本实验采用~(45)Ca液闪技术,测定骨折后不同天数的幼年小鼠和成年小鼠在注射~(45)Ca-氯化钙后24 h,各骨段~(45)Ca沉积量,发现:1.幼年小鼠各骨段中钙的沉积量均高于成年小鼠;2.右股骨中段骨折后,骨折股骨中段的钙沉积量急剧升高;健侧股骨上、中、下三段,骨折股骨上段及左右胫骨上段的钙沉积量则逐渐下降而骨折股骨下段的骨转换增加。说明骨折部位以外的各骨段均最大限度地调动了一切可以调动的钙,以满足骨折修复的需要。 相似文献

目的:应用聚酰胺可吸收髓内针治疗实验犬胫骨骨折愈合过程的骨形态计量学分析。方法:36条杂种犬随机分为实验组与对照组。于左胫骨粗隆下3cm处横行截断胫骨,分别行可吸收髓内针和金属髓内针固定。术后1、2、4、8、12周时分别采取骨痂标本,观察其组织学变化,计算骨形态计量学参数。结果:编织骨、矿化软骨等随固定术后时间的延长,含量逐渐下降,而板层骨含量逐渐增加,12周时达高值,组织学上表现为以排列规则的板层骨为主;骨小梁体密度和平均骨小梁宽度两组一致;类骨质体密度、平均类骨质宽度、平均骨壁厚度和成骨细胞指数等,两组的测量值均接近或达到骨计量学参数的正常值。结论:可吸收髓内针固定长管状骨骨折与金属内固定比较,其骨折愈合方式和时间一致 相似文献

We investigated prolidase activity in samples derived from wound fluid as well as blister fluid. Prolidase activity was elevated in fluid samples collected from wounds over the levels in sera collected from patients with chronic wounds (P<0.05). Prolidase activity was also present in samples taken from blister diseases. However, prolidase activity in blister fluid was not higher than that in sera collected from patients with blister diseases. Our results indicate that prolidase may play a role in wound healing. 相似文献

Abstract For over 30 years now, research has been carried out to isolate and purify bone morphogenettc protein (BMP), a substance which has been shown to induce heterotopic bone formation in various animal species. Recent advances in the fields of developmental biology, molecular biology, genetics and wound healing, have shown that the BMPs are not only responsible for postfetal bone induction (including normal bone remodeling, healing and repair), but are also critical during embryogenesis, not only in regards to the skeletal system, but quite possibly in the morphogenesis and pattern formation of other tissues and organs as well, Therefore. 目的:研究重组人酸性成纤维细胞生长因子(rh-aFGF)对兔创伤的促愈合作用。方法:采用兔背部刀割伤模型,将rh-aFGF溶液隔日一次滴注于创面,用创面照像、透明膜描记称量法记录伤后第4、8、12、16天创面面积,用注水法测量伤腔容积,伤后第8、16天取创面组织,观察创面的病理学变化,包括肉芽组织生长与再上皮化情况。结果:rh-aFGF可明显加速兔皮肤创伤的愈合,使创面面积明显缩小(P<0.05),使伤腔容积明显减少(P<0.05)。组织学检查:rh-aFGF组创面伤后8天成纤维细胞生长活跃、数量多,其毛细血管胚芽与成纤维细胞数量显著多于对照组;伤后16天,创面收缩与再上皮化明显,新生上皮向创面中心爬行较快。结论:rh-aFGF对兔背部刀伤创面有明显的促修复作用。 相似文献

The healing of standardized fracture of rabbit radius was expedited as a result of treatment with low-power CO2 laser irradiation. Observation with transmission electron microscope revealed the following favorable effects of CO2 laser irradiation: The red blood cells were induced to disintegrate, thus promoting the absorption of the hematoma. The macrophages emerged early and increased in number so that debridement of the necrotic tissues was enhanced. The fibroblasts were more active in producing the fibrous callus. The chondrocytes were unusually active in forming bone tissues. The early and sustained appearance of osteoclasts favored the bone remodeling process. Increased capillary formation endowed the fracture healing with rich blood supply. Deposition of calcium salts took place early. 相似文献

- 1) The prolidase (Pd) and prolinase (Pn) activities of cultured skin fibroblasts derived from two prolidase-deficient sisters, the elder with typical clinical manifestations [symptom (+)] and the younger with only slight clinical manifestations [symptom (–)] were examined biochemically. Pd activity against several substrates other than Gly-Pro were present to some degree in both sisters. There were no detectable differences in Pd activity between the symptom (+) patient and the symptom (–) sister. Pn activity seemed to be increased in both. The lower Pn activity found against Pro-Gly as compared with those against other substrates indicates that Pro-Gly, which has been used for Pn assays in most previous reports, may not be the best substrate for this test. Pd derived from control fibroblasts was activated by Mn2+ against all substrates tested in this experiment. Cu2+, Hg2+, Cd2+ and Zn2+ remarkably inhibited enzyme activity, Co2+ slightly inhibited it, and neither Mg2+ nor Fe2+ had any remarkable effect. The Pd derived from the prolidase-deficient patients was also activated by Mn2+. This Pd seemed to be more inhibited by Co2+ than was the control. However, we found no remarkable differences between the two patients.
- 2) We also studied Pd and Pn activities in rat skin and blood during wound healing. Pd and Pn activities adjacent to the wound increased in parallel with fibroblast proliferation. Pd activity was also detected in an extract of newborn mouse epidermis.

In this paper we have analyzed several risk factors for developing nosocomial infections at a Surgical Service of the Hospital Clinico Universitario San Cecilio 2>, based on a retrospective follow-up program designed specifically for this study. Of all patients admitted to the Service from January 1 to June 17, 1987, we examined the following variables: age, sex, cause of admission, emergency or non-emergency admission, operation and related variables. The overall rate of nosocomial infections was 16.46%. The most significant risk factors we found were operation , which had a linear correlation coefficient of '0.929 (p < 0.01) with hospital infection when stratified by its lenght, advanced age ( >60 years old), especially in non-operated patients, and chemoprophylaxis. Such risk factors were ascertained taking into account the confounding effect produced by the variables studied in this survey.Corresponding author. 相似文献
