证素与证候要素的共性、区别和联系

证素与证候要素,是近几年研究的热点,它们源于同一理论、同一标准,但绝非同一概念。二者在基本定义、病证结合、应证组合三方面存在一定分歧,我们称其为"一源三岐"。中医学是相对保守的学科,极少有新理论、新观点萌发,新事物出现必然带来学科分化、交叉、争鸣和融合,二者关系到中医诊断学未来发展的动向,有必要将二者进行对比,加以阐释其中的共性、区别和联系。     

基于网络的PBL教学法在诊断学实践技能教学中的应用研究

目的：探讨基于网络PBL教学方法在诊断学实践技能教学中应用效果。方法：对实验组和对照组分别采用基于网络的PBL教学方法和传统教学法,结合理论和实践技能考试,对教学效果评估。结果：两组的理论课考试成绩相比无显著差异,实验组学生的实践技能考试成绩和总成绩均优于对照组。结论：基于网络的PBL教学法可提高学生的考试成绩,有助于提高诊断学教学质量。     

浅谈《中医诊断学》案例版教材的编写

《中医诊断学》案例版教材是普通高等教育“十一五”国家级规划教材,它的编写是在中医诊断学案例教学的基础上所进行的创新和尝试,是以启发式教学为总的指导思想,以临床辨证思维能力培养为宗旨。本教材突破了传统教材的编写体例和书写格式,使传统教材中的中医诊断学理论知识在案例中得到了阐述和深化,通过案例训练了学生的辨证思维能力和临证应变能力。     

应用多媒体模拟人提高诊断学教学效果

诊断学是基础向临床过渡的重要桥梁课程,而诊断学教学存在很多难以解决的问题如：临床教学资源缺乏。广泛应用多媒体模拟人,在一定的程度上解决了教学资源困乏并且提供了学生反复练习的机会,很大程度上提高了诊断学的教学质量和教学效果。

文章从在《中医诊断学》教学中培养医学生诊断逻辑思维能力是医学科学教育发展的必然要求和潮流所向、有助于医学生诊断思维的纯化、有助于总结临床发观以使之上升为理论、有助于中医教学和传授4个方面探讨了其必要性及其意义,并指出如何在《中医诊断学》教学中培养医学生诊断逻辑思维能力,最后提出了建立《中医诊断逻辑学》的设想。     

Production of influenza pseudotyped lentiviral particles and their use in influenza research and diagnosis: an update

Pseudotyped viral particles are being used as safe surrogates to mimic the structure and surface of many viruses, including highly pathogenic viruses such as avian influenza H5N1, to investigate biological functions mediated by the envelope proteins derived from these viruses. The first part of this article evaluates and discusses the differences in the production and characterization of influenza pseudoparticles. The second part focuses on the applications that such a flexible tool can provide in modern influenza research, in particular in the fields of drug discovery, molecular biology and diagnosis.     

Snowboarding injuries: a review of the literature and an analysis of the potential use of portable ultrasound for mountainside diagnostics

Snowboarding has become a popular recreational and professional sport. Participants suffer a variety of injuries, especially of the extremities, that require medical evaluation. This article reviews the reported injuries to both leisure and elite athletes. To many, an injured extremity requires travel to a medical facility for accurate evaluation. Musculoskeletal ultrasound is an accurate and portable technology that can be used for real time, mountainside diagnoses of these injuries.     

Accordance and concordance of PCR and NASBA followed by oligochromatography for the molecular diagnosis of Trypanosoma brucei and Leishmania

Objective To evaluate the repeatability and reproducibility of four simplified molecular assays for the diagnosis of Trypanosoma brucei spp. or Leishmania ssp. in a multicentre ring trial with seven participating laboratories. Methods The tests are based on PCR or NASBA amplification of the parasites nucleic acids followed by rapid read‐out by oligochromatographic dipstick (PCR‐OC and NASBA‐OC). Results On purified nucleic acid specimens, the repeatability and reproducibility of the tests were Tryp‐PRC‐OC, 91.7% and 95.5%; Tryp‐NASBA‐OC, 95.8% and 100%; Leish‐PCR‐OC, 95.9% and 98.1%; Leish‐NASBA‐OC, 92.3% and 98.2%. On blood specimens spiked with parasites, the repeatability and reproducibility of the tests were Tryp‐PRC‐OC, 78.4% and 86.6%; Tryp‐NASBA‐OC, 81.5% and 89.0%; Leish‐PCR‐OC, 87.1% and 91.7%; Leish‐NASBA‐OC, 74.8% and 86.2%. Conclusion As repeatability and reproducibility of the tests were satisfactory, further phase II and III evaluations in clinical and population specimens from disease endemic countries are justified.

执业医师资格考试制度的实施对提高医师队伍的素质起着重要作用。本文针对近年来执业医师技能考试中发现的问题,探讨了提高医学生临床技能的方法和途径。
