目的对比多曲方丝弓(MEAW)技术矫治骨性Ⅲ类错畸形前后患者X线片变化,探讨MEAW技术矫治骨性Ⅲ类错畸形的机制。方法选用骨性Ⅲ类错畸形患者15例采用0.56mm×0.64mm的直丝弓托槽系统治疗。测量矫治前、后患者的定位X线头颅侧位片并进行比较。结果由于下后牙的远中直立,L6/MP,L7/MP平均增加了7.2°和7.6°,OP-FH平均减少4.23°,OP-MP平均增加5.64°。结论MEAW技术矫治骨性Ⅲ类错畸形主要通过下后牙的远中竖直,以及平面的改变来完成,而矫治前后骨组织及软组织的变化有限。 相似文献

目的:探讨在牙列缺损伴牙颌畸形中应用正畸联合修复疗法的疗效。方法:选择2012年1月~2014年3月我院收治的78例牙列缺损伴牙颌畸形的患者作为观察对象,并将其随机分为治疗组和对照组,各39例,其中对照组仅施以修复治疗法,治疗组采用正畸联合修复疗法进行治疗,观察患者的恢复情况及患者对治疗的满意度。结果:治疗组总有效率为100.0%,39例均取得了良好的治疗效果,明显高于对照组的94.8%,差异具有统计学意义(P=0.0240.05),而且治疗组中的显效例数显著高于对照组(P=0.001),具有统计学差异;由于治疗组是做了正畸和修复两个治疗,因此在恢复时间上明显比对照组长(P=0.0260.05);治疗组患者的满意度为97.4%,高于对照组的84.6%,且差异均具有显著性(P=0.0480.05)。结论:正畸联合修复治疗牙列缺损伴牙颌畸形的临床应用效果显著,是治疗牙列缺损伴牙颌畸形的较理想方案,值得临床推广应用。 相似文献

Class III malocclusion is a common dentofacial deformity. The underlying genetic alteration is largely unclear. In this study, we sought to determine the genetic etiology for Class III malocclusion. A four‐generation pedigree of Class III malocclusion was recruited for exome sequencing analyses. The likely causative gene was verified via Sanger sequencing in an additional 90 unrelated sporadic Class III malocclusion patients. We identified a rare heterozygous variant in endoplasmic reticulum lectin 1 (ERLEC1; NM_015701.4(ERLEC1_v001):c.1237C>T, p.(His413Tyr), designated as ERLEC1‐m in this article) that cosegregated with the deformity in pedigree members and three additional rare missense heterozygous variants (c.419C>G, p.(Thr140Ser), c.419C>T, p.(Thr140Ile), and c.1448A>G, p.(Asn483Ser)) in 3 of 90 unrelated sporadic subjects. Our results showed that ERLEC1 is highly expressed in mouse jaw osteoblasts and inhibits osteoblast proliferation. ERLEC1‐m significantly enhanced this inhibitory effect of osteoblast proliferation. Our results also showed that the proper level of ERLEC1 expression is crucial for proper osteogenic differentiation. The ERLEC1 variant identified in this study is likely a causal mutation of Class III malocclusion. Our study reveals the genetic basis of Class III malocclusion and provides insights into the novel target for clinical management of Class III malocclusion, in addition to orthodontic treatment and orthodontic surgery. 相似文献

Objective: To assess the net dentofacial effects of the fixed lingual mandibular growth modificator (FLMGM).Materials and Methods:The study sample comprised 38 patients with Class II/1 malocclusion and retrognathic mandible. All were in the pubertal growth spurt. Whereas FLMGM was applied to the treatment group (n = 21, mean age = 13.2 years), no treatment was performed on the control group (n = 17, mean age = 12.5 years). Skeletal and dentoalveolar changes were assessed on digital lateral cephalograms obtained at the beginning and end of the treatment/observation period of 8 months. Paired and independent t-tests were used to assess the differences within and between groups.Results:Maxillary growth was not affected by FLMGM treatment, which resulted in a significant overjet reduction of 4.1 mm, an increase in total mandibular length (Co-Gn) of 2.3 mm, chin advancement of 1.6°, and upper incisor retroclination of 4.0°. A reduction of 2.4° in ANB was largely due to an increase of 1.8° in SNB. Favorably, the lower incisors were obviously retroclined by 4.5°. The changes in the vertical skeletal relationships were negligible.Conclusion:FLMGM was effective in treating growing Class II/1 patients and produced favorable dentofacial effects, with the matched untreated sample showing minimal changes. Objective: To propose a better statistical method of predicting postsurgery soft tissue response in Class II patients.Materials and Methods:The subjects comprise 80 patients who had undergone surgical correction of severe Class II malocclusions. Using 228 predictor and 64 soft tissue response variables, we applied two multivariate methods of forming prediction equations, the conventional ordinary least squares (OLS) method and the partial least squares (PLS) method. After fitting the equation, the bias and a mean absolute prediction error were calculated. To evaluate the predictive performance of the prediction equations, a leave-one-out cross-validation method was used.Results:The multivariate PLS method provided a significantly more accurate prediction than the conventional OLS method.Conclusion:The multivariate PLS method was more satisfactory than the OLS method in accurately predicting the soft tissue profile change after surgical correction of severe Class II malocclusions. 相似文献

目的:评价钟摆矫治器联合颊侧推簧远移磨牙的疗效.方法:选择40例牙性安氏Ⅱ类错(牙合)畸形的患者,随机均分为两组:钟摆矫治器联合颊侧推簧远移磨牙组(组1)和头帽口外弓远移磨牙组(组2),在治疗开始前(T0)和远移磨牙完成时(T1)分别拍摄侧位头影定位片进行头影测量,t检验分析组内和组间的差异.结果:组1和组2远移磨牙的平均距离分别是(4.48±1.63) mm、(2.68±1.71) mm;组1和组2磨牙远中倾斜的平均角度分别是5.46°±3.23°、1.02°±2.16°;组1上颌中切牙未发生明显的唇倾和唇向移位,而组2上颌中切牙发生了较为明显的腭侧移位.结论:钟摆矫治器联合颊侧推簧远移磨牙可有效防止前牙支抗的丧失、控制磨牙的近中颊侧旋转. 相似文献
