目的建立不同等级夏天无Corydalis decumbens(Thunb.)Pers.HPLC指纹图谱,并测定原阿片碱、盐酸巴马汀、比枯枯灵碱、延胡索乙素、四氢药根碱、紫堇碱的含有量。方法夏天无50%甲醇提取物的分析采用e2695型Waters-C18 (4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);流动相乙腈-0.5%三乙胺溶液,梯度洗脱;体积流量1.0 mL/min;检测波长289 nm;柱温25℃。结果 42批样品指纹图谱中有12个共有峰,相似度均大于0.940。原阿片碱、盐酸巴马汀、比枯枯灵碱、延胡索乙素、四氢药根碱、紫堇碱在各自范围内线性关系良好(r≥0.999 5),平均加样回收率97.31%~98.23%,RSD 0.76%~1.93%。结论该方法稳定可靠,可用于夏天无的质量控制。  相似文献

夏天无为罂粟科植物伏生紫堇Corydalisdecumbens (Thunb .)Pers .的干燥块茎 ,是我国常用中草药 ,有活血通络、行气止痛之功效 ,用于中风偏瘫、跌打损伤、风湿性关节炎和坐骨神经痛等[1,2 ] ,现代药学研究认为其主要有效部位为生物碱[2 ,3 ] 。在对夏天无总生物碱的研究中 ,作者发现其有较强的抑制乙酰胆碱酯酶 (acetylcholinesterase ,AChE)活性的作用 ,该作用未见报道。本文采用色谱法对夏天无总生物碱进行了成分分离 ,得到 5个化合物 ,经结构鉴定为 :四氢掌叶防己碱 (I)、原阿片碱 …  相似文献

目的:探讨筋骨草提取物(HBG)对乳腺癌及转移的抑制作用,及其对与乳腺癌侵袭和转移密切相关的基质金属蛋白酶及其抑制物的影响.方法:采用小鼠乳腺癌细胞株4T1原位接种制作乳腺癌自发转移模型,给予50~200 mg· kg-1HBG后评价各组肿瘤生长和肺转移情况;并用免疫印迹法测定肿瘤原位灶和转移灶MMP-2/9,TIMP-1/2的表达水平.结果:50 ~200 mg·kg-1HBG呈剂量依赖性抑制乳腺癌生长和肺转移;下调MMP-2和MMP-9的表达;上调TIMP-1和TIMP-2表达.结论:筋骨草提取物通过调节乳腺癌细胞MMPs和TIMPs的表达而发挥抗乳腺癌及其转移的作用.  相似文献

The wound healing effect of the aqueous extracts of Inula viscosa, Ajuga chia, Rubia taenifolia and Parieteria diffusa, and the oil of Laurus nobilis, dispersed in water, were examined. The 10% (w/w) Pluronic F127 (PF127) was added to the applied preparations, in order to modify the aqueous extracts viscosity, and to stabilize the oil dispersion. A full thickness wound was made in the dorsal area of the mice. The wounds were treated with the different preparations with 12h intervals for four times in two successive days. For 16 days, the wounds were visually observed, photographically documented and the wound area was measured. After day 16, the animals were sacrificed and the histology of the wound area was examined. The best wound healing activity was observed with the extract of Inula viscosa, followed by Parieteria diffusa, Laurus nobilis, Ajuga chia and the least active extract was that of Rubia taenifolia.  相似文献

Five new iridoid glycosides characterised as 6-keto-8-acetylharpagide (1), 6,7-dehydro-8-acetylharpagide (2), 7,8-dehydroharpagide (3), 8-acetylharpagide-6-O-β-glucoside (4), harpagide-6-O-β-glucoside (5) together with three flavonol glycosides, myricetin 3-O-rutinoside-4′-O-rutinoside (6), myricetin 3-O-rutinoside-3′-O-rutinoside (7) and isorhamnetin 3-O-rutinoside-7-O-rutinoside-4′-O-β-glucoside (8) have been isolated from the aerial parts of Ajuga remota. Also isolated were two known compounds ajugarin IV and ajugarin V. Their structures were established using spectroscopic methods including UV, IR, FAB-MS, HR-MS, 1D and 2D NMR techniques.  相似文献

目的研究筋骨草中总环烯醚萜苷提取过程的动力学机制。方法采用比色法,测定不同提取温度条件下筋骨草水提液中总环烯醚萜苷的含量。以Fick扩散定律为基础,建立其提取过程的动力学方程,并由此推算出提取的速率常数、活化能、半衰期等动力学函数值。结果所得的动力学模型能较好地描述筋骨草中总环烯醚萜苷提取的动态过程,其表观活化能为45.18 kJ.mol 1。结论筋骨草中总环烯醚萜苷提取过程的动力学符合一级动力学方程特征。  相似文献

Objectives The aim of this study was to determine the effects of Ajuga iva aqueous extract on lecithin : cholesterol acyltransferase (LCAT) activity and amount and composition of high‐density lipoprotein (HDL)2 and (HDL)3, in streptozotocin (STZ)‐induced diabetic rats. Methods Diabetes was induced in male Wistar rats by intraperitoneal injection of STZ (60 mg/kg body weight). Diabetic rats (n = 12) were divided into two groups. The diabetic control group (D) received a 20% casein diet and the diabetic treated group received the same diet supplemented with A. iva aqueous extract (0.5 g/100 g diet) (DAi), for 4 weeks. Key findings Total cholesterol and HDL3‐C were respectively decreased by 32% and 55% in the DAi group compared with the D group, whereas HDL2‐C was increased by 30%. The amounts of HDL2 and HDL3, which were the sum of apolipoproteins, unesterified cholesterol (UC), cholesteryl esters (CEs), triacylglycerols (TGs) and phospholipids (PLs), showed no significant difference. A. iva treatment increased LCAT by 33% and its cofactor‐activator, apolipoprotein A‐I, by 58%. HDL3‐PL (enzyme substrate) and HDL3‐UC (acyl group acceptor) were respectively decreased by 70% and 57%, whereas HDL2‐CE (product of LCAT reaction) was enhanced by 30%. Conclusions In STZ‐induced diabetic rats, A. iva improves reverse cholesterol transport by enhancing LCAT activity, leading to anti‐atherogenic effects.  相似文献

Objective

To evaluate the antiarthritic activity of Ajuga bracteosa using albino rats.

Methods

The antiarthritic activity of 70% ethanolic extract of Ajuga bracteosa (EEAB) was evaluated against turpentine oil- and formaldehyde- induced acute non immunological and complete freund''s adjuvant (CFA)-induced chronic immunological arthritis in albino rats.

Results

EEAB showed a significant (P<0.05) and dose dependent inhibitory effect against acute and chronic models of arthritis. EEAB exhibited better antiarthritic activity than the standard aspirin.

Conclusions

EEAB exhibits a significant and promising antiarthritic activity against acute and chronic arthritis and supports the traditional use of Ajuga bracteosa for rheumatism and other inflammatory diseases.  相似文献

Sixty organic and aqueous extracts of eleven plants used for the control of malaria by local communities in Kisii District, Kenya were screened for in vitro anti-plasmodial activity. The plants selection was based on existing ethnobotanical information and interviews with local communities. The extracts were tested against chloroquine sensitive and resistant laboratory adapted strains of Plasmodium falciparum. The study revealed that 63.6% of the plants were active (IC50 < or = 100 microg/mL). Extracts of four plants, Ekebergia capensis, Stephania abyssinica, Ajuga remota and Clerodendrum myricoides gave IC50 values below 30 microg/mL against both chloroquine sensitive and resistant P. falciparum strains. Combination of extracts of E. capensis and C. myricoides with chloroquine against the multi-drug resistant P. falciparum isolate (V1/S) revealed synergistic effect. The plants which showed activity may be useful as sources for novel anti-plasmodial compounds.  相似文献
