目的 探讨致康胶囊联合黄连五倍子治疗宫颈上皮内瘤变手术出血患者的疗效及对凝血因子的影响。方法 选择我院2018年1月至2019年1月期间收治的120例宫颈上皮内瘤变手术出血患者为研究对象,利用电脑抽签的方式建立分组,分为对照组和观察组,每组各60例。对照组患者接受致康胶囊治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上联合黄连五倍子治疗,对比两组患者的近期疗效、术后出血时间、排液时间、创面愈合时间及相关凝血功能指标的差异。结果 观察组治疗有效率显著高于对照组,术后出血时间、排液时间与创面愈合时间显著短于对照组,PT、INR、APTT、TT、ACT、FIB、PLT、Hb等凝血因子的改善程度优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 致康胶囊联合黄连五倍子治疗宫颈上皮内瘤变手术出血患者的效果显著,能够有效改善患者的凝血因子水平,值得临床推广。 相似文献

目的 对测定复方氨基酸注射液系列产品中铝含量的电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)法与石墨炉原子吸收法(GFAAS)进行比较。方法 采用塞曼偏振背景校正的GFAAS和ICP-MS法对12家企业生产的59批复方氨基酸注射液系列制剂铝离子含量进行测定。结果 GFAAS的铝离子浓度在5~40 ng·mL-1线性关系良好,相关系数(r)为0.995 3,平均回收率为100.1%,RSD为4.80%(n=9);ICP-MS测得的铝离子浓度在5~100 ng·mL-1线性关系良好,相关系数(r)为0.999 9,平均回收率为104.7%,RSD为1.75%(n=9)。结论 2种方法均可用于复方氨基酸注射液制剂中铝离子含量的测定。国内该类制剂的铝离子含量不同生产企业间存在较大差异,有必要控制复方氨基酸注射液中铝的残留量。 相似文献

目的 测定注射用复方甘草甜素的主药和有关物质.方法 采用HPLC法,用DiamonsilTM C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm);流动相为乙腈-2%冰醋酸(35:65);流速1.0 ml·min-1;检测波长254 nm;柱温30℃;进样量10 μl.结果 甘草甜素与其相邻杂质峰能完全分离,40.4~808.0 μg·ml-1线性关系良好(r=0.9999).结论 所用方法简便、准确、专属性好,可用于注射用复方甘草甜素的含量测定及有关物质的检查. 相似文献

目的研究糖皮质激素对膝关节成骨细胞一氧化氮合酶表达和软骨下骨质重建的影响。方法取健康SD大鼠24只,体重(0.45±0.02)kg,随机分为实验组(A组)和对照组(B组),每组12只。实验组每周一次左膝关节腔内注射复方倍他米松0.02ml/kg,对照组每周一次左膝关节腔内注射生理盐水0.02ml/kg。4周时对两组大鼠的左侧膝关节股骨成骨细胞的诱生型一氧化氮合酶(inducible nitric oxide synthase,iNOS)和内皮细胞型一氧化氮合酶(endothelial nitric oxide synthase,eNOS)免疫组织化学研究,测定其平均灰度值和平均积分光密度,同时进行左胫骨软骨下骨质显微结构观察。结果实验组和对照组iNOS免疫组化的结果均为阴性,实验组eNOS的表达显著低于对照组(P〈0.01),实验组左胫骨的软骨下骨质旱骨质疏松特征。结论糖皮质激素对膝关节成骨细胞内皮细胞型一氧化氮合酶的表达和软骨下骨质生成有明显的抑制作用。 相似文献

Objective
Glutaric aciduria type 1 is a rare disease, with the estimated prevalence about 1 in 100,000 newborns. GCDH gene mutation can lead to glutaric acid and 3- OH glutaric acid accumulation, with clinical manifestation of neuronal damage, brain atrophy, microencephalic macrocephaly, decreased coordination of swallowing, poor muscle coordination, spasticity, and severe dystonic movement disorder.Case report
A 22-year-old female, Gravida 4 Para 2, is pregnancy at 13 weeks of gestational age. Her first child is normal, however, the second child was diagnosed as glutaric aciduria type I after birth. She came to our hospital for prenatal genetic counselling of her fetus at 13 weeks of gestational age.We performed GCDH gene mutation analysis of maternal blood showed IVS 3 + 1 G > A heterozygous mutation, GCDH gene mutation analysis of paternal blood showed c. 1240 G > A heterozygous mutation, and the second child has compound heterozygous IVS 3 + 1 G > A and c. 1240 G > A mutations. Later, we performed amniocentesis at 16 weeks of gestational age for chromosome study and GCDH gene mutation analysis for the fetus. The fetal chromosome study showed normal karyotype, however, GCDH gene mutation analysis showed compound heterozygous IVS 3 + 1 G > A and c. 1240 G > A mutations. The couple decided to termination of pregnancy thereafter.Conclusion
Glutaric acidemia type 1 is an autosomal recessive disorder because of pathogenic mutations in the GCDH gene. Early diagnosis and therapy of glutaric acidemia type 1 can reduce the risk of neuronal damage and acute dystonia. We report a case of prenatal diagnosis of fetal glutaric aciduria type 1 with rare compound heterozygous GCDH gene mutation at IVS 3 + 1 G > A and c. 1240 G > A mutations, which provide better genetic counselling for the couples. 相似文献87.

We evaluated the inhibitory effect of DS-4574, a peptidoleukotriene antagonist with mast cell stabilizing action, on rat gastric mucosal lesions induced by compound 48/80 (C48/80: a mast cell degranulator), in comparison with those of disodium cromoglycate (DSCG: a mast cell stabilizer), LY171883 (a peptidoleukotriene antagonist) and cimetidine (a histamine H2 receptor antagonist). Subcutaneous administration of C48/80 (1 mg/kg) once daily for four consecutive days produced extensive gastric lesions in the fundic mucosa. DS-4574 (20, 50 and 100 mg/kg/day, oral) and DSCG (200 mg/kg/day, intraperitoneal) treatment markedly inhibited formation of these mucosal lesions, but LY171883 (100 and 200 mg/kg/day, oral) and cimetidine (400 mg/kg/day, oral) treatment did not. Moreover, DS-4574 and DSCG significantly suppressed both hyperhistaminemia and histamine release from rat peritoneal mast cells induced by C48/80. These results indicate that the inhibitory effect of DS-4574 on gastric lesions induced by C48/80 may be related to its mast cell stabilizing action, but to neither its antisecretory nor its peptidoleukotriene antagonistic activity. 相似文献

Magnetic resonance imaging may provide invaluable information in the term born neonate with encephalopathy. However, both hardware and sequences may need adaptation from normal adult protocols. Sedation is often required to obtain good quality imaging, but anaesthesia is not necessary in this population. The perinatal history may predict the pattern of brain lesions, which, in turn, may be used to predict the neurodevelopmental outcome. Image interpretation is not easy and requires a full clinical history in addition to experience of both normal and abnormal neonatal brain appearances. Lesions evolve rapidly, and perinatally acquired leasions are at the most obvious 1-2 weeks from delivery. Early imaging in the first few days from presentation should always include diffusion-weighted sequences to identify early ischaemic change. Advanced techniques such as venography, angiography and perfusion-weighted imaging may be useful in certain situations, and serial imaging may help differentiate perinatal-acquired lesions from other pathologies. 相似文献

Summary Two mast cell populations, connective tissue mast cells (CTMCs) and mucosal mast cells, (MMCs) containing different proteoglycans in their granules, can be distinguished in several animal species by means of histochemical methods. In this study we documented the presence of these two types of mast cell in the chick embryo lung, from the 15th incubation day for the MMCs, and from the 18th incubation day for the CTMCs. Lungs of embryos treated with compound 48/ 80, which produces degranulation of the CTMCs, showed a decrease in the number of this type of mast cell and an unchanged number of MMCs. In the lungs of embryos treated with dexamethasone, which degranulates MMCs, a reduction in the number of these cells and an unchanged number of the CTMs were found. 相似文献
