目的观察小儿咳喘灵泡腾片佐治支气管肺炎的疗效。方法将支气管肺炎患儿106例随机分成2组,治疗组53例在常规治疗基础上加用小儿咳喘灵泡腾片;对照组53例在常规治疗的基础上加用肺力咳合剂。比较2组疗效及症状、肺部啰音消失时间?峁?治疗组总有效率为96.2%高于对照组的84.9%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组发热、咳嗽及肺部啰音消失时间均短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小儿咳喘灵泡腾片佐治支气管肺炎具有退热快、肺部啰音消失早、疗程短的优点,值得推广应用。 相似文献

目的建立桃红促孕合剂的质量标准。方法色谱柱Agilent-C18色谱柱(150mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相:乙腈-0.085%磷酸溶液(14:86),检测波长为316nm,柱温:35℃,流速为1.0mL/min。结果阿魏酸在0.0124~0.2477μg的范围内,有良好的线性关系,r=0.9999,平均回收率为99.17%,RSD为1.23%。结论建立了桃红促孕合剂的质量标准,该方法操作易行,稳定可靠,用于桃红促孕合剂中阿魏酸的含量,可以用于该制剂的质量控制。 相似文献

ContextQiangli Wuhu (QLWH) mixture is a concoction approved and registered by Ningxia Medical Products Administration. It has therapeutic effects on various types of pneumonia.ObjectiveTo clarify the mechanisms of QLWH in treating pneumonia.Materials and methodsThe potential targets of QLWH in the treatment of pneumonia were predicted by network pharmacology. Male, Institute of Cancer Research (ICR) mice were randomly divided into five groups of 12 mice, control, vehicle, QLWH (10 and 20 mg/kg) and dexamethasone (DXM), and orally treated twice daily with normal saline, QLWH or DXM. The pneumonia model was established by tracheal instillation of lipopolysaccharide (LPS). After treatment five days, ELISA, H&E staining and Western blot were used to investigate protective effects of QLWH.ResultsNine hundred and ninety-four active ingredients were found through network pharmacology, corresponding to 135 targets for the treatment of pneumonia; compared to the vehicle group, QLWH (10 and 20 mg/kg) significantly decreased the levels of TNF-α (14.3% and 28.8%), IL-1β (23.9% and 42.8%) and IL-6 (13.2% and 16.1%), increased the levels of IL-10 (134.3% and 172.9%); in terms of mechanism, QLWH down-regulated TLR4/NF-κB/NLRP3 axis related proteins in lung tissue of pneumonia model mice (p < 0.05).Discussion and conclusionsThis study combined network pharmacology and animal experiments, providing effective evidence for the clinical promotion of QLWH. 目的研究PC-SPESⅡ影响AIPCa细胞周期进展及凋亡的分子机制。方法80只雄性Balb/c-nu/nu裸小鼠分为2大组,分别接种DU145或PC-3细胞,建立AIPCa移植瘤模型,每组再分成对照、PC-SPESⅡ125、250、500mg/kg4个剂量组,每组10只,接种第2天起每天给药,8周后各组中随机抽取3份标本,Westernblot和SABC免疫组织化学法检测G1/S期调节蛋白P16、P21、P-Rb及凋亡相关蛋白Bax、Bcl-2、Cleaved-PARP表达的变化。结果Western blot:用药后DU145组P16表达显著升高(P=0.001),P21和P-Rb表达无变化(P=0.188和P=0.778);Bax、Cleaved-PARP表达升高(P=0.003和P=0.002),Bcl-2显著下降(P=0.001)。PC-3组P16、P21呈剂量依赖性上升(P<0.0001),P-Rb呈剂量依赖性降低(P=0.005);Bax无显著变化,每天500mg/kg时Bcl-2显著降低(P=0.021),Cleaved-PARP升高(P=0.02)。免疫组化:PC-3组6种蛋白及DU145组P16、P-Rb、Bax与Western blot结果一致。DU145组P21阳性率呈剂量依赖性升高(P=0.001),Bcl-2、Cleaved-PARP表现出更明显的剂量依赖性降低或升高趋势。结论PC-SPESⅡ可以通过调节G1/S阻滞和凋亡相关蛋白表达抑制AIPCa生长。 相似文献

To meet the needs of the road industry for maintenance operations, a new cement emulsified bitumen mixture (CEBM) with early-strength, self-compacting, and room-temperature construction characteristics was designed. The strength formation mechanism of CEBM was revealed with a scanning electron microscope (SEM) and the surface free energy (SFE) theory. The mechanical properties and road performance of the CEBM were investigated extensively. The results show that before the demulsification of emulsified bitumen, the SFE of the bitumen–aggregate–water three-phase system was reduced due to the replacement of the bitumen–aggregate interface with water. The adhesion work between the emulsified bitumen and the aggregate is negative, which means the adhesion between the emulsified bitumen and the aggregate will not occur spontaneously due to the existence of water. The liquid emulsified bitumen improves the workability of the mixture and ensures that the mixture can be evenly mixed and self-compacted. After demulsification, the work of adhesion between the residual bitumen and the aggregate is positive, which means residual bitumen and aggregate can bond spontaneously. In addition, the hydration products of cement and aggregate form a skeleton, and the emulsified bitumen film wraps and bonds the cement and aggregate together, creating strength. The emulsified bitumen, cement content, and curing conditions have significant effects on the stability of CEBM. The recommended dosage of emulsified bitumen and cement is 8% and 8–10%, respectively. This material integrates the hardening effect of cement and the viscoelastic performance of bitumen and has good workability, mechanical properties, and road performance. 目的:探讨大力新合剂对小鼠耐缺氧及抗疲劳作用。方法:取小鼠随机分成4组,对照组、大力新合剂高、中、低(2.30,1.15,0.575g.kg-1)剂量组。采用常压耐缺氧法记录小鼠缺氧存活时间;采用负重游泳法记录小鼠游泳存活时间,采用比色分析法测定小鼠游泳45min后血清乳酸及肝、肌糖原的含量。结果:大力新合剂能延长小鼠缺氧状态下的存活时间,延长小鼠负重游泳的存活时间,使小鼠游泳45min后血清乳酸含量明显减少,肝、肌糖原的含量明显增加。结论:大力新合剂具有耐缺氧和抗疲劳的作用,其机制可能与降低乳酸含量,增加肝、肌糖原含量有关。 相似文献
