重油和沥青中饱和碳的定量估计

建立了较完整的估计重油和沥青中饱和碳浓度数方法，其中包括环烷桥头碳、环烷甲基取代碳、环烷烷基（≥Ｃ２）取代碳等。基于理论分析，建立了估计环间的桥链和各种平均结构参数的方法，包括平均芳环环核数和环烷环环核数、芳环和环烷环烷工取代度、单元片上芳环和环烷环数。从实验数据出发，提出了烷基链长分布的公式。     

Vasopressin stimulation of NaCl transport in the medullary thick ascending limb of Henle's loop is decreased in aging mice

The maximal urinary osmolality that can be reached by the kidney is reduced with age. This may be due to impaired NaCl transport by the medullary thick ascending limb of Henle's loop, which is part of the renal concentrating mechanism and is modulated by antidiuretic hormone (ADH). We therefore tested in vitro a possible age-related change in the transport capacity and in the response of this nephron segment to ADH in young (1–2 months) and old (20–24 months) mice. The transepithelial potential difference (V _te) was significantly higher in young mice (+8.5±0.4 mV, n=13) than in old ones (+6.6±0.5 mV, n=17). Addition of 0.1 nmol.l^–1 ADH to the bath solution significantly increased V _te by 5.2±0.5 mV in the young and by 3.1±0.6 mV in the old animals. Application of dibutyryl-cAMP (0.1 mmol.1^–1) did not further increase the hormonal response in both groups. The ADH-mediated increase in the corresponding equivalent short-circuit current (I _SC = V _te/R_te) was twice as great in young mice as in old, indicating that the stimulation of NaCl transport by ADH across the medullary thick ascending limb is significantly reduced with age. These results suggest that the previously reported age-related defect in the urinary concentrating ability of the kidney is partly due to a decreased response of the medullary thick ascending limb to ADH.     

Insulin dependent diabetes in children

We present our experience with twenty children with insulin dependent diabetes mellitus admitted during the past 2 1/2 years. Sixteen patients were admited with acute onset of ketoacidosis while four were having gradual onset. Active and symptomatic treatment was started in all diabetic ketoacidotic patients. One patient died during the acute stage. Eleven patients were followed for 3–6 months or more. Glycosylated hemoglobin was considered as a criteria for control. Three had good control, two fair and six poor control; six developed diabetic ketoacidosis and three developed hypoglycemia

科室调整时"军卫一号"的数据转换

科室调整时。病人要随之分配到新的科室，病人的各种医疗数据要转换为新科室的数据。利用结构化查询语言，根据病人的调整情况，实施数据调整。这种数据转换方法，不但适用于新、老药品结构的“军卫一号”，而且其基本原理也适用于科室分开而护理单元不分开的情况。     

嘉兴外来人员生活环境与肠道传染病相关知信行现况调查分析

目的了解城郊结合部外来人员聚集地生活环境现况和霍乱等肠道传染病健康知信行情况,进一步明确肠道传染病防治健康教育与健康促进工作的重点开展方向。方法采用随机抽样的方法,运用统一设计的调查问卷对嘉兴市5县2区城郊结合部等外来人员聚集地进行流行病学调查。结果93.06%的调查对象以租房为主,90.61%的生活用水来源于自来水,9.25%用井水;78.61%的人知道霍乱传播途径,21.53%的人知道霍乱主要临床症状,28.03%的人知道肠道传染病全部预防措施;77.31%的知识来源于电视,其他顺位依次为书刊、广播、家人或朋友处;希望获得宣传资料形式:传单占46.68%,墙报占31.21%。结论外来人员租房人数居多,有部分人使用井水;肠道传染病相关知识了解的较少。应采取多部门齐抓共管来改善外来人员聚集地的生活环境,因地制宜地对外来人员开展有针对性的预防肠道传染病健康教育。     

Effects of zymosan-activated plasma and phorbol myristate acetate on isolated, perfused rabbit lungs

The effects of complement activation on pulmonary vascular permeability are disputed. In rabbit lungs perfused with autologous blood, zymosan activated plasma (ZAP) induced a moderate increase in pulmonary vascular resistance (PVR), but did not detectably change the vascular permeability within 2 h. The stronger neutrophil granulocyte (PMN) activator, phorbol myristate acetate (PMA), usually gave larger PVR increases and also increased pulmonary vascular permeability. Lungs from neutropenic animals, similarly perfused and given PMA, showed unchanged PVR reactions but had no apparent increase in vascular permeability. Lungs perfused with cell-free medium and given PMA displayed modest PVR increases, and no measurable permeability change. The lung preparatory procedure itself markedly influenced leukocyte circulation. Exsanguination of lung donors decreased the concentration of circulating PMN significantly, and they virtually disappeared from the perfusate within minutes after start of lung perfusion. PMN-mediated effects must therefore have been caused by cells already sequestered in the lungs. We conclude that ZAP does not induce an increased pulmonary vascular permeability in isolated, perfused rabbit lungs, in contrast to PMA. The permeability effects of PMA appear to be PMN dependent.     

Identification of human chorionic gonadotropin (HCG) secreting cells and other cell types using antibody to HCG and a new monoclonal antibody (mABlu-5) in cultures of human placental villi

Summary We have identified cells which secrete human chorionic gonadotropin (HCG) of cultures if first trimester placental villi. As a first step, we identified epithelial cells using a new monoclonal antibody. We then added HCG antibodies to the cultured cells. We found that syncytiotrophoblast (and not cytotrophoblast), Hofbauer cells and some mesenchymal cells stained with HCG antibodies.
