注射制剂药品说明书印制标准化研究

目的 分析注射制剂药品包装及说明书印制现状,为规范我国药品包装和说明书印制提供参考。方法 以上海交通大学医学院附属上海儿童医学中心为样本医院,系统分析其静脉用药调配中心(PIVAS)提供的药品说明书的药品品种,最小包装材质及含说明书的最小包装药品中药品数量及最小包装材质,并测量说明书尺寸。结果 样本医院PIVAS配备的品种覆盖面广,具有较强代表性;共收集到190种药品说明书,最小包装材质88种(46.32%)为西林瓶,65种(34.21%)为安瓿瓶。164种(86.32%)药品说明书尺寸在A4范围内。结论 注射制剂采用大包装装盒,并采用标准化尺寸印制药品说明书是可行的。     

宁夏回族自治区消毒产品监管现状调查

目的了解宁夏回族自治区消毒产品经营和使用单位管理现状,为规范消毒产品监管提供依据。方法通过抽检方式,对辖区内涉消毒产品经营单位和使用单位进行抽样检查。结果共调查167家消毒产品经营单位,337种消毒产品。经营单位索证率为58.68%,标签说明书符合率为84.27%。调查169家消毒产品使用单位,151种消毒产品,使用单位索证率为63.31%,标签说明书符合率为83.43%。结论该区消毒产品经营和使用单位索证率均比较低,市场消毒产品存在标签说明书管理不规范情况,必须加强消毒产品市场监管和涉消毒产品单位监督监测力度。     

Ten Changes Psychotherapists Typically Make as They Mature Into the Role of Supervisor

Stage models have largely informed scholarship on supervisor developmental processes. We argue that understanding this development as occurring along dimensions is more useful for both supervision practitioners and educators as well as for those engaged in research on supervisor development. Building on the work of Heid ( 1997 ) and working with a panel of 7 supervision experts, we identify 10 themes and validate their salience to supervisor development using a sample of 22 clinical supervisors. We describe and elaborate on each theme, and then present and discuss a case vignette that illustrates many of the supervisor developmental themes.     

Clinical Supervision of Psychotherapy: Essential Ethics Issues for Supervisors and Supervisees

Clinical supervision is an essential aspect of every mental health professional's training. The importance of ensuring that supervision is provided competently, ethically, and legally is explained. The elements of the ethical practice of supervision are described and explained. Specific issues addressed include informed consent and the supervision contract, supervisor and supervisee competence, attention to issues of diversity and multicultural competence, boundaries and multiple relationships in the supervision relationship, documentation and record keeping by both supervisor and supervisee, evaluation and feedback, self‐care and the ongoing promotion of wellness, emergency coverage, and the ending of the supervision relationship. Additionally, the role of clinical supervisor as mentor, professional role model, and gatekeeper for the profession are discussed. Specific recommendations are provided for ethically and effectively conducting the supervision relationship and for addressing commonly arising dilemmas that supervisors and supervisees may confront.

美国医疗器械上市前监管概述与启示

美国食品和药物管理局(Food and Drug Administration,FDA)经过多年发展和改革,已形成了成熟的上市前监管体系。本文通过对FDA上市批准路径(上市前批准、上市前通告、人道主义用器械豁免)和申报流程进行系统介绍,总结了加强事前沟通、降低产品风险等级和设立实质审查程序三个方面的启示,希望我国监管机构能充分吸收美国FDA对于医疗器械监管的经验和教训,建立适合中国国情的医疗器械监管体系,确保公众用器械安全。     

基于适应症的医用耗材监管体制建立

目的通过建立医用耗材监管体制,促进医用耗材的合理规范使用,加强医院对于医用耗材的监管,做到廉洁使用。方法通过建立医用耗材适应症管理方法,明确医用耗材准入管理规则及引入后使用管理监管的标准化业务流程,实现医用耗材全周期的监管,避免出现监管盲区及对其监管的不专业性。结果通过建立医用耗材监管体制,有效地避免了医用耗材多用、乱用情况的发生,保障了医疗质量及安全,为医院临床科室申请医用耗材营造了良好的环境,有效地提高了医院对于医用耗材监管的精细化管理水平。结论医院耗材监管体制的建立是贯彻执行国家对于耗材监管政策,只有完善的监管机制、科学的管理才能为医用耗材提供有力的保障。医院必须对医用耗材准入及使用各个环节把关,加强监管,才能实现医院医用耗材管理制度化、科学化、人性化。
