彩超引导介入治疗腘窝囊肿23例

目的探讨彩超引导下腘窝囊肿介入治疗的价值。方法在彩超引导下穿刺囊肿并抽尽囊液，生理盐水反复冲洗囊腔后注入无水乙醇，5min后抽出，反复2～3次。结果23例中22例穿刺一次治愈，1例穿刺2次治愈。23例随访6个月，无复发。结论彩超引导下介入治疗腘窝囊肿操作简便，创伤轻微，安全可靠，效果显著，可重复操作。     

Primary hydatid cyst of the breast: A case report

We describe herein the rare case of a hydatid cyst found in the breast of a 26-year-old woman. Clinically, the mass was at first suspected of being a fibroadenoma, but fine needle aspiration cytology (FNAC) yielded clear fluid only. Histopathologic examination of the resected speciman confirmed that it was a hydatid cyst.     

LONG-TERM EXPERIENCE WITH SCLEROTHERAPY FOR TREATMENT OF EPIDIDYMAL CYST AND HYDROCELE

Background: Symptomatic testicular hydrocele and cyst of the epididymis may be treated with either operation or sclerotherapy. Methods: The current report presents the experience of a 9 year prospective study using sodium tetradecyl sulphate (STD) sclerotherapy for the treatment of symptomatic hydrocele and/or epididymal cyst. Results: A total of 102 lesions were treated during the study period, with an initial success rate of 76% which improved to 94% with multiple treatments. The overall median follow up during the study was 30 months (range 2–100). Conclusions: Sclerotherapy offers a cost-effective outpatient method for the treatment of symptomatic scrotal cysts.     

CT导引下肝肾囊肿抽吸硬化治疗

目的：总结CT导引下肝肾囊肿穿刺抽吸硬化治疗的疗效和操作经验。材料和方法：肝囊肿11，肾囊肿15例，多囊肾1例，囊肿大小为3．5－12cm，均用15cm长20GGreene针穿刺治疗，抽出囊液量为21－550ml，囊液抽净后注入99．7％的无水酒精。结果：治疗后症状均有明显好转或消失，本组随访肝囊肿7例、肾囊肿11例，疗效指数I级1例（多囊肾），Ⅱ级肝肾囊肿各2例，Ⅲ级肝囊肿5例肾囊肿8例。穿刺操作顺利，无严重并发症发生。结论：CT导引下肝肾囊肿抽吸硬化治疗操作简便、创伤小、疗效高可作为替代外科手术的有效的治疗方法，多囊肾的单纯抽吸治疗可明显减轻症状，改善肾功能，是一种较好的治疗手段。     

Clinical analysis of congenital bile duct dilatation: Experience with 160 patients over a 7-year period

From July 1989, to June 1996, 160 patients with congenital bile duct dilatation (CBD) were treated at our institution. The incidence of CBD at our institution has increased annually. In approximately 90% of patients with CBD there was associated anomalous arrangement of the pancreaticobiliary ductal system, and we concluded that this was one of the main causes of CBD. Pediatric endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography was first introduced to China in 1989, and has been successfully performed in 90.2% of 92 patients at our institution. We found that age at diagnosis was closely related to the subtype, complications, and mortality of CBD. The subtype also correlated with the presenting symptoms. One hundred and forty-seven of the 160 patients underwent surgery. Of these 147 patients, 136 (92.5%) were cured with normal liver function and 9 (6.1%) improved with liver impairment. Two patients died, one of postoperative pneumonia and one of liver failure. We conclude that early radical surgery and careful postoperative follow-up are essential in the prevention of CBD complications such as cholangitis, pancreatitis, biliary stones, and development of carcinoma. Orbital Hydatid Cyst: CT and MRI

Orbital hydatid cyst is rare. We present a case with CT and MRI, emphasizing the superiority of the latter. Received: 19 August 1996 Accepted: 9 September 1996     

Molluscum contagiosum occurring in an epidermal cyst--report of 3 cases.

We present three unusual cases of molluscum contagiosum occurring in epidermal cysts. All of them are asymptomatic, elevated, oval nodules diagnosed clinically as epidermal inclusion cyst or prurigo nodularis. Histology showed true epidermal cysts containing molluscum bodies throughout the cyst wall and some type of laminated material within the cyst itself. The lesion, in all three cases developed in the pubic area of young adult men.     

泌尿生殖系罕见病3例报告并文献复习

目的：探讨泌尿男生殖系罕见病的诊断与治疗方法。方法：回顾性分析3例精阜纤维上皮性息肉、先天性膀胱颈挛缩以及阴囊皮样囊肿患者的临床资料，术前采用排尿性膀胱尿道造影、膀胱尿道镜、尿动力学检查诊断；手术采用经尿道电切、钦激光内切开以及开放手术。结果：3例患者均于术前获得正确诊断，经手术治疗均得到满意疗效。结论：提高泌尿外科医生对罕见病的诊断及治疗水平十分重要。
