Perphenazine (PPZ) (Trilafon®) has been studied in human whole blood under therapeutic conditions. By means of a new specific and highly sensitive gas Chromatographic method, concentrations of 0.2 g PPZ/l whole blood could be assayed with a sufficient degree of accuracy. In acutely psychotic patients the PPZ levels were studied after administration in three different ways: A) as single doses of PPZ given intramuscularly, B) as multiple doses of PPZ given orally, and C) as single doses of PPZ enanthate given intramuscularly. The highest PPZ concentration, 7.4 g/l, was measured in experiment C. Neurological side effects were registered, and their relation to blood concentrations of PPZ are briefly discussed. 相似文献

本文通过对健康老人唾液进行检测分析,并与青年献血员及肺心病、糖尿病两种老年病进行比较提示:老年人唾液有机、无机成分的浓度与青年对照组无差异,溶菌酶(LZM)、免疫球蛋白 A(SIgA)不随增龄而变化,对同一人同步采集并检测的唾液与静脉血所含成分基本一致,但浓度不同。本组资料唾液中钾、溶菌酶、淀粉酶浓度明显高于血浆,而钠、氯、钙、碳酸氢及尿素又明显低于血浆浓度,主要是由于合成分泌部位不同而异;老年肺心病组唾液溶菌酶低于健康老年组。检测唾液成分及浓度,为临床预防治疗某些口腔疾恶,为研究老年人免疫功能和研制人造唾液提供依据和基础数值。 相似文献

The concentrations of noradrenaline, dopamine and serotonin were measured in the brain of male albino mice and rats after intraperitoneal injections of muscimol, ibotenic acid or LSD. All three drugs induced a generalized increase of serotonin. When muscimol was administered to rats after pretreatment with p-chlorophenylalanine, a serotonin synthesis inhibitor, the serotonin concentration was still increased in midbrain and hypothalamus. Muscimol also caused a reduced accumulation of 5-hydroxyindoleacetic acid in rats pretreated with probenecid. There were differences in the action of the three compounds on the catecholamine concentration. Muscimol and LSD caused a decrease of the catecholamines. Ibotenic acid increased the catecholamine concentration. Certain topographical differences were noted.The increase in the serotonin concentration in the hypothalamus and midbrain after muscimol may be due to a reduced turnover of serotonin. An increase in serotonin concentration and a decrease of 5-hydroxyindolacetic acid in the rat brain are effects observed also with other psychotomimetic drugs such as LSD or psilocybin. 相似文献

目的 对现行常用的三种测氡仪(FD3017测氡仪,RAD7测氡仪和Alpha GUARD测氡仪)的性能进行实验研究。方法 选择一个普通氡室和土壤高氡浓度的地区进行氡含量的实地测量。结果 三台测氡仪在低氡转向高氡环境后测量结果仅受装置内残存氡的影响。三者在高氡转向低氡环境后测量结果除受上述影响外,RAD7测氡仪还受到探测器上已大量积累的氡短寿命子体浓度的影响,同时受到钍射气短寿命子体的影响;Alpha GUARD测氡仪在高氡浓度转向低氡浓度过程中,高氡浓度值越高,设备示值越偏离真实值甚至发生崩溃。结论 在氡浓度急剧变化的条件下,FD3017具有较高的稳定性,而另外两仪器都会出现不同程度的影响。 相似文献

p-Chlorophenylalanine (pCPA) was administered to male and female rats on the 2nd and 3rd (20 mg/kg) and on the 5th and 6th (100 mg/kg) postnatal day. The display of spontaneous and hormone induced adult sexual behaviour, the onset of puberty in the females, and the effect of the neonatal drug injections on serotonin and 5-hydroxyindole acetic acid levels in the brains of 15-day-old rats were examined.In the females, the time of vaginal opening was delayed even though the vaginal cytological cycles appeared to be normal. In addition, these females showed less ear wiggling activity during both spontaneous and hormone induced copulatory behaviour and a tendency to shortening of mount latencies during hormone induced masculine sexual behaviour. The drug treated males were, as adults, generally more sexually facile than were the vehicle treated controls: they required fewer mounts and intromissions prior to ejaculation, and displayed shorter intromission and ejaculation latencies as well as shorter refractory periods and intervals between successive intromissions. The hormone induced female sexual behaviour in the drug treated males appeared, however, to be unaltered. Finally, although many differences in adult sexual behaviour were observed in the animals treated with pCPA shortly after birth, no changes or sex differences in hypothalamic or forebrain concentrations of serotonin or 5-hydroxyindole acetic acid were found in animals treated similarly in infancy but killed at the age of 15 days. The relevance of these findings is discussed in the light of the possible significance of brain indole amines during the sexual development and differentiation.Part of this study has been presented in the II.
