维生素C对暴露于臭氧环境中小鼠心脑脂褐质水平的影响   总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4  
小鼠24h暴露于低浓度臭氧环境中,1周后小鼠心、脑脂褐质含量(10.9±1.7、8.6±1.7μg/g)明显高于对照组小鼠心、脑脂褐质含量(8.1±1.5、6.9±1.6μg/g)(P<0.01)。而给暴露在臭氧环境中小鼠每日喂以5mg/kg维生素C后,小鼠心、脑脂褐质含量(8.3±0.8、5.2±0.7μg/g)明显低于臭氧组(P<0.01),与对照组相比较无显著性的差异(P>0.05)。  相似文献

There is an important need to develop animal models to simulate the response of humans to environmental pollutants. The rodent model has been commonly employed to predict the effects of ambient ozone on human RBCs. The use of rodent models for such a purpose is questioned. This challenge is based on the a) ability of mice to significantly enhance ascorbic acid synthesis following ozone stress, b) the ability of ascorbic acid to prevent oxidant [i.e. acetylphenylhydrazine (APH)] stress to human G-6-PD deficient RBCs and c) the lack of ability of humans to synthesize ascorbic acid.  相似文献

Summary Healthy adult male volunteer subjects were exposed to 0.15, 0.3, 0.45 and 0.5 ppm ozone (O3) with and without intermittent light exercise. The results suggest that the subject's level of exercise during exposure is considerably related to the magnitude of changes in lung function and the occurrence rate of respiratory symptoms at any given O3 concentration, and that among healthy subjects there is a considerable range of reactivity to O3 exposure. A level of 0.15 ppm O3 with intermittent light exercise produced a significant decrease of specific airway conductance in most subjects and coughing during deep inspiration in five of 15 subjects, while a level of 0.5 ppm O3 produced fewer effects when the subject did not exercise. The nonsmoker is more reactive to O3 than the smoker. The subject's level of exercise during exposure and his smoking habit are two important factors in evaluating the exposure-effect relationship of O3.  相似文献

目的:研究臭氧(O3)对家蝇的生物学效应。方法:用一定浓度的臭氧对家蝇的卵、蛹、成虫作用一定时间,分别观察其成活率及子代的翅脉变异。结果:O3对家蝇卵有致死作用;O3对蛹有一定杀伤作用,使羽化受到明显抑制,羽化时间相对延长;O3对成蝇有一定致死作用,存活的家蝇进行传代,子代F1、F2、F3均出现短翅和翅脉变异,但对于代性别无明显影响。结论:家蝇的卵、蛹、成虫分别用O3处理,产生不同程度生物学效应,可以认为O3对家蝇子代有诱变作用。  相似文献

Two groups of weanling or young adult rats were fed ad lib casein-based diets containing 4 or 16% protein. Food was restricted in a third group (fed the 16% protein diet) to the amount consumed daily by rats (adult or weanlings) fed the 4% diet. After 3 weeks (weanlings) or 1, 3 or 5 weeks (adults), one-half of the rats in each group were exposed to 0.64 ppm (1.28 mg/m3) of ozone for 7 days (23.5 h each day). Several parameters were then evaluated related to lung connective tissue metabolism including: (1) total lung hydroxyproline, (2) total lung elastin, (3) apparent rates for lung collagen synthesis and elastin accumulation and (4) lung and body weights. In general, the response to protein deficiency and food restriction was more pronounced than to ozone exposure. Protein deficiency and food restriction resulted in decreased lung size and collagen content. However, the ability of lung to respond to ozone (in relative terms) was not altered by changes in diet as assessed by changes in lung weight or the collagen synthetic rate.  相似文献

 Outbred CD-1 mice were exposed continuously to ozone (O3, 0.6 ppm) from 6 days prior to the formation of breeding pairs to the time of weaning of the offspring on postnatal day 22 (PND 22) or to PND 26. One half of the mice in each of eight O3 and eight control litters were subjected on PND 24 to a 20-min open-field test after IP treatment by either saline or scopolamine (2 mg/kg). The remaining mice (those exposed until PND 26) were subjected on PNDs 28–31 to a conditioned place preference (CPP) test, using a short schedule with a single IP injection on PND 29 of either d-amphetamine (3.3 mg/kg) or saline. Subsequently, the saline mice of the open-field experiment were used on PND 59 for an activity test in one of the CPP apparatus compartments after IP treatment by either d-amphetamine (same dose) or saline. In addition, the saline mice of the CPP experiment underwent a multi-trial, step-through passive avoidance (PA) acquisition test on PND 59 or 60, followed 24 h later by a single-trial retention test. In the absence of effects on reproductive performance (proportion of successful pregnancies, litter size, offspring viability, and sex ratio), O3 offspring showed a long-lasting reduction in body weight without modification of sex differences. Ozone effects on neurobehavioral development were not large and quite selective, including: attenuation of the sex differences in several responses (rearing and sniffing in the open-field, activity in the final CPP test session); a change in response choices in the final CPP test, in the absence of a main effect on conditioning; a reduction of grooming in the activity test on PND 29; and impairment of PA acquisition limited to the initial period of training. 目的 观察硬膜外置管注射臭氧及得保松治疗颈椎病的临床疗效.方法 采用硬膜外置管注射臭氧及药物治疗颈椎病患者130例,其中神经根型颈椎病24例、椎动脉型颈椎病34例、颈型颈椎病18例、交感型颈椎病20例、脊髓型颈椎病6例、混合型颈椎病28例,随机分成2组,A组65例颈椎硬膜外注射臭氧(浓度20 mg/L)5 ml及得保松注射液1 mg,每天1次,7 d 1个疗程;B组65例,颈椎硬膜外注射得保松注射液1 mg,每天1次,7 d 1个疗程,观察2组患者症状改善情况.结果 经治疗后两组患者症状较治疗前明显改善,A组治疗效果明显优于B组.A组与B组疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 颈椎硬膜外注射臭氧及得保松治疗能有效缓解颈椎病患者症状.
Abstract:
Objective Discusses outside the hard membrane to set at the tube injection ozone and guarantees the clinical curative effect which the pine treatment cervical vertebra gets sick. Methods The use of epidural external pipe injection of ozone and drug treatment patients with cervical spondylosis, of which 130 cases of Cervical Radiculopathy 24 cases,cervical spondylosis,34 cases of cervical spondylosis 18 cases,sympathetic ,20 cases of cervical spondylotic myelopathy in 5 patients,mixing of 28 cases of cervical spondylosis. Divides into 2 groups stochastically, A group of 65 examples: Outside the cervical vertebra hard membrane injects the ozone (density 20 mg/L) 5 ml and guarantees loose inoculation fluid 1mg,daily one time, a 7 day of treatment course; B group of 65 examples, outside the cervical vertebra hard membrane inject guarantee loose inoculation fluid 1mng,daily one time,a 7 day of treatment course,observes 2 group of patient symptom improvement situation. Results Before treating the latter two group of patient symptom to treat the distinct improvement,A group of treatment result surpasses B group obviously. A group has statistics significance with B group of curative effect comparison difference ( P < 0. 05 ). Conclusion Outside the cervical vertebra hard membrane injects the ozone and guarantees the pine treatment to be able to alleviate the cervical vertebra sickness patient symptom effectively.  相似文献

目的:探讨经皮穿刺臭氧注射治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效、可靠性、安全性、实用性。方法:120例腰椎间盘突出症患者在CT操作引导下用21G酒精针经皮穿刺到腰椎间盘内,先后在盘内、盘后注射浓度为35~50μg/ml的臭氧20~30 ml,术后按优、良、可、差4个等级对其治疗效果进行评价。结果:病例随访3个月~2年,平均12个月,其中优81例(67.5%),良24例(20%),可9例(7.5%),差6例。总有效率达到95.0%,优良率为87.5%。结论:经皮穿刺臭氧注射治疗腰椎间盘突出是一种新兴的治疗手段,它安全可靠、微创、少痛苦,医疗费用低,值得推广。  相似文献

目的:探讨经皮激光椎间盘气化减压术加臭氧溶解术联合治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效.方法:随机选取2007年2月至2008年8月在我院疼痛科住院的115例腰椎间盘突出症患者,按治疗方式随机分为经皮激光椎间盘气化减压术加臭氧溶解术联合治疗组56例和单纯臭氧(03)溶解术治疗组59例,随访12个月,比较两组治疗效果及术后并发症.结果:联合治疗组的有效率为89.3%,症状改善明显,较单纯臭氧溶解治疗组有效率71.2%相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组患者术后并发症比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论:经皮激光椎间盘气化减压术加臭氧溶解术联合治疗具有创伤小,痛苦少,安全性高,疗效更佳等特点,是微创治疗腰椎间盘突出症的有效组合方法之一.  相似文献
