mixture Cracking Tests

Currently, a variety of asphalt mixture cracking characterization tests are available as screening tools for the better selection of high-quality raw materials and also for the optimization of mixture design for different applications. However, for a same evaluation index, using different sample geometries and loading modes might lead to obtaining different values, which prevents the application of the evaluation index as a fundamental parameter in pavement design. In this paper, the effects of geometry and loading mode on the stress state in the experimental characterization of asphalt mixture cracking were discussed using numerical simulation. The results showed that applying thermally-induced load in restrained uniaxial test configuration should be considered when performing an asphalt mixture cracking test. Compared with direct tensile configuration, compressive stress clearly existed in other common test configurations, which may prevent the initiation and propagation of cracks. Moreover, it was revealed that nonuniform stress state exists in the dog-bone geometry, which makes it possible to know the failure plane in advance and place gauges at the failure plane for measuring fundamental deformation-related properties.
