In this study, poly (methyl methacrylate–glycidyl methacrylate) [poly(MMA-GMA)] cryogels were prepared by radical cryocopolymerization of MMA with GMA as a functional comonomer. Reactive Green 19 dye was then attached to the cryogel by nucleophilic substitution reaction, and this dye-attached cryogel column was used for lysozyme adsorption. Characterization of the cryogel was performed by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, environmental scanning electron microscopy, Brunauer–Emmett–Teller, and energy dispersive X-ray analysis. Pore size of the cryogels was 15–30?μm and pores were interconnected structure. Attached amount of Reactive Green 19 to cryogel support was calculated as 106.25?μmol/g cryogel. Lysozyme adsorption studies were carried out by using a continuous system. It was found that the maximum amount of lysozyme adsorption (32?mg/g cryogel) obtained from experimental results was found to be approximately same with the calculated Langmuir adsorption capacity (33?mg/g cryogel). Desorption of adsorbed lysozyme was carried out by using 1.5?M NaCl in pH 4.5 acetate buffer, and desorption yield was found to be 97.4%. Cryogels were very stable, and it was found that there was no remarkable reduction in the adsorption capacity at the end of ten adsorption–desorption cycles. As a result, Reactive Green 19-attached cryogels have great advantages such as easy preparation, rapid adsorption, and desorption, being economic and allowing the direct separation of proteins.  相似文献

目的分析吲哚菁绿荧光显像在乳腺导管内乳头状瘤(breast intraductal papilloma)手术中的应用。方法选取本院2017年1~12月乳腺导管内乳头状瘤患者46例,在乳腺导管内乳头状瘤手术中对患者进行吲哚菁绿荧光显像。分析讨论吲哚菁绿荧光显像对乳腺导管内乳头状瘤检测准确性和手术成功率的影响。结果对46例乳腺导管内乳头状瘤患者进行吲哚菁绿荧光显像,所有患者均检验出乳房肿块,但在5例双侧发病患者中,仅3例患者确诊为双侧乳腺导管内乳头状瘤,其余2例患者未检查出双侧乳腺导管内乳头状瘤。而且检验过程中,显像清晰可见。并为之后的乳腺导管内乳头状瘤手术提供重要依据,增加手术完成率,本次研究手术成功率为97.83%(45/46)。结论在吲哚菁绿荧光显像下,能够精确诊断乳腺导管内乳头状瘤,并为之后乳腺导管内乳头状瘤手术做出引导,根据吲哚菁绿荧光素的SN定位,可有效观察乳腺导管内乳头状瘤发展情况,便于手术进行。  相似文献

The effect of commercially available green tea (GT) and black tea (BT) drinks on drugmetabolizing enzymes (DME) and oxidative stress in rats was investigated. Male Wistar rats were fed a laboratory chow diet and GT or BT drink for 5 weeks. Control rats received de-ionized water instead of the tea drinks. Rats received the GT and BT drinks treatment for 5 weeks showed a significant increase in hepatic microsomal cytochrome P450 (CYP) 1A1 and CYP1A2, and a significant decrease in CYP2C, CYP2E1 and CYP3A enzyme activities. Results of immunoblot analyses of enzyme protein contents showed the same trend with enzyme activity. Significant increase in UDP-glucuronosyltransferase activity and reduced glutathione content in liver and lungs were observed in rats treated with both tea drinks. A lower lipid peroxide level in lungs was observed in rats treated with GT drink. Electrophoretic mobility shift assay revealed that both tea drinks decreased pregnane X receptor binding to DNA and increased nuclear factor-erythroid 2 p45-related factor 2 binding to DNA. These results suggest that feeding of both tea drinks to rats modulated DME activities and reduced oxidative stress in liver and lungs. GT drink is more effective on reducing oxidative stress than BT drink.  相似文献

Deep eutectic solvents (DESs) were used as environmentally benign and straightforward replacements for the harmful organic solvents and transition metal-based catalysts in various organic syntheses. Here, we report a DES as a mild, biocompatible, and environmentally friendly dual solvent/catalyst for the one-pot construction of 2-amino-5-alkylidenethiazol-4-ones throw one-pot reaction of carbonyl compounds, nitrogen compounds, and rhodanine up to quantitative yields within a latent period of times. This green procedure has a more diverse and broader scope regarding starting materials and exhibits excellent conversion and high selectivity. In particular, DES displays better durability and reusability in the multicomponent reactions than traditional catalysts and solvents without distinct deterioration in catalytic activity.  相似文献

PurposeTo compare clinical, angiographic, and optical coherence tomographic characteristics between eyes with acute Vogt-Koyanagi-Harada (VKH) disease and eyes with acute bilateral central serous chorioretinopathy (CSC), and to demonstrate distinguishing features between the two diseases in confusing cases.MethodsThe medical records of 35 patients with VKH disease and 25 patients with bilateral CSC were retrospectively reviewed. Characteristics according to slit-lamp biomicroscopy, ophthalmoscopy, fundus photography, fluorescein angiography, indocyanine green angiography, and spectral-domain optical coherence tomography were compared between the two diseases.ResultsFive of 35 patients (10 of 70 eyes, 14.3%) with VKH disease were initially misdiagnosed as CSC patients, and six of 25 patients (12 of 50 eyes, 24%) with bilateral CSC were initially misdiagnosed as patients with VKH disease. Pigment epithelial detachment in CSC and optic disc hyperemia in VKH disease show the highest positive predictive values of 100% for each disease.ConclusionsOptic disc hyperemia in VKH disease and pigment epithelial detachment in bilateral CSC are the most specific clinical manifestations of each disease at initial patient presentation.  相似文献

IntroductionThe purpose of this study was to evaluate the in vitro effect of washing and non-washing of indocyanine green (ICG) as photosensitizer (PS) on bacterial count, biofilm formation, development and degradation of Enterococcus faecalis.MethodsThe anti-bacterial, anti-biofilm formation, anti-biofilm development and biofilm degradation of anti-microbial photodynamic therapy (aPDT) against E. faecalis was determined at concentrations of 3 to 2000 μg/mL of ICG, subject to 18 J/cm2 dose of diode laser (808 nm) in washing and non-washing producers. Bacterial viability measurements and biofilm assays were evaluated by broth microdilution method and crystal violet assays, respectively.ResultsICG-mediated aPDT, using 25 to 2000 μg/mL and 50 to 2000 μg/mL showed significant reduction in E. faecalis growth when compared to the control in non-washing and washing producers, respectively (P < 0.05). Also, ICG-mediated aPDT showed a significantly inhibitory effect on biofilm formation of E. faecalis in concentration of 6 to 2000 μg/mL and 100 to 2000 μg/mL in non-washing and washing groups (P < 0.05). The biofilm development was inhibited by concentrations of 12 to 2000 μg/mL and 100 to 2000 μg/mL in non-washing and washing groups. The biofilm degradation increased from concentrations of 12 to 2000 μg/mL and 250 to 2000 μg/mL in non-washing and washing groups, respectively.ConclusionThis study shows that the application of ICG should be accompanied by laser irradiation without being washed out to achieve better result for bacterial count reduction and anti-biofilm effects.  相似文献

Introduction and importanceBlood flow evaluation of bronchial arteries using indocyanine green fluorescence (ICG-FL) is rarely reported during pulmonary resection. We present the case of a patient with bronchiectasis and a history of bronchial artery embolization (BAE) for hemoptysis. Bronchial artery blood flow was evaluated using ICG-FL during lobectomy with bronchoplasty.Case presentationA 63-year-old woman presented with right middle lobe bronchiectasis (due to nontuberculous mycobacteriosis) and repeated hemoptysis, which had previously been corrected each time with hemostasis by BAE. Bronchoscopy revealed a swollen blood vessel proximal to the right middle lobe bronchus that was suspected of being the origin of bleeding. Right middle lobectomy with bronchoplasty was performed to prevent hemoptysis. ICG-FL was used to detect the patency of the right bronchial arteries, and the arteries surrounding the right middle lobe bronchus were ligated. The proximal side of the right middle lobe bronchus was cut in a deep wedge shape, and the bronchus was anastomosed. ICG-FL revealed that the blood supply was maintained at the bronchial anastomosis. No bronchial anastomotic leakage was observed after the surgery.Clinical discussionThe key to successful bronchoplasty is the maintenance of blood flow. Bronchial artery blood flow theoretically decreases after BAE. In this case, ICG-FL was able to detect bronchial artery patency before cutting the bronchus as well as the maintenance of blood flow at the bronchial anastomosis after bronchoplasty.ConclusionIntraoperative blood flow evaluation of the bronchus using ICG-FL may reduce the risk of bronchial anastomotic leakage caused by ischemia after bronchoplasty.  相似文献

The persistent deterioration of our environmental assets has initiated ‘a push’ among the scientific community for increased reliance on eco-friendly methodologies minimizing the utilization of hazardous materials. As an outcome, there is a paradigm shift in the synthetic modules of organic reactions from conventional techniques to the parameters of green principles. Therefore, the demand for microwave (μw) tailored reactions has witnessed substantial and exponential growth in the last two decades. In accordance, the employment of green methodology in Cu(I) catalyzed alkyne-azide cycloaddition reaction (CuAAC) for the synthesis of 1,2,3–triazole derivatives have reared fruitful results with the reduction of synthetic time, superior yields without benign solvents. The use of the microwave technique has been amplified with its implementation of a range of green methodologies by contributing to solvent-less, catalyst-free, use of ionic liquids and aqueous medium. This review puts forward the microwave synthesis of 1,2,3–triazoles through Cu(I) mediated click chemistry.  相似文献

The effects of acetylcholine on the spontaneous activity of the AV node of dog hearts were studied by recording transmembrane potentials of its fibers. Action potentials of most nodal fibers were characterized by prominent phase 4 depolarization and a smooth transition from phases 4 to 0. On the isolated AV nodes, acetylcholine at 1.0 μg/m1 suppressed the rate of phase 4 depolarization and increased the amplitude of the maximum diastolic potential, resulting in a slowing of spontaneous activity. At 2.0 μg/m1, spontaneous activity was completely suppressed. In comparison, spontaneous activity of the isolated His bundle was relatively insensitive to the suppressive effect of acetylcholine at the same concentrations. In the AV node-His bundle preparations in which the AV node was the pacemaker, acetylcholine decreased spontaneous activity by suppressing the phase 4 depolarization of the nodal fibers and shifted the pacemaker of the preparation to the His bundle. The findings provide a basis for predicting that under strong vagal influence, the automaticity of the AV node will be suppressed and the pacemaker of the junctional rhythm will be located at the His bundle.  相似文献
