Coexistence of enkephalin-like and substance P-like immunoreactivities (ENK-LI and SP-LI) was shown in axonal components in the lumbar segments of cat spinal cord by using the double immunofluorescence method. Summary The distribution of somatostatin-like immunoreactive (SS-LI) material and its colocalization with glutamic acid decarboxylase (GAD)-like immunoreactivity were studied in the rat hippocampus and dentate gyrus neurons using immunohistochemistry. In the dentate gyrus and CA1 region, SS-LI perikarya were concentrated in the hilus and in the stratum oriens, respectively, whereas immunoreactive cell bodies were rarely seen in other layers. Approximately half of the SS-LI neurons of the CA3 region were situated in the stratum oriens, the other half being scattered in strata pyramidale, lucidum and radiatum. About 90% of SS-LI neurons were also GAD-like immunoreactive, whereas about 14% of GAD-like immunoreactive (GAD-LI) neurons were SS-like immunoreactive. The percentage of GAD-LI neurons which were also immunoreactive for SS varied from one layer to the other. This percentage was about 30% in the hilus of the dentate gyrus and in the stratum oriens of the CA1 and CA3 regions; it was 5–10% in the strata pyramidale, lucidum and radiatum of the CA3 region and reached only 2% in the granule cell layer and molecular layer of the dentate gyrus and in the stratum pyramidale and stratum radiatum in the CA1 region. These observations indicate that the majority of SS-LI neurons in the rat hippocampal formation are a subpopulation of GABAergic neurons. 相似文献

目的探讨三叶因子3(TFF3)在腺垂体远侧部嗜酸性细胞和嗜碱性细胞中的表达,明确TFF3在远侧部的分布。方法采用相邻切片的免疫组织化学染色,在相邻切片上分别显示TFF3/生长激素(GH)、TFF3/催乳素(PRL)、TFF3/促甲状腺激素(TSH)、TFF3/促肾上腺皮质激素(ACTH)、TFF3/卵泡刺激素(FSH)、TFF3/黄体生成素(LH)的表达。结果 TFF3和各嗜色细胞的免疫反应产物为棕黄色,主要位于细胞质,ACTH免疫阳性信号在胞膜也有表达,主要分布在腺垂体的远侧部。邻片显示TFF3存在于部分GH、PRL、TSH、ACTH、FSH、LH细胞,分别占19.4%、22.4%、9.2%、6.5%、35.7%、8.3%,以FSH最多,PRL、GH次之。结论垂体远侧部TFF3可分别表达于GH、PRL、TSH、ACTH、FSH、LH细胞。 相似文献

The neuropeptide galanin coexists in 80-90% of the norepinephrine-containing neurons in the locus coeruleus. In situ hybridization histochemistry was used to examine the effects of reserpine treatment or swim stress on tyrosine hydroxylase and galanin mRNA concentrations in locus coeruleus neurons. Reserpine administration significantly increased tyrosine hydroxylase and galanin mRNA levels in the locus coeruleus. The reserpine-induced increase in tyrosine hydroxylase mRNA was significantly correlated with the reserpine-induced increase in galanin mRNA. Three consecutive days of swim stress did not significantly alter either tyrosine hydroxylase or galanin mRNA concentrations in the locus coeruleus. These data suggest that both tyrosine hydroxylase and galanin gene expression in locus coeruleus neurons may be regulated by a reserpine-sensitive mechanism. 相似文献

Previous double-label studies demonstrate that enkephalin coexists with γ-aminobutyric acid, glycine or neurotensin in amacrine cells of the chicken retina. The present study utilizes double- and triple-label paradigms to quantitatively analyze these coexisting relationships. Twenty-eight percent of enkephalin-like immunoreactive amacrine cells were found to exhibit high-affinity uptake of [3H]GABA, while 53% of enkephalin-amacrine cells specifically accumulate [3H]glycine. Moreover, the present study predicts that at least 26% of enkephalin-amacrine cells which accumulate [3H]glycine should also be immunoreactive for neurotensin. 相似文献

By means of two colour immunofluorescence procedures it has been possible to demonstrate in the rat brain the coexistence of TH and bFGF immunoreactivities (IRs) in the perikarya of large numbers of noradrenaline (NA) nerve cells of the locus coeruleus and of the NA cell groups A1, A5 and A7 and in many perikarya of the adrenaline (A) cell groups C1, C2 and C3. The coexistence of 5-hydroxytryptamine (5-HT) and bFGF IRs was demonstrated in the perikarya of large numbers of 5-HT nerve cells of practically all raphe nuclei. These results open up the possibility that bFGF may have a trophic role in the NA, A and 5-HT cell groups of the rat brain. 相似文献

目的:提高对膀胱前列腺共存肿瘤的认识及检出率。方法:回顾性分析2003年1月~2008年1月收治的12例膀胱癌并发前列腺癌患者的临床资料。结果:12例中以膀胱肿瘤首诊9例,其中I例于术后11个月死于脑血管意外,余8例随访4~47个月(平均16.5个月),5例无瘤生存,2例分别于术后10和16个月死于肿瘤转移。以前列腺腺癌首诊的3例,分别随访38、25和6个月,2例无瘤生存,I例于术后25个月死于全身广泛转移。结论:膀胱前列腺共存肿瘤少见,临床上易漏诊。对于膀胱癌或前列腺癌患者,都应考虑到共存癌的可能。 相似文献

Clinically, it is important to distinguish cervical intraepithelial neoplasia grade 3 (CIN3) lesions with and without coexisting adenocarcinoma in situ (AIS), but endocervical curetting can be false negative. The frequency of high-risk human papillomavirus genotypes in CIN3 patients with and without AIS differs. CIN3 epithelial cell cycle regulator expression may reflect these differences and thereby indicate coexistent AIS. G1 pathway epithelial cell cycle regulators (pRb, p53, cyclin D, p16) and Ki-67 were analyzed by quantitative immunohistochemistry in CIN3s with and without AIS. Compared with the normal cervical squamous epithelium, the CIN3 epithelium in small punch biopsies showed strong diffuse p16 and Ki-67 expression. CIN3s with coexistent AIS had a significantly lower percentage of pRb (P = .03)- and p53 (P = .03)-positive nuclei in the lower half of the epithelium than CIN3s without coexistent AIS. None of the 10 cases with values of either pRb-positive nuclei 30% or greater or p53-positive nuclei 15% or greater in the lower half of the epithelium had coexistent AIS, contrasting 8 (24%) of the 33 cases with both low values of p53- and pRb-positive nuclei. Combined low p53 and pRb expression in the lower half of the epithelium in punch biopsies is associated with coexistent AIS in the cone. Despite the fact that the results of the current study are interesting and potentially clinically relevant, it should be emphasized that they must be confirmed according to Good Laboratory Practice in independent patient groups, preferably also in a prospective study. 相似文献
