We have summarized the past efforts and results of objective measurement methods for conjunctival hyperemia classification. Severity classification using conjunctival blood vessel occupancy rate, ocular surface temperature analysis, and artificial intelligence have been reported to be clinically useful, as they have been found to correlate with the severity of conjunctival hyperemia by doctors. The AI method using slit lamp microscope images, whose main purpose is to be widely used in daily clinical practice, can be spread all over the world. As a result, it may lay the foundation for clinical research using large amounts of clinical data collected on the same basis without human bias. 相似文献

目的:肌筋膜疼痛综合征扳机点是引起疼痛的重要病因,也是临床疼痛治疗的主要部位,目前对扳机点的定位尚缺乏客观的方法。本研究拟应用红外热图和3.0T磁共振成像技术对扳机点进行定位并探讨其价值.方法:选择70例肌筋膜疼痛综合征病人的扳机点,先用指诊触摸法对扳机点进行初步定位,然后用红外熟图对其进行测试,同时与扳机点的周围点以及躯体对侧相应点进行比较,10例肌筋膜疼痛综合征病人扳机点应用3.0T磁共振成像进行定位研究。结果:①140个扳机点的体表温度明显高于周围点和对侧点,差异非常显着(P分别〈0.01和0.05),温度升高范围在0.5—2.2℃之间,平均1.3±0.4℃;②治疗后,扳机点体表温度较治疗前明显降低(P〈0.05);③140个“扳机点”中有113个点显示为“热”点,阳性显示率为80.1%;④部分指诊未能探查出的扳机点,经红外热图检测同样显示为“热点”,⑤10例病人的磁共振成像未发现有明显的扳机点影像学变化。结论:红外热图对扳机点具有客观的辅助定位价值。3.0T磁共振成像技术对扳机点的定位没有诊断价值。 相似文献

The research focuses on the use of recycled aggregate (RA), from waste pieces generated during production in precast plants for self-compacting concrete (SCC) manufactured with a double sustainable goal: recycle manufacturing waste (consumption) and improvement of the thermal properties of the manufactured product (energy efficiency). For this purpose, a mechanical study to ensure technical feasibility of the concrete obtained has been conducted, as well as a thermal analysis of recycled SCC specimens of 50 N/mm2 resistance, with different RA doses (0%, 20%, 50% and 100%). The main parameters that characterize a SCC in both states, fresh (slump-flow) and hard (compressive strength), have been tested; also, a qualitative analysis of the thermal conductivity using infrared thermography (IRT) and quantitative analysis with heat flow meter at three temperatures 20 °C, 25 °C and 30 °C have been performed. The results suggest the existence of two different thermal behaviors: concretes with 0% and 20% of RA, and on the other hand concretes with 50% and 100% of RA. It has also demonstrated the validity of the IRT as sampling technique in estimating the thermal behavior of materials having reduced range of variation in parameters. 相似文献

The main goal of non-destructive testing is the detection of defects early enough to avoid catastrophic failure with particular interest for the inspection of aerospace structures; under this aspect, all methods for fast and reliable inspection deserve special attention. In this sense, active thermography for non-destructive testing enables contactless, fast, remote, and not expensive control of materials and structures. Furthermore, different works have confirmed the potentials of lock-in thermography as a flexible technique for its peculiarity to be performed by means of a low-cost set-up. In this work, a new approach called the multi-frequency via software approach (MFS), based on the superimposition via software of two square waves with two different main excitation frequencies, has been used to inspect a sample in carbon fiber reinforced polymers (CFRP) material with imposed defects of different materials, sizes and depths, by means of lock-in thermography. The advantages and disadvantages of the multi-frequency approach have been highlighted by comparing quantitatively the MFS with the traditional excitation methods (sine and square waves). 相似文献
