阴茎皮肤血供来源的研究

通过对8例男性尸体阴茎皮肤血供的灌注解剖，作者发现阴茎皮肤和包皮的血液供应来源于阴部外动脉的分支阴茎浅动脉，阴茎浅动脉在阴茎于根部又分为背外侧支与厦外侧支，位于肉膜层内，呈轴型走向冠状沟，其伴行静脉回流至大隐静脉，阴茎深空动脉在阴茎干没有分支到阴茎皮肤，上述发现为临床上应用阴茎皮肤岛状瓣治疗尿道下裂提供了解剖学基础。

阴茎海绵体内注射血管活性药物排除血管性阳萎的应用

对６７０例阳萎患者采用不同血管活性药物及不同剂量进行阴茎海绵体内注射（ＩＣＩ）以排除血管性阳萎，结果９１．５％的非血管性和阳萎患者在应用罂粟碱３０ｍｇ加酚妥拉明１ｍｇ后可获充分勃起，还有２．０％的患者在罂粟碱加至６０ｍｇ时方获充分勃起；而对罂粟碱注射反应不佳的非血管性阳萎患者注射前列腺素Ｅ１（ＰＧＥ１）２５μｇ后，有０．９％的患者获充分勃起，当ＰＧＥ１加至５０μｇ时又有０．２％的患者获得勃起，提示     

改良胫骨粗隆下截骨延长术治疗儿麻后遗症下股短缩畸形175例报告

本文报告经改良的胫骨粗隆下截骨延长术治疗儿麻后遗症下肢短缩畸形175例。通过1～5年随访,改良的术式取得手术优良率达96％的确切疗效,具有并发症少,经济简便的优点。不适为治疗儿麻后遗症下肢短缩畸形的较好方法之一。     

年轻宫颈癌根治术时行卵巢移位及阴道延长术8例

早期宫颈癌生存率较高,为了使患者治疗后能高质量生活,近几年国内外学者提倡年轻患者作根治术的同时行卵巢移位术,我科还加作阴道延长术(国内很少报道),这样,既避免因雌激素缺乏导致一系列临床更年期症状,又使患者夫妻生活不受影响。为此我们自1993年1月至1995年5月对8例年轻早期子宫颈癌患者作根治术同时行卵巢移位术及阴道延长术,效果满意,报告如下:     

Extracorporeal shockwave therapy for Peyronie＇s disease： an alternative treatment？

Aim： To determine retrospectively the safety and efficacy of extracorporeal shock wave therapy （ESWT） in patients with Peyronie＇s disease. Methods： Fifty-three patients with stable Peyronie＇s disease underwent ESWT （group 1）. Fifteen patients matched with the baseline characteristic of the patients in group 1, who received no treatment, were used as the control （group 2）. The patients＇ erectile function （International Index of Erectile Function [IIEF-5] score）, pain severity （visual analog scale）, plaque size and degree of penile angulation were assessed before and after the treatment in group 1 and during the follow-up in group 2. Results： The mean follow-up time was 32 months （range： 6-64 months） in group 1 and 35 months （range： 9-48 months） in group 2. All the patients were available for the follow-up. Considering erectile function and plaque size, no significant changes （P 〉 0.05） were observed in group 1 before or after the ESWT. A total of 39 patients （74%） reported a significant effect in pain relief in group 1 after ESWT. However, regarding improvement in pain, IIEF-5 score and plaque size, no significant differences were observed between the two groups. In 21 patients （40%） of group 1, the deviation angle was decreased more than 10° with a mean reduction in all patients of 11° （range： 6-20°）. No serious complications were noted considering ESWT procedure. Conclusion： ESWT is a minimally invasive and safe alternative procedure for the treatment of Peyronie＇s disease. However, the effect of ESWT on penile pain, sexual function and plaque size remains questionable.     

Repair of necrosis and defects of penile skin with autologous free skin flap

We described a 27-year-old case of avulsion and traumatic degloving of penile with extensive penis skin necrosis.Under general anesthesia,donor skin was partially resected from lower limbs according to defect area of penile skin.Then shear the shape of graft was sheared,sutured to hostage skin defect and enswathed with tension.The posto-perative appearance and function of the penis were satisfactory.It is suggest the homologous free skin flap fromlower limbs is suitable for penile skin repair and beneficial to patient resulting in satisfactory erection and shape.(Asian J Androl 2006 Nov;8:741-744)
