目的了解传染病护理人员的心理健康状况,为护理管理和干预提供科学依据。方法采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)对首都医科大学附属北京佑安医院传染病护理人员进行调查。结果69例调查对象均为女性,年龄在35岁以下者占78.3%;学历:专科生占63.8%,本科占36.2%。症状自评量表(SCL-90)的各因子分值与国内常模相比均显著增加(P〈0.05),存在的主要心理问题有躯体化、强迫和人际关系敏感;在人际关系敏感(t=2.259,P=0.027)、偏执(t=2.556,P=0.013)和精神病性(t=2.064,P=0.043)方面,专科生的得分明显高于本科生(P〈0.05)。结论传染病护理人员的心理状况较一般人群差,其中本科生的心理健康状况在一些方面好于专科生,提高护理人员的学历水平对改善心理健康可能有所帮助。  相似文献

目的 了解绵阳市社区护理人员岗位培训需求,为卫生主管部门制定人才继续培养计划提供参考.方法 采用整群便利抽样,对参与培训的绵阳市38家社区卫生服务中心的295名社区护理人员培养需求进行问卷调查.结果 90.8%护理人员希望通过网络快速获取培训知识,68.5%建议三级医院免费提供进修名额.结论 建立区域化社区卫生护理人才培养组织,需要护理学会及卫生行政部门重视,畅通培训渠道,提供对口帮扶,并建立多元化社区护理人才培训体系.  相似文献

职业倦怠是指在以人为服务对象的职业领域中,个体的一种情感耗竭、人格解体和个人成就感降低的症状。由于护士是一种典型的以人为服务对象的职业,因此,护士是职业倦怠的高发人群,也一直是职业倦怠研究中重点关注的职业人群之一,医护人员发生职业倦怠机会高,尤其以护士更为突出,影响护士职业倦怠主要相关因素有年龄、护龄、婚姻、工作之余的家务劳动、学历、职称、劳动关系、收入、工作量、工作岗位和轮班等因素,由于护理模式向整体护理的转变,以患者为中心,护理角色职能发生质的改变,对护士提出了更高的要求,加重护士职业倦怠的发生。作者就护理职业倦怠的概念及内涵、危害、原因、职业倦怠现状及预防,同时指出干预医护人员职业倦怠的不同影响因素探索有效的方法。  相似文献

Objective

The objective was to explore the experiences and perceptions of nurses/midwives caring for women undergoing second-trimester medical termination of pregnancy (MTOP).

Study design

The study had a qualitative design using semistructured interviews. It took place in three wards at one gynecological clinic in a general hospital in Stockholm. Twenty-one nurses/midwives with experience in second-trimester abortion care were interviewed following a semistructured interview guide. The interviews were recorded, transcribed verbatim and then analyzed using qualitative content analysis to identify common themes.

Results

The analysis revealed two themes: “The professional self,” with six subthemes describing the experiences and perceptions described in terms of professional behavior, and “The personal self,” with four subthemes containing the experiences and perceptions described in terms of personal values.

Conclusions

Taking care of women undergoing second-trimester MTOP is a task that requires professional knowledge, empathy and the ability to reflect on ethical attitudes and considerations. Difficult situations that arise during the process are easier to handle with increased knowledge and experience. The feeling of supporting women's rights bridges the difficulties nurses/midwives face in caring for women undergoing second-trimester MTOP. The findings of this study support the need for training, mentoring and support by experienced colleagues to help nurses/midwives feel secure in their professional role in difficult situations and feel confident in their personal life situation.

Implications statement

Taking care of women undergoing second-trimester MTOP is a task that requires professional knowledge and empathy. Difficult situations that arise during the process are easier to handle with increased knowledge and experience. Mentorship from experienced colleagues and structured opportunities for reflection on ethical issues enable the nurses/midwives to develop security in their professional roles and also feel confident in their personal life situation. The feeling of doing something good for women's rights bridges the difficulties nurses/midwives face in caring for women undergoing second-trimester MTOP.  相似文献

BackgroundPeople experiencing homelessness have unmet healthcare needs often related to chronic health conditions and injury. Nurses are often the first and only point of contact for people experiencing homelessness accessing healthcare. However, education that prepares them to meet the needs of this vulnerable population is limited.AimTo qualitatively explore nurses’ perceptions on the skills, knowledge, and attributes required to provide healthcare to people experiencing homelessness in Australia that could underpin an educational pathway.DesignSemi-structured interviews with registered nurses and nurse practitioners.MethodsParticipants of a national survey were invited to undertake an interview. Interview data were analysed thematically and reported here in accordance with the Consolidated Criteria for Reporting Qualitative Research guidelines.FindingsThe registered nurses (n = 11) and nurse practitioners (n = 6) had varying levels of experience providing care for homeless Australians. Overarching themes that arose from the registered nurse and nurse practitioner participants included equitable access to care, knowledge around homelessness, contribution of nursing, and nurses’ role. However, nurse practitioners had a greater sense of agency and empowerment to enact care, while registered nurses perceived being underprepared and overwhelmed by the unmet needs of people experiencing homelessness.ConclusionsThe findings suggest that nursing practice holds opportunities to improve access and care provision for people experiencing homelessness. Capitalising on these opportunities requires that nurses are educationally prepared with the skills, knowledge, and attributes to meet the needs of this vulnerable population without necessarily becoming nurse practitioners. These findings will be used to underpin the development of an educational pathway for nurses to enhance their response to homeless populations.  相似文献

目的 调查军队医院护士职业延迟满足与工作满意度对离职意愿的影响.方法 应用护士一般资料调查表、职业延迟满足量表、工作满意度量表和离职倾向量表对93名军队医院在职护士进行问卷调查.结果 军队医院护士职业延迟满足、职业延迟满足特质、职业延迟满足过程为得分分别为(17.32±4.23),(7.62±2.51),(9.70±2.49)分,处于中等偏上水平;工作满意度总分、内在满意度、外在满意度得分分别为(72.02±10.96),(41.53±7.15),(30.48±4.41)分,处于低水平;离职意愿得分为(9.30±2.64)分,处于高水平.护士职业延迟满足与离职意愿呈负相关(r =-0.220,P<0.05),与工作满意度呈正相关(r=0.207,P<0.05),与外在满意度呈正相关(r=0.208,P<0.05);职业延迟满足能力与工作满意、内在满意度、外在满意度呈正相关(r分别为0.234,0.219,0.227;P<0.05);离职意愿与工作满意度、内在满意度、外在满意度呈负相关(r分别为-0.522,-0.490,-0.505;P<0.01).结论 军队医院护士职业延迟满足水平较高,工作满意度较低,离职意愿水平较高.军队医院护士职业延迟满足水平影响工作满意度及离职意愿.  相似文献

目的:探讨评判性思维在年轻护士带教中的应用效果。方法选取我院骨科的62名年轻护士随机分为观察组和对照组,每组31名。观察组的年轻护士采用评判性思维进行教学,对照组的护士采用传统方法进行教学,两组的年轻护士接受的教学时间相同。比较观察组和对照组的年轻护士的综合成绩和评判性思维能力。结果观察组的综合成绩和评判性思维的评分分别为(94.32±1.34)、(315.66±31.74)均优于对照组的(83.21±1.67)、(267.37±30.95),两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在年轻护士的带教中采用评判性思维能够提高护士的综合成绩,并且能够培养其评判性思维。  相似文献
