个别牙位全瓷冠的美学仿真修复

目的：探讨个别牙位全瓷冠的美学仿真修复要点和临床注意事项。方法：在明确患者要求的前提下,对拟进行个别牙位全瓷冠修复的病例综合采用比色板比色、绘制比色图、记录个性特征、拍摄数码照片等方式,制作全瓷修复体。拍摄修复前后的数码照片进行美学评价。结果：所有患者的全瓷冠临床美学修复效果良好。结论：灵活运用美学原理,综合借助多种方式进行有效的医技沟通,有助于重建出美观、富有个性特征的全瓷修复体。     

牙龈原位扩增技术在上颌前牙即刻种植中的应用

目的研究牙龈原位扩增技术在上颌前牙即刻种植中的短期临床效果。方法对16例拟行即刻种植的上颌前牙残根残冠使用牙龈原位扩增技术,待获得足够牙龈软组织后进行即刻种植,经软组织塑形后,完成最终上部结构。随访3～12个月,对种植体周围软硬组织进行评价。结果16例种植体均获得良好骨结合,种植体无松动、无脱落。种植体周围软硬组织状态良好,美学效果满意。结论上颌前牙即刻种植应用牙龈原位扩增技术短期临床效果满意。     

Aesthetic properties of three Type II glass polyalkenoate (ionomer) cements

The aesthetic properties of three recently marketed Type II glass polyalkenoate (ionomer) cements were evaluated in a combined laboratory and clinical study. The materials investigated were Fuji Cap II, ChemFil II in capsules and Ketac-fil Aplicap. The aesthetic properties of a glass ionomer restoration were represented by iss translucency, the colour match with surrounding enamel and marginal adaptation. The translucency of all shades of the selected glass ionomer cements was measured under laboratory conditions and expressed as the optical density on transillumination. Colour match and marginal adaptation were evaluated in a clinical study. Twenty Class V restorations of each of the three products were placed. After finishing, the marginal adaptation was rated by two clinicians and colour slides of the restoration were made. Five clinicians assessed the colour match of the restorations from colour slides. ChemFil II and Ketac-fil Aplicap shades were considerably more translucent than the Fuji Cap II shades. The colour match of the ChemFil II restorations was significantly better than the Fuji Cap II and Ketac-fil Aplicap restorations. Marginal adaptation was judged excellent for all three products.     

Compulsory notification of injuries in aesthetic procedures. Impact on patient safety

The disparity between the number of aesthetic procedures performed worldwide, and the complications described in the literature is remarkable. Doubts regarding the underreporting are reasonable and should be considered. The aim of this study is to demonstrate the scarcity of scientific publications on complications in aesthetic procedures compared to the abundance of these procedures performed worldwide. Based on this knowledge, it will be demonstrated to the health authorities the importance of compulsory notification of complications in aesthetic procedures that require medical attention so that the available data will allow their prevention. The limitation of knowledge regarding complications was demonstrated in the data collection for the preparation of the thesis “Deaths Related to Liposuction in Brazil” presented in 2018 and published in Surgical and Cosmetical Dermatology in 2020. The definition of complication in aesthetic procedures needs to be objective to prevent different and subjective interpretations. With the compulsory notification of complications in aesthetic procedures, it is intended to learn about their causes to develop guidelines for their prevention.     

《护理美学》教学中培养人文素质教学模式的构建

目的在《护理美学》教学中构建培养护生人文素质的教学模式并评价其实施效果。方法整群抽取93名护理本科生并随机分为实验组46名和对照组47名,其中实验组采用培养人文素质教学模式,对照组采用传统的教学模式,并对2组的教学效果进行比较。结果实验组护生课程考核成绩(83.65±6.98)分,显著高于对照组(78.74±7.58)分,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。实验组护生对《护理美学》教学效果各项指标总体评价较好。其中实验组护生有91.4%认为提高了发现美、欣赏美的素质和能力。结论在《护理美学》教学中运用培养人文素质教学模式可以提高护生的学习兴趣,加深护生对美学知识的理解掌握,有助于护生人文素质的培养。
