为了探讨深Ⅱ度烫伤的愈合机理,采用80℃6s和15s水烫SD大鼠皮肤制备致深⒓度烫伤的动物模型,定期光镜观察创面自然愈合的情况。结果表明6s烫伤组的局部微循环障碍程度较轻,烫后7d真皮深部残留毛囊上皮增生并覆盖创面,烫后14d创面已基本愈合。15s伤组的局部微循环障碍明显,烫后7d创面进行性加深,由深Ⅱ度向Ⅲ度度为,烫后14d痂下脓肿形成,创面未能愈合。结果提示,微循环障碍程度与致伤时间密切相关, 相似文献

Acute or chronic wounds are one of the most common health problems worldwide and medicinal drugs or traditional remedies are often used in wound healing. Further studies regarding wound treatment are rapidly continuing. Vitexin is a phenolic compound, which is found in many medicinal plants, has different pharmacological effects such as anti-inflammatory, analgesic and antioxidant. In the present study, it is aimed to investigate the wound healing effect of formulation prepared as chitosan-based gel with vitexin in vivo and in vitro. Cytotoxicity and wound healing assays were used for in vitro and excisional wound model is used for in vivo studies. Extracted tissues from wound area were histologically examined. Wound healing process was monitored on 7, 14 and 21st days. When wound construction was evaluated, chitosan-based gel formulation containing vitexin demonstrated significant effect compared to control group. Histological examinations demonstrated that skin regeneration was promoted by vitexin formulation. Significant cell proliferation was observed with vitexin/chitosan dispersion in the wound healing assay performed with NIH 3T3 and HaCaT cells. In conclusion, our test substance chitosan-based gel formulation containing vitexin significantly accelerated wound healing both in vivo and in vitro. 相似文献

目的研究弹性髓内钉对儿童四肢骨折患儿骨折愈合和并发症的影响。方法 40例儿童四肢骨折患儿,采用随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,每组20例。观察组患儿采用弹性髓内钉固定,对照组患儿采用小切口复位。比较两组患儿骨折愈合和邻近关节活动情况、手术指标、骨折愈合时间及并发症发生情况。结果观察组患儿骨折愈合优良率为100.00%、邻近关节活动优良率为100.00%,均高于对照组的60.00%、70.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=10.000、7.059, P=0.002、0.008<0.05)。观察组患儿手术时间、切口长度、住院时间和骨折愈合时间均短于对照组,出血量少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患儿并发症发生率为10.00%,低于对照组的45.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论弹性髓内钉治疗儿童四肢骨折愈合和邻近关节活动效果显著,且其手术简便、手术时间短、患儿创伤小,治疗后并发症较少,值得临床应用。 相似文献

目的探讨经皮腔内血管成形术(PTA)联合负压伤口疗法(NPWT)治疗缺血性糖尿病足溃疡的临床效果。方法64例缺血性糖尿病足溃疡患者,依据治疗方法不同分为NPWT组和PTA联合NPWT组,每组32例。NPWT组患者采用NPWT治疗,PTA联合NPWT组患者采用PTA联合NPWT治疗。比较两组治疗前后踝肱指数、伤口愈合时间、保足率。结果PTA术后足部皮肤温度升高,血液供应明显改善,足背动脉搏动增强。术后患肢CT血管造影(CTA)图像见:患肢动脉狭窄闭塞动脉开通,远端可见足背血管显影。坏死趾节截趾清创NPWT治疗后创面肉芽生长良好。植皮治疗后伤口愈合良好。治疗前,两组患者踝肱指数比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);PTA合并NPWT组患者治疗2周后踝肱指数(0.52±0.19)、保足率93.8%均高于NPWT组的(0.44±0.08)、75.0%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者创面愈合时间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论PTA联合NPWT治疗缺血性糖尿病足溃疡的疗效优于单独应用NPWT治疗,可提高保足率。 相似文献

目的探讨红元胶囊在跟骨骨折术后的应用效果及对患者局部肿胀、术后切口的影响。方法选取医院2016年5月至2018年5月接受手术的跟骨骨折患者104例,按摸球法随机分为对照组和试验组,各52例。两组患者均予跟骨骨折切开复位内固定术,并于术中松止血带前30 min静脉滴注氨甲环酸注射液,试验组患者加服红元胶囊(每日3次,每次3粒),均治疗3个月。结果试验组患者切口疗效总有效率为96.15%,显著高于对照组的73.08%(P<0.05);试验组患者的血液引流总量显著少于对照组,血液引流时间、切口干燥时间和切口愈合时间均显著短于对照组(P<0.05);与术后1 d比较,两组患者术后7 d的踝肿胀和足肿胀程度均显著减轻,且试验组显著优于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者术后治疗过程中均未出现明显不良反应。结论跟骨骨折术后应用红元胶囊可提高切口疗效,缓解局部肿胀程度,促进切口愈合。 相似文献

目的:研究水飞蓟素胶囊促进大鼠胫骨骨折愈合的效果。方法:选取健康雌性SD大鼠72只,采用开放式截骨骨折模型,造模成功后随机分3组,对照组(CK组)每日灌服蒸馏水,观察组(SIL组)给予水飞蓟素100 mg·kg-1·d-1灌胃,阳性对照组(JTG组)给予金天格0.48 g·kg-1·d-1灌胃,在术后2,4,6周各组分别处死8只大鼠,行血清生化检测碱性磷酸酶(ALP),行离体胫骨骨矿物质密度(BMD)测定。组织行HE染色观察骨折愈合的病理变化,同时拍X线行影像学评估。结果:(1)血清ALP水平:在术后2周,表现出JTG组高于SIL组,并高于CK组(JTG vs. SIL,P<0.05;SIL vs. CK,P<0.05;JTG vs. CK,P<0.01)。但在第4、第6周,3组ALP含量无明显统计学差异(P>0.05)。(2)BMD值在3个时段均显示JTG组高于CK组(P<0.05),SIL组高于CK组(P<0.05),但JTG组与SIL组无统计学差异。(3)影像学评分:术后2周和4周,JTG组、SIL组高于CK组(P<0.05),但两组间无差异,而术后6周各组之间没有显著的统计学差异。(4)HE染色:在第2,4周,骨折愈合评分JTG组高于SIL组,并高于CK组(JTG vs. SIL,P<0.05;SIL vs. CK,P<0.05;JTG vs. CK,P<0.01),而术后6周3组间无明显统计学差异。SIL组早期即出现肉芽组织纤维化过程,并在相同的时间点其软骨细胞数量多于对照组。结论:水飞蓟素在早期具有明显的促进大鼠胫骨骨折愈合作用。 相似文献

Polyurethane foam dressings for dermal wounds were formulated with natural polyols in order to improve the foam characteristics and the release of 2 active agents, silver and asiaticoside (AS) as an antimicrobial agent and an herbal wound healing agent, respectively. The foam was instantly formed by interaction of polyols and diisocyanate. Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, chitosan and sodium alginate were individually mixed with the main polyols, polypropylene glycol, in the formulation while the active components were impregnated into the obtained foam dressing sheets. Although the type and amount of the natural polyols slightly affected the pore size, water sorption-desorption profile and compression strength of the obtained foam sheets, a prominent effect was found in the release of both active components. Among natural polyols formulations, foam sheets with alginate showed the highest silver and AS release. Non-cytotoxicity of these foam sheets to human fibroblast cells was confirmed. Antimicrobial testing on four bacteria strains showed that 1 mg/cm2 silver in formulations with 6% of natural polyols and without natural polyols had sufficient content of the silver release with comparable inhibition zone and significantly larger zone than other formulations. In pig study, the foam dressing with 6% alginate, 1 mg/cm2 silver and 5% AS could improve wound healing in both the percentage of the wound closure and histological parameters of the dermal wound without any dermatologic reactions. In conclusion, this innovative foam dressing had potential to be a good candidate for wound treatment. 相似文献

目的 比较NCRP伤口生物动力学模型和ICRP 78号报告推荐的注入模式下伤口摄入超铀核素所致内照射剂量的差异,了解器官剂量的分布特性。方法 以241Am(M类,颗粒态)为例计算了上述两种不同模型模式下工作人员伤口摄入单位活度后所致人体各组织器官当量剂量和待积有效剂量,及其在部分器官(肝、骨等)和部分生物样品(尿、粪等)中的滞留/排泄分数曲线。结果 工作人员经由伤口摄入单位活度241Am所致待积有效剂量的两种模型计算结果相差约为18.5%;器官当量剂量由高到低依次为骨表面,肝和红骨髓;伤口摄入单位活度241Am后全身滞留分数较高,不易排出,在骨和肝中的滞留分数随时间推移而显著升高,而在尿、粪中的排泄分数则较低且变化较小。结论 利用现有的两种模型估算超铀核素伤口污染所致的内照射剂量尚有较大的差异,值得继续深入开展研究。 相似文献

AbstractPurpose: To evaluate the effects of topical hyaluronan (HA) on corneal epithelial wound healing when administered with or without benzalkonium chloride (BAC).Methods: A cultured human corneal epithelial cell line (HCE-T) was subjected to in vitro scratch assays and in situ epithelial migration was evaluated in organ-cultured rabbit corneas. The corneal epithelium of C57BL/6J mice was also evaluated to determine in vivo wound healing. An in vivo imaging system was also used to evaluate the effects of HA on eye drop retention on the ocular surface.Results: The findings revealed the promotion of HCE-T migration, in situ rabbit corneal epithelial migration, and in vivo wound healing in mouse corneal epithelium by HA. Pre-treatment with HA also protected against delayed epithelial wound healing in BAC in vitro. However, pre-treatment with 3?mg/mL HA did not show a protective effect against BAC in vivo, but instead delayed epithelial wound healing and increased detection of cleaved caspase-3. This suggested that HA promotes the retention of BAC on the ocular surface. The instilled HA was retained after 15?min, at a significantly higher rate than for phosphate-buffered saline.Conclusions: The combination of HA and BAC impaired wound healing in the corneal epithelium. 相似文献
