Background: Many comparative studies of chemical peeling and dermabrasion have been reported. However, rare basic scientific data about the immediate effects after combined treatment with chemical peeling and dermabrasion have been confirmed. Objectives: The aim of this study is to evaluate the effect of the application of physical abrasion in combination with chemical peels. Materials and methods: Three pigs were treated with physical abrasion using a water jet device in combination with an α-hydroxy acid solution, and the skin samples of the control received chemical peeling solution alone. The levels of growth factors and neuropeptides were measured with a multiplex immunoassay. Result: Skin treated with physical dermabrasion combined with chemical peeling showed prominent detachment and swelling of the stratum corneum (SC), and fluid collection in the hair follicles. The mean cell count of CD34 positive fibroblasts and mast cells, levels of epidermal growth factor, fibroblast growth factor-2, vascular endothelial growth factor, and neurotensin, were significantly increased in the tissue treated with physical abrasion combined with a chemical peeling agent, compared to the skin in the control. Conclusion: We concluded that physical dermabrasion combined with chemical peeling can be more effective than chemical peeling alone, for the approach through transfollicular routes. 相似文献

【摘要】 目的 分析机械磨削联合湿润烧伤膏在面部痤疮瘢痕中的治疗效果。方法 给予 2019 年 5 月至2021 年 5 月滨州医学院附属医院收治的 22 例面部痤疮瘢痕患者于机械磨削术后行湿润烧伤膏治疗, 观察治疗效果。结果 22 例面部痤疮瘢痕患者术后创面愈合时间为 5 ~ 8 d [ ( 6.27± 1.08) d]。术后 6 个月, 22 例患者Goodman & Baron 痤疮瘢痕评分为 7~ 21 分 [ (14.32±4.82) 分], 较术前的 13~ 30 分 [ (20.91±5.13) 分] 降低2~ 12 分 [ (6.59±2.42) 分], 差异具有统计学意义 (t = 4.391, P<0.001)。术后 6 个月, 22患者中 2 例患者术区有不同程度色素沉着, 其余患者无不良反应发生; 对治疗效果非常满意 8 例、满意 10 例、不满意 3 例、非常不满意 1 例, 满意度为 81.82%。结论 湿润烧伤膏可有效促进机械磨削术后创面愈合, 明显改善面部痤疮瘢痕症状, 且安全有效, 患者满意度较高, 值得临床推广应用。 相似文献

目的 建立猪深Ⅱ度烫伤模型,观察早期磨痂术创面的组织学改变及细胞角蛋白(CK)和表皮生长因子受体(EGFR) 的表达.方法 选用实验用小型猪制备深Ⅱ度烫伤模型,于烫伤早期(烫伤后3h)分别实施磨痂术(磨痂组,n=96)、常规削痂术治疗(削痂组,n=96)和SD-Ag保痂处理(SD-Ag组,n=96).记录各组创面愈合时间;于烫伤后12h和1、2、3、5、7、10、20d分别采集创面皮肤样本,HE染色和免疫组化染色分别观察创面组织学变化及CK和EGFR表达.结果 磨痂组创面愈合时间明显短于削痂组和SD-Ag组(P<0.05).组织学观察发现,与削痂组和SD-Ag组比较,磨痂组烫伤后3、5 d真皮深层组织炎细胞浸润和毛细血管淤滞较轻,皮肤附件破坏较少.免疫组化染色显示,烫伤后5、7 d磨痂组CK和EGFR表达较削痂组和SD-Ag组显著,保留皮肤附件较多,创面上皮化快,新生表皮厚.结论 深Ⅱ度烫伤创面实施早期磨痂术可保留较多皮肤附件,通过提高局部CK和EGFR释放而使创面上皮化提前,加速创面愈合并改善愈合质量. 相似文献

目的:建立兔耳增生性瘢痕模型并观察微晶削磨术后瘢痕组织病理学的改变。方法:通过建立兔耳腹面瘢痕模型并对其进行微晶磨削处理,肉眼观察瘢痕的形态变化及其在光镜下成纤维细胞的含量和各类型胶原纤维的变化。结果:对兔耳增生性瘢痕进行微晶磨削术后瘢痕面积明显缩小,瘢痕组织表面鳞状上皮棘细胞层细胞增生,表皮下真皮乳头层及其真皮层内成纤维细胞轻度增生,胶原纤维排列趋于整齐,Ⅰ型胶原含量减少,而Ⅲ型胶原含量明显增多。结论:微晶磨削术对于皮肤浅表性瘢痕的修复与改建具有积极的意义。 相似文献

目的:探讨微晶磨面加细胞活能治疗疤痕、色斑的疗效。方法:采用微晶磨面及微晶磨面加细胞活性能护理的方法对52例疤痕、色斑患者治疗并进行对照。结果:微晶磨面加活能治疗色斑治愈率达50%,与单独微晶磨面相比较有显著性差异,两种方法对痕痕治疗结果无显著性差异,结论:微晶磨面后加细胞活性面部护理能明显提高对色斑的治愈率。 相似文献

目的:探讨泼尼松龙联合自体表皮移植治疗白癜风的临床疗效。方法:采用门诊病历统计法,将患者分3组:A组55例(为试验组)泼尼松龙皮损内注射加皮肤磨削后,自体表皮移植联合治疗。B组80例,用泼尼松龙皮损内注射加白灵内服和外擦治疗,C组65例,用白灵内,外用药加皮肤磨削术治疗。结果:3组疗效比较,以A组疗效最好,结论:先用泼尼松龙皮损内注射,稳定病情发展,再进行皮肤磨削加自体表皮移植术,疗效肯定,又无任何不良反应。 相似文献

Effect of Dermabrasion and ReCell? on Large Superficial Facial Scars Caused by Burn,Trauma and Acnes
Objective To explore the effects of dermabrasion combined with ReCell? on large superficial facial scars caused by burn, trauma and acnes. Methods Nineteen patients with large superficial facial scars were treated by the same surgeon with dermabrasion combined with ReCell?. According to the etiology, patients were classified into post-burning group (n=5), post-traumatic group (n=7) and post-acne group (n=7). Fifteen patients completed the follow-ups, 5 patients in each group. Healing time, complication rate, the preoperative and 18-month-post-operative assessments using Patient Satisfaction Score (PSS), Vancouver Scar Scale (VSS), and Patient and Observer Scar Assessment Scale (POSAS) of each group were analyzed to compare the effect of the combined therapy on outcomes. Results The healing time of post-burning group (19.6±4.0 days), post-traumatic group (15.8±2.6 days), and post-acne group (11.4±3.1 days) varied remarkably (F=7.701,P=0.007). The complication rates were 60%, 20%, and 0 respectively. The post-operative POSAS improved significantly in all groups (P<0.05), where the most significant improvement was shown in the post-acne group (P<0.05). The post-operative PSS and VSS improved only in the post-traumatic group and post-acne group (allP<0.05), where the more significant improvement was also shown in the post-acne group (P<0.05). Conclusions The combined treatment of dermabrasion and ReCell? has remarkable effect on acne scars, moderate effect on traumatic scars and is not suggested for burn scars. POSAS should be applied to assess the therapeutic effects of treatments for large irregular scars. 相似文献
