目的:评价珊瑚/胶原/重组人骨形成蛋白-2 (rhBMP-2)复合人工骨的骨诱导活性。 方法:将珊瑚/胶原/rhBMP-2 植入大鼠背部肌肉内,以珊瑚/胶原或珊瑚/rhBMP-2 植入作对照。术后1 周和4周取材,通过组织学和计算机图像分析评价其异位诱导成骨情况。 结果:珊瑚/胶原/rhBMP-2 植入后1 周,在局部诱导软骨形成;4 周,形成含骨髓的板层骨;诱导成骨的量有明显的rhBMP-2 剂量依赖性(P< 0.001)。珊瑚/胶原或珊瑚/rhBMP-2 植入区无骨或软骨形成。 结论:珊瑚/胶原/rhBMP-2 复合人工骨具有良好的异位骨诱导活性,是一种较理想的骨移植替代材料  相似文献

目的探讨二十五味珊瑚丸联合卡马西平治疗癫痫的临床疗效。方法选取2015年4月—2016年4月在海南省第二人民医院接受治疗的癫痫患者82例,根据治疗方案的差别分为对照组(41例)和治疗组(41例)。对照组口服卡马西平片,起始剂量0.2 g/次,2次/d,连续治疗1周后调整剂量,每周增加0.1 g,至0.4 g/次,2次/d。治疗组在对照组的基础上口服二十五味珊瑚丸,1丸/次,1次/d。两组患者均连续治疗两个月。治疗后,观察两组的临床疗效,并比较两组治疗前后HAD、Mo CA评分,癫痫发作次数和癫痫积分,血清学指标及其不良反应的变化。结果治疗后,对照组和治疗组的总有效率分别为80.95%、95.24%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。两组HAD评分显著降低,Mo CA显著升高,同组治疗前后比较差异具有统计学意义(P0.05);且治疗组上述评分比对照组改善的更明显(P0.05)。两组患者癫痫发作次数显著少于同组治疗前,癫痫积分显著低于同组治疗前(P0.05);且治疗组上述指标的改善程度优于对照组(P0.05)。两组患者血清IL-2、TNF-α水平均明显降低,同组治疗前后比较差异具有统计学意义(P0.05);且治疗组上述指标的降低程度优于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。两组在不良反应发生情况上比较差异无统计学意义。结论二十五味珊瑚丸联合卡马西平治疗癫痫临床效果显著,有利于患者认知功能的恢复及改善焦虑、抑郁状态,可明显减少癫痫发作次数和降低血清IL-2、TNF-α水平,具有一定的临床推广应用价值。  相似文献

目的:构建含小分子肽P1-GFP融合基因慢病毒载体,用携带P1-GFP融合基因的慢病毒感染MSC,使MSC具有靶向性,将靶向MSC注入小鼠体内后观察MSC在小鼠脾脏的定位及与淋巴细胞的关系。方法:用组织片贴壁法培养健康人脐带间充质干细胞,用基因工程技术构建含小分子肽P1-GFP融合基因慢病毒载体并感染人脐带间充质干细胞,通过尾静脉将转入P1-GFP融合基因的MSC注入小鼠体内,18小时后免疫组化染色观察GFP在小鼠脾脏的定位。结果:培养的健康人脐带间充质干细胞生长良好,MSC感染含P1-GFP融合基因的慢病毒18小时后MSC开始出现绿色荧光,随着培养时间的延长,荧光强度逐渐增强,72小时达高峰。靶向MSC表达髓系干细胞的表面标记 CD105(90.0%)/CD44(98%),CD73(85.0%)/ CD90(98.5%)。将靶向MSC经尾静脉注入小鼠体内, 18小时后小鼠脾脏出现大量GFP阳性细胞,并与脾脏淋巴细胞密切接触。结论:本研究成功构建了含P1-GFP融合基因的靶向MSC,靶向MSC成功定向脾脏,并与脾脏淋巴细胞密切接触,可用于后续的实验研究。  相似文献

Summary  Along this study, we evaluate an osseous substitute, natural Coral used in the lower cer-vical spine interbody fusions. We reviewed, in a retrospective study, 66 cases of lower cervical discopathies treated by radiculo-medullar decompression, coral arthrodesis and anterior osteosynthesis.Among the etiologies we note 74,2% of cervicobachial nevralgias by hard herniation. The average drawback is 45 months. The average age, at the intervention, is 46 years with an equivalent proportion between men and women. The global clinical results, evaluated in term of relative benefit, find again 89% of good and very good results. We note 7,5% of complications considered as serious.The radiologic study, at the review, enables to record;
–  a correction of the local sagittal curve (93% of the cases),
–  a restoration in height of the interbody space (97% of the cases),
–  the obtaining, between the 3rd and the 4th month,of a consolidation of the arthrodesis,
–  the replacement, variable, slow and progressive of the coral by newly formed bone (14% of the cases of almost total osteointegration within an average delay of 57 months).
On the biologic level, our results confirm the perfect biocompatibility of the natural coral implanted in interbody arthrodesis.In our indications, the natural coral of porosity 20% of the Acropora type, replaces the tricortical iliac graft since 6 years. It enables, by avoiding the inconveniences of the graft taking, to achieve through its mechanic resistance, its biocompatibility and its progressive osteointegration, a good quality arthrodesis.  相似文献

Grover's disease (transient acantholytic dermatosis; TAD), a disorder of unknown etiology, may resemble Darier's disease and frequently resists conventional therapies. The lesions can be extensive and pruritus can be a prominent feature. Four patients with Grover's disease were treated with isotretinoin. Three patients with relatively acute disease responded with remissions of up to 10 months after treatment. One patient with disease of 8 months' duration obtained partial relief but experienced a relapse when medication was stopped.  相似文献

为对国产滨珊瑚的骨修复的作用作初步评估,将20~40目颗粒滨珊瑚植入兔颅骨直径1.5cm的缺损区,以羟基磷灰石,空白为对照,分别于术后第2,4,8及12周取材,作组织学和组织形态测量学观察,结果发现,植入缺损区的珊瑚随时间推移逐渐降解,同时新骨不断长入,至术后第12周珊瑚完全降解,新骨修复缺损中心区,新骨所占百分比为36.9%,与对照组比较有显著差异(P〈0.01)。认为珊瑚人工骨具有良好的内传导  相似文献

Background

It is well-established in the United States that incarceration negatively influences women's health, and researchers have called for examinations of the health effects of criminal justice contact more broadly. This study uses the behavioral model for vulnerable populations to document the prevalence of illness and health risks for recently arrested women, and examines potential ways that illness and health risks are associated with health service use across health care settings.

Methods

We conducted a mediation analysis using pooled data from the National Survey on Drug Use and Health (2010–2014).

Results

These findings reveal that recent arrest is associated with different types of health care use among women. Specifically, women recently arrested are hospitalized and seek care at the emergency department at higher rates than non–recently arrested women and this may be associated with their vulnerable mental and behavioral health status.

Conclusions

The findings suggest an increasing overlap between criminal justice and public health sectors. Increased access to appropriate health services is a necessary strategy to reduce resource intensive hospitalizations and emergency department use among women experiencing a recent arrest.  相似文献

The production of anti-snake venom from large mammal''s blood has been found to be low-yielding and arduous, consequently, antivenom immunoglobulins for treatment are achieved regularly as polyvalent serum. We have standardized an undemanding technique for making purified immunoglobulin IgY antivenom consisting of polyclonal antibodies against coral snake venom in the egg yolk of immunized hens. We have adapted a reported process of antibody purification from egg yolks, and achieved 90% antibody purity. The customized technique consisted of the removal of lipids from distilled water-diluted egg yolks by a freeze–thaw sequence. The specific immunoglobulins were present in the egg yolk for up to 180 days postimmunization. Therefore, by means of small venom quantities, a significant amount of immunoglobulins were found in an adequately purified state (The obtained material contained about 90% pure IgY). The antigen binding of the immunoglobulins was detected by a double immunodiffusion test. Titers of antibodies in the yolk were estimated with a serum protection assay (Median effective dose = ED50) (ED50= 477 mg/kg). Given that breeding hens is economically feasible, egg gathering is noninvasive and the purification of IgY antibodies is quick and easy, chicken immunization is an excellent alternative for the production of polyclonal antibodies. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first coral snake antivenom prepared in birds.  相似文献
